Have not eaten anything there for coffee and chocolate drinks. All are very cooling on a nice hot day. Will go back for more soon.

They shouldn’t ask for a tip before they make the drink!!!! I got a frozen teddy bear, it was heavy on the frozen less on the actual flavor (Probably because I didn’t tip)..Nice parking lot, the only biggby I ever been to without a drive thru. It’s very dark inside, and weird atmosphere. Had to ask for the receipt, he should have automatically given it out. He did tell me what my status was for points, so that was good! Overall I prefer biggy B’s with drive thrus!

So much better than the invasive national chain (you know of whom I speak)

Cashier seen to have a hard time hearing my order. Asked four newer coffee with turmeric. She kept making me repeat. She didn't understand what I was asking for. Then seemed pricy. They called my order still wasn't right. I told them that I didn't order a golden honey. Everyone looked at me like a deer in the head lights. Finally a gentleman I assume the manager he understood right away. They did refund and give me my drink free. The looks I got. I gob in on weekends and never had issues ordering before.

Great experience. Absolutely loved the service they where kind and had smiles. Got a mint chocolate mocha taste was great no burnt taste. Will come again new favorite place.

The drinks were delicious and the service was friendly and fast! I ordered the Electric Dragon drink, and it was excellent! The interior is clean and relaxing with plenty of seating to relax and sip your drink!

Best BIGGBY coffee in Ft. Wayne, not just the best coffee but the best managers and servers. Always friendly, professional and they have always filled our cups to the top. Many times theyve even made more to make sure cups are topped off. Frozen Matcha are the best. Thank you for a honest cup pf tea and coffee Keep up the great service!

I consider myself a coffee connoisseur, and I can say that I am a huge fan of Biggby! The one that I frequent is smaller, but the coffee is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the food selection, though small, is always fresh and flavorful. My husband loves their bagels!

The coffee cake is quite tasty & the coffee is just right. The sandwiches are expensive, and they need to assist those who are not steady walkers. In addition, this store has an odor.

Everything here is good! And you can ask them to change drinks up

Worst drink I've ever had. Ordered a chai with an add espresso shot, it cost $10. It was missing the shot, hardly any chai. Basically a steamed milk for $10.

Really enjoyed this drink! I can't remember the name, but the barista recommended it! And then spoiled me with the beautiful flower top!💛

Always great. Owner is awesome & friendly as is the rest of the staff. Regulars are always welcomed and treated like family. Food, coffee, both always on point.

I had the Sausage egg & cheese Asiago bagel which was quite good. I am not a coffee drinker so I ended up getting a hot chocolate. It was okay. What caught me off guard on this place says on their website they prefer paying with cash. I paid with cash and they had none in the drawer to return and had to get the manager involved to get change from the back. With that being said, this will likely be one of our go-to spots when my daughter says Hey Dad let's go get breakfast

BIGGBY has such a nice environment and friendly staff! I visit the one off of State Blvd in Fort Wayne since it’s close to where I work. Ordering drinks with foam on top usually means you also get a cute syrup drawing on top (Mandela, flower, etc)! Their donut holes have been fresh and very yummy. The rewards card is nifty and does not have any strings attached. Overall a great coffee shop!

A nice change from the standard chains. The selection of coffee flavors and types are nice and unique. However the food choices could be so much better. Like bagels and doughnuts not the weird saran wrapped pre baked muffins. Overall a nice place and delicious coffee drinks

I used to enjoy this coffee shop when it first opened but the staff has for sure changed since then. I also struggle to give this place business when it closes at 3pm? This eliminates a time block for a lot of people who would probably order from you.

I love that Biggby is on my route. The staff is always friendly and Yul, the owner and his wife are amazing. It's a place they remember your name and your favorite latte! Really good seasonal latte and coffee options.

Biggby Coffee in Georgetown Square is my favorite coffee shop in Fort Wayne. The owner is wonderful. My son and I went in there this past Sunday and got a couple of drinks and a chocolate chip cookie. The owner offered to heat up my son's cookie. The customer service is always amazing. I never just feel like a "customer" going on there.

I understand that the mornings on the weekends can probably be very hectic. I watched a lot of people standing patiently waiting for their orders. I really wish you guys would figure out a better process for to go orders. Another driver and I stood there for over 20 minutes and watched other people get served around us. The poor kid at the register was throwing the ticket orders in front of the tickets for us. I almost thought that the one gentleman was only expediting the go orders but orders but I realized that he was only doing the food for the entire restaurant. Your staff still did an amazing job under pressure and I do not blame them particularly for the long wait.

Their hours are changed (open only until 3) sometimes they close early with no warning. Sometimes the staff is not very friendly.

I'm not sure why, but take out coffee is never hot, just some luke warm liquid. I ordered the Golden, the taste was fine, but it was luke warm.

Biggby has a great morning staff. I love watching the ladies work there. Cream freezes are all on point and They have macaroons that just melt in your mouth 💜

Biggby is one of Fort Wayne's friendliest coffee shops. They are wonderful people, and they routinely have specials like buy one, get one free. I wish I lived closer!

Before the pandemic it was awesome! But, after management chose to equal rates and not increase long term employees pay, they lost over 5 great ppl.. The new crew tries, but they're definitely nothing like the old one. Orders are made wrong at least 2x a week when we go & theres always a long wait, as in 20 min+ typically..please stop letting the shots sit so long they become stale, or burning it.

The 2nd time around the owner was there & I got better service. I thought I would give them the benefit of doubt.... I needed a pick me up of triple espresso since I drive bus... So early morning and it helped a lot. They did a great job!! 2nd time around.

Prices are totally too high, but if you're really wanting a good coffee, and willing to pay for it....I guess the place is good. I think the service was a bit slow, but it could have just been timing...and Covid messing up everything!

My favorite coffee shop! Has been my go to since the day I discovered it. If you join their text/email club, they do BOGO often! Currently on Sunday's and Wednesday's.

They use to have really great staff. Now none of them smile, and it doesn't seem like they care much. About the drinks especially. I use to go here exclusively, bit I don't like the service or drinks anymore.

Their version of a mocha frappe was honestly not very good; the food I got was notably more enjoyable. Expensive. Will likely never return.

This was my first visit but certainly not my last, the cashier who took my order was excellent. The mint hot chocolate was delightful. I look forward to exploring the various coffees. The Tuxedo Muffin is out of this side of heaven awesome.

Good coffee but I've literally never had my order correct on the first try here. I always either get the wrong size, the wrong drink or I've even gotten a cold drink that was supposed to be hot. Staff is nice, just need to pay more attention.

My new coffee spot. The owner Yule (not sure of spelling), introduced himself to me after seeing me here a few times and couldn't be a nicer person. I work from home so I like to get out of the house sometimes and this is a great escape. I spend hours at a time and see Yule training the staff himself and manning the register or making drinks when they get busy. He makes sure everything is top notch. Great spot in Georgetown Square. Plus right across from the library if you want a little quieter work space.

I like Biggby Coffee a lot, there blueberry muffins are awesome and there coffee is a amazing. I can always go in there and have a cup of coffee and read the newspaper and listen to some music with my headphones. It's a great place for a good cup of coffee.
