Ok I tried 2 birria spots before I left DHS and this spot absolutely takes the cake. I loved that it was run out of someone's home, and really appreciated the attention to detail gay we received here as well as the much lower price on the superior birria compared to the other place we stopped. We were greeted and explained a few things, as a slight language barrier was present as well as confusion resulting from my partner and my shenanigans on deciding how many to get total. They dressed the quesabirria with extra cilantro and I requested along with diced onions as served us more than sufficient salsa and consommé. If I had the option, I'd return to this spot today! Don't even bother with the other spot, unless this place isn't open.
