The food and service are usually good, but my last two visits made me want to leave before even placing my order. Both times, there was no line, yet I was left waiting for about 5 minutes while they prioritized online orders. It wasn’t an exaggeration—I found myself scrolling through my phone just to pass the time. I almost walked out both times. When they finally started preparing my order, the person behind the counter was unresponsive and seemed annoyed. The only friendly person I encountered was the cashier. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but experiencing this twice in a row at the same location compelled me to share my experience.

I love Blaze and this location is no exception. Expert pizza makers and friendly service. You can't go wrong! Best of all they can cater to those with dietary restrictions.

We ordered 10 large pizzas for our summer camp this year and last year! Each time the food was delicious and well received by campers and staff. We truly appreciate Blaze Fort Lauderdale for their continued support!

If you want good pizza this is the place to visit absolutely outstanding taste,quality, and service I started out bringing my family and ended up bringing just myself for solitude 😂 You can customize any pie the way you want which makes it even more delicious 😋 My Fav is the Red Vine !!!

First time visiting. I was awed by how the pizza was made in front of me. I ordered the carnivore. It was enough for me to share with my cousin.

Pizza was good, it feels less processed & more natural.

They put almost no cheese on a simple pie. When I asked for more they changed me as a 1-top. I'm done with the bad service and attitude here. Needs better management and employees that are actually interested in delivering a decent product.

Who packs a 75 dollar order (should be 35 dollars max let’s be honest for 2 11 in pizzas, a side salad, a coke, some cheesy bread and a brownie) VERTICALLY, so half of each pizza is stuck to the roof of the box? You guys can’t seem to ever pack red pepper flakes when requested now that I mention it.

I remember when this place first opened. Always loved the pizza. I was very disappointed at how dirty and filthy this places looked. The pizza was good but seeing how dirty this place was I couldn’t even enjoy my meal.

Great pizza after a long day of work. With alot variety with toppings, dough, and more, there’s something for everyone to like here.

We went here with a group of friends, and I would highly recommend the store if you intend to stay for extended conversation. Ingredients are fresh, and you get a product that fits your liking. They have a promo for 2 pizzas, which is a good idea in order to get the full value

It's my first time here.... nothing short of amazing. Darion and Nelly Made it very worthwhile. Not only did they make my food to my specifications, but the customer service was top tier AAA class. Great job Blaze pizza for hiring great employees. Loved it enough to come again.

I have Celiac disease & came to Blaze Pizza because they offer gluten-free crust. Guess what…if the toppings aren’t done with care (getting fresh, UNCONTAMINATED toppings) then it doesn’t even matter about the crust! But the look of “are you serious” I received when I asked if they would change their gloves was the cherry on top of my disappointment! I didn’t buy then, won’t be back & WARNED other Celiacs on the GLUTEN FREE RESTAURANT FINDER. Eta: Blaze Pizza responds but I’m not biting! You had your chance—YOU were the ones who put GLUTEN FREE CRUST on your menu. I know I’m not the first Celiac to have to walk out without purchasing pizza. Hopefully, with this review & the one on GF FINDER, no other Celiac will have to.

I wish I was exaggerating when I say I waited 50 minutes for an order I placed online. Pizzas were burnt and had to be remade. Pizzas were also made out of order. So the first pizza that was done was cold by the time that the fourth pizza was made. Then at the end I still had to check everything and send stuff back because the finishes weren't added. I ended up asking for the tip to be refund and their response was "we're too busy to give the refund now. You would have to wait until the end of the night, or until tomorrow." This place is run by children.

Great food, great selection, friendly and attentive staff, clean and fun environment. Will definitely return!

I have to say this was my first time ever at a Blaze Pizza and I am only sorry I haven’t been sooner. The staff was friendly, I didn’t know how to order and they talked me right through it without hesitation and in good attitude even when it was less than an hour to closing time. The pizza and ingredients were delectable and fresh! I cannot wait until my next Blaze pizza experience!

This place has certainly taken a turn for the better. I been coming back in recents months since they got a new staff and what a great attitude they have. There’s a staff girl Alexandra, she’s always super bubbly and store manager is welcoming and attentive to the customers. My pizza is always complete and delicious ;) 5 stars.

The pizzas here are very tasty however the blond girl who takes order is horrible. She absolutely has no respect for the customers or her job. I had a very bad experience with her today while placing my order. She was unable to understand what I wanted in my pizza, which was already in their menu then when I was trying to explain she was making grumpy faces and cursing me which was visible, then she was throwing the toppings on my pizza. She absolutely does not have any etiquettes and doesn’t know her job clearly. Blaze Pizza should have some standards for the staffs they are hiring. I was not looking forward to end my day by encountering an ill-mannered girl like her.

Got delivery twice in one week. One night forgot pizza only brought salad, second time bought pizza forgot salad! No way to get them to redeliver and can not speak to Blaze direct for refund! They’ve been ripping us off long enough we are done! And at their loss, we used to frequent them often but this is blatant robbery any more!

From the moment we opened the door, we were immediately greeted. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name that took our order, but he recommended his fav to us the Hot Link, which was really good 👍🏼, we also had the red vine & meat eater with pesto garlic cheesy bread with his recommended drink and let me just tell you it hit the spot so darn well that we all crashed out once we got home. The atmosphere is so cozy and everyone is just so friendly. I wish I knew his name so we could thank him and his awesome team. He mentioned he liked my shirt and that it would be awesome for his girlfriend. lol the shirt read, "Apparently, I have an attitude "

I always get the "build your own" and I love it

I ordered a large simple pie with vegan cheese and large build your own. I had to build the toppings at the register while the person tried to make my pizza on the other end of the line. They messed up and put mozzarella on the simple pie and also messed up the build your own. Both pizzas were overdone in the oven and missing the sea salt/oregano. The smores dessert was stale and crumbled into pieces, so I asked for another one. After warming the smore, they gave it away to another customer. Then I asked for another smore to be warmed and it was still stale and falling apart after being warmed up. Very disappointing visit.

I went to blaze for a change. Blaze has several gluten free crust options. I believe 2 gluten free crust options which are higher in carb and a third option called gluten free keto crust that I tried. This pizza was a meat eaters pizza on keto crust. You can customize the sauce , meat and vegetable options the way you want it instead of getting a standard pizza. But the price is very good and the gluten free crust options are plentiful

Excellent everytime! So tasty. I love that you can create your own.. This time it was delivered. But last time I was in the store the lady asked me if I wanted new gloves after the last customer got his toppings . Yes gloves should be changed between each person. Thank you blaze pizza!

Very interesting pizza experience . I didn't pay so I'm not sure about the prices but I'm sure it can't be cheap but neither should. You when you come here. My boss must have been showing off because he absolutely loaded up and all the meats for this pizza and vegetables et cetera et cetera. I would describe this as a Chipotle pizza experience. Where are you stand there and tell them what you want on your pizza as they do it right in front of you. I wonder why other pizza places don't do this. I think it's a great idea and only wish that it was closer. In the end I think we had too much pile on to the pizza but Hey better too much than not enough.. Hopefully I'll remember to include a picture with this review.

Just not my jive for pizza or a pizzeria. I have visited a couple of times.

So today is Pi Day… and obviously there is a promotion for 3.14 1 top… but anyhow we arrived a little early and decided to wait inside since it is a 20 minute wait til the promotion starts… so it’s now it’s 3:15 and we’re told we have to join a separate line that was not there when we first arrived around before 3pm… truly disgusting customer service especially considering how Pi Day was handled in the past years where you receive a coupon to your account and you can use when you want… either way never again at Blaze… especially not this one…

This place do not take bills for $50 on a order of like $32 and state its company policy. Very stupid rule when money is money and they should not force customers to walk out because they will not take a $50 bill

1st time order new to area originally from Long Island Pre ordered at 1PM arrived COLD at 545 requested 530... Size Matters ordered Large but it's 13" diameter that to me is barely a Medium... Holy Trinity of Pizza 🍕 is First the Crust theirs was not impressive, 2nd Cheese ordered Fresh Mozzarella cannot evaluate cause I couldn't find any... 3rd Sauce least Important unless it detracts from overall flavor and it didn't... Overall will not reorder... Honorable mention for Italian Sausage and the Arugula which account for 2 Star's

This is the best pizza I've ever had. Everything melts in your mouth. You can pick any tops you like, with no limit. My favorite food in the world is this pizza. If I could have one thing for the rest of my life, it would be this. It comes straight out of a fast-fired open oven and it's fresh and hot. Thank you guys so much for making great pizza.

This place is amazing and one of my cocorota fast casual places! I'm here all the time and they have the best gluten free crust around for those trying to avoid gluten. It's like chipotle and u get to pick whatever you want on the pizza . Great spot

First time customer here. Did a pickup order of “build your own”. What a great experience. Greeted with a smile. Pizza was ready, hot, crispy and toppings were plentiful. Might become my go to.

I start off with the basic pie and just add what I want. Comes out less expensive. The pies are really tasty and priced very reasonably. I highly recommend giving them a try for a quick pie. You won’t be disappointed.

Quiet, clean and cozy place to enjoy a freshly made pizza. The time we were ordering our pizzas, their computer system went down so they gave us the 2 pizzas for free. There must have been at least 8-10 more orders from other customers while we were enjoying ours pizzas and the employees gave the pizzas for free to all customers there.

This was an easy place to visit and gave something quick while on the road; super grateful to have came here.
