My husband and I were visiting family in Greeley, CO. We got back to our hotel about 9:45pm and were hungry so we looked around and realized we had not had Black Jack Pizza in a long time! We ordered it for delivery. This pizza was so, so good! The best pizza we have actually had in year's. We eat a lot of pizza, but none lately have been that good. Very, very impressed folks! If you haven’t had it in awhile, give it another try.

Ordered 2 pizzas which were made wrong. They were supposed to remake them but instead just ran the pizzas back through the oven. The order wasn't fixed and can we cay cross contamination?!?!?! Do not eat here unless you want a disease!!!!

I love their pizza! This place has been consistent since I was a little kid. Their cinnabread is my recommendation; it is like a cinnamon roll but better.

I'm not usually a huge pizza fan, but I think I said at least 10 times while I was eating that I couldn't believe how good it was. I ordered a pepperoni, and their version of Supreme. Both were really good! I was surprised that the prices were so affordable too. My only complaint is that they don't have one in Kansas!

Black Jack has delivered delicious pizza every time I need them. I love their sauce on the pizza, plus they will add more if you ask and will bake it a little longer if you so desire. Love 💕 their service! Satiety is just a phone call away.

I was trying to order online after 1/2 an hour entering my info over and over while receiving the message that my info was wrong I gave up and ordered elsewhere. I couldn't even see the toppings so I could call my order in. The Website is NOT user friendly at all.

They went above and beyond to help my situation. The customer service was amazing and the food was delicious. I made a mistake by calling the wrong store. Not knowing this, I called back grouchy and gave my driver attitude. Come to find out they had already discounted the meal. I’m so grateful for their attitude.

I strongly urge you to reconsider your policy of a mandator tip on the total purchase price of customer pick-up food from your Blackjack 2000 location at 3810 west 10th St A3, Greeley, CO, for these reasons: 1) A mandatory tip is absurd for a takeout order. I placed the order online, no in-store worker had anything to do with my order taking. I drove to the facility using my time and gas to pick up the order. No store worker had anything to do with the order delivery. The only thing any store worker did was to prepare my order, WHICH IS THEIR PRIMARY JOB TO BEGIN WITH. This “tip me” mantra in society today has gotten out of hand. 2) A mandatory tip takes away the consumer’s right to tip a commensurate amount based upon service level. I was rudely greeted by a cashier when I asked why the mandatory tip. He told me “that’s right, that’s the way it is now”, in a tone of “as-if, dude”. NO ONE at your facility deserved a tip after the way I was treated. 3) Do not force the consumer to subsidize under-paid employees wages under the guise of a mandatory tip. Pay them competitive wages and let them find out that treating customers with dignity and respect will earn them larger tips versus guaranteeing them a portion of the shared tip money pool at the end of the day. You essentially are installing an “everyone gets a trophy” policy, even if they suck at customer service. I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS.

Awesome pizza! We recently moved here and lost our go-to pizza place, so we were happy to find this place. On the pricey side of things but worth it for great sauce and soft crust. I usually try to add pictures before digging in, but these didn't last that long. Enjoy!

This is my favorite blackjack location hands down, I drive out of my way to come here because the food is always on on point! The cauliflower crust will BLOW YOUR MIND. Staff is super friendly, and order is always ready when they say it will be.

Everything was actually not as good as I usually get from this place. I’m giving them 4 stars because my past experience has been great good food good price this time however I was very disappointed food was cold when it arrived and it just wasn’t made to the expectations they set for themselves on my last orders.

Takes an hour or more to get your food delivered. Thought it was because they were busy. However, the delivery driver said that it was a super slow night. So, why did it take over an hour to get our food then?

Ordered 8 wings only got 7. Ordered jalapenos on my pizza literally got five pieces of jalapenos on the entire pizza. Ordered it to be extra crispy it wasn't. Not satisfied at all!

We frequent BlackJack often, but both our pizzas were raw today. When we called we were told that most customers like it that way and to ask for it well done next time?! Umm. Okay... not sure who likes raw pizza. Also, the workers were joking about throwing pizzas on the floor and each other's heads and one commented/joked to my 5 year old he could throw it on her head... pretty unprofessional.

These days good customer service is a hit-and-miss. My order was placed at a 7:11 PM on Labor Day so to whoever the young man was that took my order, thank you! Your customer service was excellent!

Food was hot and arrived on time!

The food was good, ppl weren’t bad, and the only thing that bugged me was one of the workers on the company phone with their significant other flirting, etc. other than that loved it!

Ordered a delivery order and set it to drop off at door. The driver, her name is Morgan, called and asked if I wanted to tip. Now I hadn't thought of that and normally a tip employee asking for a tip I would find inappropriate but in this case I did want to tip. And when I said yes she offered to "fill out the recept for me". Which is wrong. Not okay. Not professional. I was very angry about that and decided to call and make a complaint to the manager. Called in and Morgan answered the phone. Said she was the manager. I can not believe that management not only is okay with this behavior but in fact promotes those who behave in this manor to management.

My pizza was made exactly how I ordered it and plenty of pepperoni. Very delicious!

Food is great. No other pizza can top Blackjack, and I have tried my fair share. Definitely recommend if you have yet to try it.

My mom ordered an extra large thick crust pizza and cheese bread, they said I'd be a 65 minute wait, that's no problem I understand that it'd take longer. well our food never showed up and she STILL got charged for it.

I love the pizza here and order fairly frequently for delivery, however my last two delivery’s someone has confused Kalamata olives for black olives. I under stand they look similar but they are in fact now the same!! Please learn the difference. The pizza is so briny it’s extremely difficult to eat.
