Truly a experience of great Americana very good comfort food with a very casual dining experience and at very amazing prices for the quality and amount of food served

The Biggy club is my favorite! I get it almost every time I go. The food and service are always great. Definitely recommend giving Biggys a try, you won't be disappointed

Had to ask another waitress for coffee. Not attentive unless you are a regular, which we used to be until they put up signs rushing people out. Also noticed extra charge for cards. Won’t be going back.

This is the type of place that you want to become a regular at. The food service and atmosphere is always consistent. Something that you can rely on in our satisfied when you leave. I eat here five days a week now.

Great place for a quick bite to eat! We stumbled upon this place when my husband and I went shooting next door and were so glad we did! The food is always good! I usually get the shrimp Caesar or a chicken Philly.

Went here for the first time at the recommendation of my husband who frequents Biggy’s for breakfast. Our group of four sampled the open face turkey, cold plate, gyro sandwich and the Biggy’s club. The French fries were super and everyone was satisfied with their lunch. Will definitely try again to sample some,of the other entrees.

I have past by this restaurant for years and finally stopped in I've always seen police,firefighter trucks and just alot of work trucks in for lunch it was really good simple food and good service

Somewhat like a NY style diner this place has quick and efficient service and the food is top notch! The best Gyro sandwich and their meat and cheese sandwich is also amazing.

I'm diabetic type 2 and i was with low blood sugar when i went to buy lunch while coming from doctor's office nearbythe staff was nice and very understanding i told them i wasn't feeling well.i did order the delicious cheese burger. medium well meal with a small cup of cream chicken soup very delicious too with a tea that was a little watery tasting but good.. with lemon wedges.They serve no desserts i guess a side of applesauce or side of pineapples would have been a dessert i would have brought.i love their food i love their atmosphere too.i don't go out to outings much i have Crohn's disease some of my intestines were removed enlarged heart defibrillator implanted one heart valve the left not pumping cataracts both eyes high blood pressure and arthritis in my right hand which is bending like a swan neck shape.Thank you Biggie's Place.i got my money worth excellent service good wait staff and food.i wish i could eat at their at your restaurant more.

Large portions and reasonable prices. Charges 3% extra to use credit/debit cards so bring cash! Very popular in season. Might be a short wait.

Always was great until our last visit. It seems nobody knows how to make an over medium egg anymore. Service was pretty much non existent.

Im extremely upset & irritated! I eat here quite often. I placed an order over the phone as I always do & ONE time didn’t show up to pick the food up due to an emergency. I’ve placed two orders since then, showed up and got my food. No problem... The third time I called one of the ladies asked if I could pay over the phone. I told her no because I also ordered for other people at my job. As I was getting ready to say something else she hung up the phone on me. Yep I’m livid trying to decide if I’m gonna leave this meal too or just be the bigger person.

My colleague and I visited the establishment for breakfast as per his recommendation. However, the customer service provided by the staff was disappointing and lacked friendliness. It is possible that the staff member was having a bad day. The quality of the food was average and did not leave a lasting impression or inspire a desire to return. On a positive note, the establishment demonstrates support for law enforcement and the military, which I appreciate as a veteran of both.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. They treat you like family and the food is amazing and very reasonably priced. They always have specials for breakfast and lunch and homemade soup every day that’s her go to Place when we want to feel like we’re having family meals thank you big place.

We ate here several times throughout our time in Fort Myers & each time our food was spectacular. The staff is so friendly & kept our coffee cups filled, which we appreciated. The pecan waffle is one of our favs!

It was okay. Server was nice and food was decent. The thing I didn't like is that I paid with a credit card and lo and behold I got an extra charge without them notifying me prior to my CC being charged.

Love this restaurant! Food is always good and comes out quick! It used to have old time black and white films playing all the time, which was great... but have since switched updated tv.- Lost some of the atmosphere .. but this is always a definite Yes Spot when it comes to breakfast for me.

This is a typical hole-in-the-wall breakfast place. Food is good. The service is good. The atmosphere needs a little updating. And it's relatively inexpensive. It is always busy. And it is always consistently good.

I use to frequent this place. It was my go to in the morning when I was off to work. 6 years and $100 a week. A new server started and when the Owner Dawn and her husband Bob were not close this service trashed talked both of them! I got up from my seat at the counter went over and said to it " They are the owners and if you can't do things their way you should resign and get a job where you don't have to deal with a boss or the public". Trash talking employers usually winds up being fired. Said it server went back and told Dawn I was threatening her, cussing at her and God knows what else! I've worked in a few restaurants over the years and never seen such a Blatant Disrespect by an it server who should know her role and abide by the owners rules. Dawn cashed me out and asked What was said by it server so I told her. Then I told her what I said. Seems since they were short staffed Dawn took her side and asked me not to come back in. That was fine with me but I told the wait staff there the it server just cost you all your $15 tip each time I came in. Hope you all can survive because it server is going to run off good tippers and customers. I know the building owner and have for years and spoke with him about the current renters. He said I have to keep a tenant in there but I can raise the rent and show up suddenly and inspect the place. So if you go to this place and the it server is your waitress I would tell you to not tip her because she doesn't know or understand customer service!

Good food prepared correctly & fair price

Made 11 o'clock reservation for 8. Breakfast was timely, hot and delicious. Bypassed about 40 people waiting to get in. Leslie, our waitress was outstanding. We'd go back in a heartbeat you won't be disappointed!

Delicious pancakes, delightful staff and fast service. There were alot of people ahead of us, the line moved fast and we ended up grabbing seats at the counter right before we would have been seated. Obviously alot of regulars and familiar faces. Food came out hot and fast and the coffee was hot and regularly filled. Would definitely be a regular if I lived in SWFL.

We dined in and since it was our first time here, we asked for another minute to look at the menu. The restaurant was near empty, only four tables beside us occupied. The waitress forgot about us! We waited 10 minutes before I started trying to make eye contact with her to remind her that she forgot us. The food was good and the price was fair. I got the Florentine omelette which is now my new favorite omelette and my husband ordered the country fried steak and eggs which he said were good but not the best he has enjoyed. The homefries were barely warm, but they were real, fresh potatoes and not frozen and thawed as far as I could tell. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed. We will patron Biggs’s place again.

When I walked in, I kind of felt like I was at the supper center for a retirement community, but I see that it's more geared towards the men and women who served in our armed forces. And for that it makes me love this place!! I felt comfortable and at home there. The food is down home American food with a touch of Greece (I think). Definitely need to try!

Poor extremely slow service. Staff not friendly and ignoring and borderline rude. Food cold and greasy when it finally arrived an hour after we arrived for breakfast. Owner checked us out for bill and we told of how bad experience was. She didn't even offer to comp part of our meal. All she could say was it was busy and can't seem to hire any more staff. Would not recommend this restaurant. It's inexpensive but not worth the hassle. Will never eat there again!

Great neighborhood restaurant, that is huge. We ordered the loaded steak sandwich with slaw, potato salad and onions rings. The sandwich was great, but could have used some dipping juice. The onion rings were very good. The potato salad and coleslaw were probably the best ever. Great server as well. Went back for a blue cheese burger, which was awesome! This place has the best breakfast food and servers!!

I tried Biggys Place for the first time yesterday (Sunday) for lunch. I arrived around 12:30pm and it was packed. I didn't have to wait to long for a table to open up which I was shocked by. The waitress, food and prices are very good, The only reason I give 4 stars is because the food took over an hour to get to my table. I did ask the waitress for a status update on my order and she said the cooks are backed up due to how busy they were. I understand being busy but over an hour is a little hard to justify in my opinion. However like I said the food quality (when it finally arrived) is excellent along with excellent prices ill definitely give Biggys another chance.

Really busy at 11:00 AM on Sunday morning. Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Good service, moderately priced, close parking, 4% discount if you pay in cash, very well prepared food.

This place feels so homey. It was filled with laughter and every table looked like they were enjoying a meal with old friends. The food felt the same. Very good biscuits and gravy.

My husband ordered the breakfast. I ordered the cheese burger with a side of fries and Cole slaw. The slaw was terrible. I like a little bit of sugar in mine. However they really add the sugar. You couldn't taste the cabbage for the overload of sugar. If you are diabetic please don't order the slaw.

Classic mom and pop style diner. They had a lot of regular customers that the servers knew by name, always a good sign. Portions were large. Very tasty!! My hubby had the chicken fried steak. I had the breakfast skillet. They have a lunch menu that looked good. Breakfast is served all day. I didn't see mimosas or beer on the menu. Limited outdoor seating. Service was phenomenal!! Our server was very attentive and friendly. The food came out quick, hot, and accurate. We will definitely be making this a regular stop.

Our first time here, tried it out while in town for a wedding. The food was delicious, especially the biscuits & sausage gravy. I’m from the Midwest & super picky about my gravy, there’s was on point. The location was great, easy access, plenty of parking & the restaurant was large & very clean. Our server was very pleasant & helpful.

This is one of my favorite places to go have breakfast. This business is frequented by veterans, and it is always a pleasure to thank them for their service. My two favorite servers are Ms. diane in Sierra. All the servers are great these are just my too favorite.
