Gave it a rating because I didn't like what 3 digit number this locations ratings were siting at. Plus the food is good ☺️

Traveling across country. We don’t have Blake’s LottaBurger where we are moving from. Pulled in here hungry and ready for a good burger. We were blown away by GREAT burgers and fries. The chicken is delicious too. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Highly recommend!

Hamburger patty was still red. And there are flies inside. Yuck...I saw a few landing on fountain drink dispenser

This place is super clean, they were quick, and nice. This is not the closest Blake's to me, but it is the one i patronize.

The food is always made just right! Nothing better than Blakes! But the one in Milan makes you feel like you’re at home. It’s also always clean!

Restaurant is authentic and genuine of the original Blake's Lotaburger. It's fun to come back to this location where I ate years ago with my grandparents. It is classically updated. Online ordering is available, yet not as user friendly at first as some other franchises. Food was excellent. I enjoy adding green chilis! We must have arrived during a peak dinner rush as it was very busy. Workers did their best to get orders out fast. Indoor and outdoor seating are comfortable for families. Both men's and women's restrooms are available inside.

New Mexico classic! Recommend hot dogs and onion rings.

Very rude about informing customers of not accepting cash..when I asked her to be polite about it she got more rude, after handing the order she says she's the manager with an unprofessional look...

We had a horrible experience! We waited an hour because it seems online orders take precedence over patrons in the restaurant. Then we received a cold hamburger and a patty on a bun. Our order was two of the same! We will never return!

This was my first time to ever try Blake’s and it was amazing!!! I will definitely be back and the employees are really nice and helpful on menu suggestions. It’s definitely a place everyone should try! 😁

Wow! On my way through to Albuquerque and this was my second visit for breakfast burritos and like the first visit it was amazing! Whoever is the cook you are doing a fantastic job! Cooked to protection and they should train other stores on how to cook the menu items at other locations.

Food was pretty good. The place could be cleaner. I ordered a drink and I asked for lid for the staff said sorry they are out of lids for my size cup. No me could figure out to just give a different size cup. Not very bright staff.

None of the tables were wiped the meat needed to be more seasoned

Just had the worst experience here in Milan, NM. I ordered a Frito pie with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions and after I paid $7.90.. they tell me they have no Frito chips so I ordered the Loaded Chili Cheese fries with onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. I have a allergy to cheese so I mentioned it and they got that part correct. I get my fries and it loaded alright with onions but no tomatoes or lettuce. I was down the road already so I tried eating it anyways but there's was no chili to the bottom and it was just plain fries. I will check my order next time but it was all on the receipt so the person that completed my order can't read I guess. I will not be going back here to order these items. Thank you.

Very good burgers, and Mas which is the house specialty. The prices are affordable and they have parking. I recommend it as they also have staff who speak English and Spanish.

Bewilders me why it takes 35 min to get food when there are only 3 people in the restaurant and more than 9 workers in the back. Maybe McDonald's should come train these workers because they're way busier and have never had an issue with them.

Got two sausage and two bacon breakfast burritos. The good, burritos are large, home made and fresh. Had a good home made taste. The green chili was pretty good. Very good fresh squeezed orange juice. Tasted like the orange from my trees in Pheonix. Staff is friendly. Place was clean. The not as good; Took about 20 minutes to make. The bacon burritos just didn't have enough bacon to taste. I think two strips for such a large burrito. The sausage is on the milder side of sausage taste. One person stated it had too much potato. It's all she could taste. Having been home made, they weren't piping hot. All in all, pretty good and filling burritos.

First time visit. Impressed with the friendly employees and attention to customer service. Food was fine, seasoned fries were delicious. Pumpkin pie shakes were awesome. We'll return on our future trips through. Thanks and keep up the great job.

Stood ALONE at the counter for almost 5 minutes while several employees looked right at me. Burger was overcooked. Not the usual tasty burger! If you are NOT a New Mexican-- try the LotaBurger-NM style with green chile and cheese--a state favorite!

Order took too long and they kept mixing up customer orders and going back to fix it.

I always eat here when I come home from Texas. Ms. Rose always makes my breakfast burrito with love and the green chili always tastes amazing. 😋

We were from out of state. We were on the road all day long. We pulled up to lotaburger in grants NM. The place looked closed. We saw a sing on the window that day. “Sorry we are close. But it was 7:05 pm Thursday July 13th 2023. We sat in our vehicle for a minute talking about where to eat. The we saw three employees pop out from the back kitchen area and move to the counter area. So we checked the door. It wasn’t locked. So we walked in. The employees looked confused, almost stoned. The young man with the black rose tattoo on his neck. Was looking down at the counter. He seemed out of it. My friend asked him if he was okay. Then he stuttered a bit while looking still at the counter and said. “Aw… we were thinking about closing.” We were surprised, but decided to leave, because it just seemed they didn’t want to work. So we jumped into our vehicle and drove down the rest of the strip to see what else was available to eat. We didn’t see anything on that end we wanted. So we turned around and went back towards lotaburger. As we drove by again. I noticed people were getting served by the lotaburger crew we just got denied service from. I feel like the owner needs to have a talk with his employees about being good employees and doing their job. We decided to give Taco Bell our business.

Food is good as always. Service was great. #1 place to get my breakfast burritos. Keep up the good work.

Very unhappy with Lotaburger!! Their burgers went up in price but down in size!! The chili was not very good and nothing has their name on it. The fries were also small. I hadn't been to eat here except for breakfast (which is great love their breakfast burritos) but it was only two of us and we paid $30 and I even got a kids meal!! It's not the Milan restaurant that I am complaining about it's the company. Other than that the workers were friendly and place was clean. Unfortunately I will not be going back for anything other than their breakfast burrito 🌯🌯

Lottaburger is legendary. ! Especially with Green Chile ! This is a very nice location right off Hwy 66. Very clean, and a friendly, efficient staff! They serve a full menu all day.

Was a usual call in order. Used the automated system to order, which was surprisingly accurate. Food quality was up to par as well as the team members working at this location.

What happened to this place? You guys have been getting our orders wrong lately, I ordered a number 3, and y'all put bacon on it. Please hire people who pays attention to what they are doing.

I would rather go to this location.. employees are always friendly.. all food is always well prepared. lobby is always clean. This is the BEST location to get your burgers at!!

I dined in at the Blakes in Milan, NM, and the people were so polite and helpful, the food was delicious as always, and it had a family-friendly atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the fried onion rings. This is the very original Blakes. It's the BEST!

Good for what it is. The burger could use some more wetness though. Just a bit too dry for me. Needs more peppers also! Pretty sad to only put a few on. The photo doesn’t look like what I got. Pretty sad 👎

Green Chili cheese burgers are amazing. Matthew is always so nice. He remembers me by name when I come into the diner.

Traveling through and we figured we would try the last Blake’s on our way west. While the food was fresh and correct I wouldn’t say we would ever go back. The burgers were very dry and bland. They only add mustard on the bottom bun. The breakfast burritos were very bland. The seasoned fries and milkshakes were the best thing we ordered.

Such a great place to eat. The atmosphere is laid back and the food is cooked to order so you get hot, freshly prepared food everytime. Lot's of options but the New Mexico burger is the best!

Ended up here for dinner. It was surprisingly good food. The hamburger and Buffalo chicken sandwich were very good...made with fresh ingredients.

I picked up my order and the kid told me that he got it all in there and then I get to my room didn't do onion rings or chili on the side and no fork. They charged extra for the onion rings and I called in about it they laid the phone down and took 5 orders while I listened to them and finally some guy came on and told me sorry we can remake for you. I never complain in restaurant as who knows what they do to the food then. I asked for the refund and he never did.

Literally the slowest fast food type place I have ever been to. There were 5 people on the assembly line pretty much just blankly staring at each other and moving as slow as humanly possible. Took 25 minutes for 1 burger and 1 onion ring. Would never go back here.

I heard about this burger chain and wanted to try it. I ordered the chicken sandwhich. I know....weird to order something that's not a burger at a burger joint but the chicken sandwhich was very good! There were real pieces of white meat nuggets. It was fried crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Probably one of the better chicken sandwhiches I've had. My friends ordered the burger and said it was very good. Way better than burger king. It seems they make the burger on the spot because there was a wait to get the burger order as opposed to McDonalds or BK where they order comes right out since the patties are prepared already. I'm a fan and will definitely eat here again.

Good for what it is. Fast food that's better than Burger King and In and Out burger. I got the lotaburger - cooked well, with visible amount of fillings (onions, lettuce, tomato). Seasoned fries are fantastic - crunchy and I'm not a fries person. I didn't get the lotaburger "New Mexico" style as it was over 1,000 calories - I'm glad they posted the calories. Off of route 66, has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Inside looks like an old diner.

Breakfast burrito was lots to eat

I get to Lotaburger after placing an order. I step in and wait for 5 minutes before anyone attended to me. Once they do, the guy asked what I want. I told him my name and he was the rudest guy. I asked him for ketchup and it was never given. I asked him for my drinks and he said WAIT! I will get you the cups. I ordered jalapeños and he said I would have to pay for them. I call BS. So sad. Milan Lotaburger is in desperate need for good help.

Classic American diner style fast food restaurant along the historical route 66 with satisfactory food. The nutritional factor does impede a sense of guilt on you after though.

their burgers are always amazing but i was disappointed in what I found in mine. wax paper was still on the patty. after a couple bites i realized something wasn’t right and i’m truly sick to my stomach. i was pulling plastic and paper out of my braces! management handled everything ok, but the cook needs better training.

It's okay, but the chain burger places much better. In response to owner: The burger was just okay and dry. The chicken sandwich did not really have any flavor.

I was having a bad day still 1400 miles from home and my 65 f100 threw a fit id been driving for awhile… this cozy little town Milan really came though for me and i topped it off with a meal and i was NOT disappointed i recommend Blakes Hamburger as a must stop on 40

I ate it Blake's 3 days ago and had the double with green chili within a few hours I was diagnosed with food poisoning... I will never eat at Blakes again and I would recommend people be diligent about eating here.

Our first time to try Blake's and what a nice surprise. Burgers and fries were cooked upon ordering, but the few minutes of waiting were well worth it. Lotaburgers with cheese were very good; meat and garden toppings were fresh, the bun nicely warm and of good texture. The milkshake and fries were very similar to that of Five Guys. Fries were perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The chocolate shake was delicious and, not sure but, tasted like it was made with Hershey syrup. Burgers and fries were wrapped in cute paper, creating less litter than cardboard boxes. There are only a few stools inside for eating in or waiting for pickup; there's no drive through. Online ordering is available for pickup. Cost was higher than expected, but everything is more costly these days; just over 21 dollars for two Lotaburgers with cheese, two large seasoned fries, and one shake. But it was a nice change from the usual fast food, and a yummy way to end a day of hiking and sight-seeing. Workers were friendly, smiling, and helpful. It won't be our last visit. Next time we'll try onion rings and frito pie.

Bacon breakfast burrito cold to warm. Cheese not melted, cold hashed browns, cold tortillas, only thing hot was chili. Not the usual breakfast sandwiches from this lotaburger.

Fries were soggy and tasteless. Not hot and crispy like they should be otherwise not bad. Service was super slow getting food out. Maybe shorthanded like everywhere else.

Seemed slow to me. A lot of people had ordered online for pickup, so when I stopped in and ordered at the counter it took 15-20 minutes. I ordered a breakfast burrito (around 4:30 p.m.) as they serve them all day. It was ok. The tortilla got wet and gloopy from the filling, so it was kinda icky then. If I go back, I'm not big on fast food places, I'll try a burger.

The food was terrible. We ordered two lota combos. The fries were dry and the Pepsi was flat. The burger was disgusting. The meat was cold and dry. I hope Blake’s gets better. I don’t remember Blake’s being like it is now.

The kids working there don't know how to follow directions or listen always have to double check the orders and they need to change the deep fryer oil french fries smell have mad many complaints to corporate and nothing changed
