Very great service and workers that brighten your day

I have been to many Biggby Coffee houses I got to say I love them all I have had bad experience before but they clean that right up that's awesome right everybody loves a Biggby Coffee I know I do in fact after writing this I think I'm going to go get me a Biggby Coffee cold or hot they're always good

Their green tea is my go to. Alexandra and Kirsten are warm and friendly! Always enjoy my visit.

Tried new ciabatta toasted cheese that has bacon on it. Asked if the bacon can be crispy. Server replied "I don't know what crispy is, I don't eat bacon so I don't even know what that means." Asked if he could just cook the bacon a little longer, he replied "He didn't know how, and The bacon is precooked" which means it is still limp and greasy. I asked if he could just microwave it or something, he mumbled something like "there is no microwave, well there is one but its behind stuff and I don't know how to use it"? Then he handed me the sandwich, which did indeed have limp half raw bacon on it and walked into the back room, ignoring me. The store was empty at the time so they were not busy. The sandwich would be good if you like limp bacon, the customer service was odd and almost rude.

I came in with nothing but a gift card I got from a friend and was short 78 cents on my drink - the dear manager (who was running the register) waived the change and told me not to worry about paying it. She was so kind and warm!

As I shared my morning, asking for a drink carrier because I have a large pup in the car. The team did not hesitate to ask if I'd like a pup cup 💙🐾

Great coffee, easy in and easy out. Big parking lot with plenty of spaces! Well lit lot makes night parking easy! Nice mini mall it's located in, easily seen from both roads!

I come here a lot and the people are always super friendly, and the drinks/food always come out delicious! I love the people there and will only go to this Biggby!

Stopped in because I was running early for work. I'm glad I did! The coffee is delicious and the barista even put a pretty design on my cold foam. It's the little things. I'll definitely be back in the mornings when I have a little extra time.

I live a couple hours away (and a Biggby regular at a few in my area), but I still have friends in Howell, so I visit this location 2-3 times a year. They have always been kind to me, and always staffed with talented baristas. I have never heard of them messing up an order when I am there (I stay 1-2 hours per time). Today, I had the manager Alexandra as my order taker, and she nailed the customized drink order perfectly. I love this location and the staff here is amazing!

This is my favorite Biggby to go to! The ladies are always so upbeat and friendly! They know how to make the amazing drinks and food!

Love the Spicy Cinnamon Tea. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Especially Kristen. I hangout there almost every Tuesday.

Team was friendly, fun and working hard. I tried the blue raspberry power drink. Was fun, but I might stick to my ice coffee next time. 😋 It was nice to setup to do some computer work, there were lots of iitlets along the wall to power up my electronics.

I love a Biggby Coffee. We made the lazy Sunday morning stroll to get a quick bite and a drink. The establishment was very clean, staff was very friendly and talked with us and the order was prepared quickly and correctly. I love the Lucky Charm drink and the Sausage, Egg and Cheese bagels are always on point! I look forward you going back!

This is the BEST Biggby in Howell - unlike other Biggby's they TOAST their Bragels which is how its supposed to be done. Service is top notch and so is coffee!

Place looks nice inside and drinks are fairly good. My main problem is that when my mother asked if she could have fresh coffee the employee, male with long hair that's put up, said: "We can't make fresh coffee but we have a microwave in the back so I can heat it up." Do you know how disgusting that coffee would be? You do not reheat old coffee, I am a barista and I KNOW that just isn't right. Definitely needing work on brewing and staffing.

This place is amazing!! So friendly, and the drinks are made to perfection

The customer service was amazing . I thought the lady forgot my chocolate drizzle and she politely guaranteed me that she didn't forget. She was just that fast that I blinked and missed it. She was right. It's the confidence and polite assurance that she was true to her craft not new to it, that made my trip wonderful.

Only coffee shop to go. Biggby blows Starbucks out of the water!

We stopped in today for some beverages and was very well taken care of by Andy. He was very polite, friendly and well versed in the menu items. We will definitely be back and hope to be served by him again.

I went in today not knowing what I wanted (which was a first for me). I asked both batista's what was the most common cold drink on such a hot day and they both took the time to tell me and explain the drinks I was not familiar with. For the first time I tried something new and I loved it!! I just wish I would have looked at their names. It was a great experience as always Biggby ❤️

Immediately after receiving my order on Tuesday morning I started to feel sick. I ended up getting food poisoning and missing work.

This facility does not have a drive thru ( Walk in only) The staff is very hit or miss at this location. The service is fast but the drinks do not taste the same as the other Howell Biggby location located off of grand river by Kohls. I much rather have the other biggby experience but when on the North side of town, this one will do.

It's okay, tastes good but not worth the premium. Two lattes and a sandwich for 15 dollars isn't worth it.

Biggby rocks... Try the iced/frozen chineese flower tea latte. Yum!

I love Biggby Coffee and the people who work there they all really seem to like what they do and that is good for us customers. Have never had a bad cup of joe from this shop.

I love this place, there's a different biggby next to my work, but I always come to this one. I have never experienced any issues until today. It's simple, so I'm not mad. I ordered and iced hot chocolate with mint, and chocolate chips, I never got my chocolate chips

Toooooo expensive, didnt even fill the Medium cup full....was more like a "small" , lousy service....but, good coffee
