Just ordered online , dont do it they will not deliver and keep your money , worst pizza in area do not go there, you will be sorry!!

Really good squared pizza not as doughy as I thought it would be, but they couldn't use my gift card.

Ok so one day I was dinning in and the manager there was yelling at his employees and I saw the girl walk away in tears from him screaming loud at her and the service was bad from him he was talking in a mad way and other ways and he looked like he was on heavy drugs.

I've been going to this location for quite some time. Today I found out that they have a new management team. The flavor of the pizza was very good but one side of the pizza was really thin and the other side was thick. The outer crust was flat when it's supposed to be round. I don't know what happened to the pizza but I was disappointed today.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big Apple in Stuart, Florida, and it was an experience worth raving about! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The front-of-house staff greeted us warmly and ensured we felt welcome and comfortable. The attentive and friendly service made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Now, onto the food—the pizza and garlic knots were absolutely amazing. The pizza had a perfect crust, just the right amount of sauce, and a delicious blend of toppings that made every bite a delight. The garlic knots were fluffy, flavorful, and the perfect accompaniment to the pizza. It's clear that the kitchen team puts a lot of love and expertise into their craft. A special shoutout goes to the owner, who handled a very rude customer with remarkable professionalism. His demeanor and commitment to ensuring all customers had a positive experience were truly commendable. Thank you, Big Apple, for your outstanding hospitality and for serving up some of the best pizza and garlic knots around. I can't wait to come back!

This place needs to be shut down ASAP absolutely horrifying having to Have Hair in my food Basically everything I ordered there also have seen rats multiple times they really need an inspector and shut this place down Or get a new owner. I just called to Tell him I what I found And they hung up on me and blocked my number.

6/25- I have pizza with my mom at least once a week, she is 83 with the onset of dementia. And for some reason she loves Big Apple Pizza and can still remember it is pizza night. Called to get my weekly pizza. Was told 30 minutes, went to pick it up. They could not find my pizza and then the guy making pizza very rudely says "I don't have a ticket for you, you called the wrong store. I said no, I called the Stuart location as I have once a week, for months (at least 6 months). I said to him, that he was the one I spoke to on the phone. He then replies Not me and says show me the number you called and kept repeating that and repeating it in a very nasty tone. When I pulled up the number on the phone to show him, he walked away from me on their phone speaking to a customer. Was told they could make me a pizza, but I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I just left. 1 star is too high. Very rude and unprofessional, was spoken to like I was stupid. Honestly The pizza always takes longer than they say The place is old and smells weird. Staff is rude. The pizza is no better than the pizza from my child's school. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the approach taken was wrong and the worse part, not one time did they apologize. I know my one pizza a week is not going to impact a thing, but show some respect to the people who spend their hard earned money in your restaurant.

We ordered 3 pizzas at 11am so we could eat them at lunch time and they told us to pick them up in approximately 40 minutes. We went ay 12pm and the pizzas were not even at the oven. We had to wait almost 30 more minutes to get the order. My first time here and very disappointed, it is better for them to be honest with customers and say we cannot get the pizzas ready by the expected time. Furthermore, the lady who took the order was very rude and seems to know nothing about customer service. Remember that without customers you will not have business. Our lunch time was spent waiting for the pizzas. Not recommended at least for lunch time.

Mike and Bethany made the dining experience fun. They have wonderful personalities and the service was fantastic. The “icing on the cake” was delicious food. Looking forward to returning!

First time coming here. The staff was friendly . The pizza was great. Overall great experience. Place is a vibe and will come back.

The cook handled my food without gloves. Then he proceeded to lift up his shirt to adjust himself. He touched his underwear. I've never been so disgusted. He gave me an attitude when I told him I am not eating because of his actions.

I ordered a pizza off peak 8:00 pm, it’s 9:37 and still not delivered, I called 2x and asked for a refund and was told he 2 minutes away, I said I want the refund.. he tells me he refunded the card keep the pizza.. he’s 2 minutes away.. it’s another 20 minutes. Now it’s an hour and 50 minutes .. NEVER AGAIN.. the owner sounded so unprofessional and probably told the guy not to deliver it even though he told me take it he’s 2 minutes away.. The audacity to tell me I live too far. I’m at most 15 minutes away. there’s no cars on the road this time. At the very least be honest. Update… just so everybody knows they never credited my account for the purchase of a pizza that was never delivered. This place is utterly disgusting.

Very good pizza and salad, the only complaint I have is the fact that we were staying in a Marriott hotel and they left us no utensils? How do you the salad without a fork and knife? They definitely still deserve four stars. As a level seven google reviewer, I rarely give five stars unless they hit a home run.! Please do not take this as a negative review it definitely is not! Food quality was very good.

Spaghetti and meatballs were better than other local restaurants, but the best thing here are the garlic knots. I will definitely be ordering garlic knots from here again.

Ordered and paid for a full pizza. Prices aren’t exactly cheap these days…. Received only a slice that had obviously been sitting in the window for 12-14 hours. What a joke. When I called… there was a bad connection. Yea… sure. Glad Uber refunded me. Don’t eat here.

Not the same after the owners died unfortunately. They don't make their own dough, they buy it frozen. The new gen isn't trained very well with the dynamics that made Big Apple, Big Apple. Sorry to see it's decline!

Pizza is not bad but service is horrible . They forgot the antipasa on my delivery order . When I called them to ask for a credit they said they would give me a store credit and not refund my money . When I asked why they said they aren’t allow to do refunds . This is the last time I ever order from them .

The Stromboli is delish . I always want more red sauce. The salads are fresh without brown or wilt. The pizza is great. I wish they still had linguine and white clam sauce .

The Mama Luna is worth the trip from California, it's amazing! It's a unique and delicious twist on your typical pan pizza. Not a single slice was leftover even after a dozen hot, fresh, tasty garlic knots. If I move to Florida, it will be because of this pizza. Yum!

I love the meat stromboli primarily because of their amazing sauce. I am an old Italian and I can tell you that they're sauce is amazing. If I said it was better than my grandma's she would strike me with it lightning. God rest her soul. I like to add anchovies to the dish, I realize millennials would not know or appreciate them. Lol

So I asked for a 2:30 delivery and got it at 1:30 and the lasagna was not even lasagna. It was sauce with a little cheese

Good place for pizza and pasta.

Nice little spot. They staff was friendly. The garlic knots we're good, not overly garlicky or greasy. First batch had a slight crunch, but the next plate were much softer. Pizza was good, but crust also a tad crisp. My picky children ate it, so definately kid approved. There's tvs and booster seats for the young children.

Great price, delicious pizza just like New York. Fast service. Garlic knots the beat we have had.

I ordered sausage & spaghetti with a soda . Didn't receive the sausage, instead I got meatballs . 😔 then I also didn't receive my drink . Sauce was bland too . Maybe retraining your Togo specialists to actually make sure all items are correct , would help . Smh

Decided to come dine in after a pool day with my cousin and the kids. And, the staff are lovely the customer service they provided the warm smiles. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who’s in the area. Great ambience. Will be visiting again soon thank you to the staff who was here today.

Tasty food and I was very impressed by their delivery driver Jayne. Food was delivered fast and Jayne had dog treats for my dog! Top quality service and care and courtesy you don’t usually expect from a delivery driver. Will order again as long as Jayne is working!

When I first walked in I was expected to be welcome in one of the hostess quickly told me to move out of the way this is my first time in the restaurant so I had no idea whether to wait in line or help myself find a table, I had waited and another customer came in and his order was taken right away I felt racially profiled I would never go back to this pizzeria.

big apple never disappoints! i have been coming here ever since i was a little girl. my parents as well as my grandparents grew up in stuart so mom and dad also ensure to drop in whenever they come visit the fam down south. it is by far one of my favorite restaurants and a place where some of my fondest memories have been made. grandma and i stopped in for a visit and we each got a lunch special. salad was amazing as per usual and extremely filling and pizza and knots are absolutely a must have! shoutout to the staff who make you feel at home each time you swing by!

I love the pizza and wings there my four stars are because the lady attending tables...i don't know if is because we are Spanish..but she was terrible with us i saw serving other people she was very nice to them...i went on Sunday...so i hope manager do something abou it...

Horrible service. I’m highly disappointed because I really like their pizza, but today was horrible. I ordered a lunch special, and it was not even busy, but for some odd reason the pizza didn’t even going into the oven until 15 minutes Later. When they finally came out the toppings were not even cooked. The server gave me an attitude about everything. The soup, well what they call Pasta e fagioli, tasted like minestrone with Campbell tomato soup from a can. Sadly, they just lost a customer.

First time here, we went for the Chicken Alfredo. I would suggest penne style over spaghetti for the extra sauce. Portions were big enough for 2 and the price was a little high I felt for pasta. All in all we enjoyed our dinner though and the server was Super Sweet and attentive.

Their pizza is very good, tasty and cooked properly, not soggy. The chicken salad is fresh, there’s plenty of it, get the house dressing it’s delicious. Food is ready to be picked up at the time they tell you. Very satisfied, I recommend them.

We went in on a Monday evening around 8pm and there was only one other table of 5 peole that were finishing up their meal. We sat ourselves down and waited for about minimum 15min while the waitress counted tickets. Then we hear the manager tell her not to rush. Yet, we still waited since this has been our favorite place for years but we just had to leave after about another 5min of no acknowledgement that we were even there. Service has definitely gone downhill and we won't be going back.

I can't believe after 10 years of living in Stuart this was my first visit. The ambiance is warm and friendly. The place is very clean. The Spinach salad was caulked full of Bacon and Chicken and a great dressing. The Peperoni Pizza was very high quality. The complimentary warm Garlic Knots are awesomeness. Lots of bang for your buck here.

Husband use to eat here as a kid so while visiting we had to grab a slice. Delicious!

The food is good. By far the best pizza in the area. BUT the way the place is run, I dont know about deliveries. A couple orders I had delivered were missing something or took too long. I know that going in the place, the people are really nice. Im glad I went back since the food is great! 😫😋
