Excellent place and good service, the pizza is crispy and delicious.

I had really great service last time I was here. Server went to put my pizza in the oven and all of the toppings slid off. They quickly remade my pizza an d also gave me a coupon for a free pizza. Nice service.

Pretty good for what it's. I like the super quick fire oven . I wish they weren't so skimpy with the toppings, but it was also my first time and I wasn't sure if could request more or not, to be fair. It's like a subway but for pizza, basically ! I used to really enjoy this restaurant. Recently not so much. It seems that when you order the gluten free crust the employees feel they can insult your intelligence. My pizza comes out of the oven and they let it sit until it gets cold before serving it to me. I have even questioned where my pizza is because my wife has already finished her meal. I can see my pizza sitting on the counter where they denied it's mine. I get frustrated and go back to my table to wait more when finally my pizza comes to the table cold. I will not visit any Blaze ever again and that's a shame because I really liked the food.

1st time here and didn't know what to expect. Staff was courteous. Menu met needs of keto and regular pizza. FAST receiving food! I wish I knew the name of the older gentleman who worked there because he is an asset to your business. Wanted to personally hand him a tip, but he must have clocked out at 4pm while we were there. Then on our next visit we brought a group of a dozen people and they no longer offer the KETO crust. Manager said it was discontinued by corporate, yet when we contacted corporate they said it's up to each franchise owner...someone isn't being honest! Won't be back.

We have always loved going to blaze pizza as a family. They have so many sauce, cheese, meat, and veggie selections. It's easy to stack a delicious make your own pizza with so many options. You'd expect to spend around 14ish dollars a person with a drink and pizza. They have a large open flame oven where they cook your pizza and then bring it to your table. I loved this place , in from out of town . I ate at the Middletown , KY location . Salad was fresh and pizza was absolutely delish . Foley Alabama needs one of these of Gulf Shores area where I live .

Everytime we walk in to this place we walk in with the hope of not having to have a problem with either someone messing up our food or with their customer service. Because everytime we go in there is an issue with something. We are lactose intolerance and only get the none dairy cheese. On September 11th we had the worst experience with the employee (Laura) who cuts the pizza cut our pizza with the cross contaminated cutter with dairy. When we pointed that out she had an attitude and blamed the person who take the orders for not noting it on the paper (but it was clearly noted on the paper and we saw it because she marked it as Vegan infront of us) then I corrected her saying not it is mentioned on the paper. Then she was like whatever so do you want us to make another pizza or? No apology whatsoever. She acted like we messed up her pizza with an attitude on her face the whole time. They ended up making another one in the back clmaing that it was going to be the same exact one we initially ordered. So we got the pizza and came home and realized that it was missing a lot of toppings plus the vegetables were burnt. Then we called to inform the management the manager who picked up the phone accused us as that it was our fault and said that we were inpatient when we clearly patiently waited till they made another pizza for us yet no one apologized for the mistake that happened manager was very unprofessional and tried to argue with us over the phone and he was very offensive. he needs some service and engagement training first and leadership skills cause he never step in to solve it and make it right at the first place instead apparently he was listening to what was going on the whole time. I get it it's hard to find employees to work nowadays but don't just hire anyone who has no empathy or a sense of customer service specially if they are working at a front counter interacting with people. Total disappointment and disgusted by their customer service and food safety.

Blaze has become mine and my wife's favorite pizza place. You can build your own pizza and they have a lot of ingredients. They have a few different sauces like garlic pesto, and the regular tomato based sauce. Meats like chicken, bacon, sausage, and others. Vegetables like spinach, and arugula, and many other toppings. Fresh and delicious. If you download the app and sign up, they have coupon offers to save you money as well.

Google saw that i visited this restaurant 4 times now in the past few months and provoked me to check on my previous review (below). Im doing keto and this is the only place i know of that has a keto crust. And let me tell you this place has won me over. My previous review was probably due to me not knowing which toppings to make a good pizza. Now i know the idea is to add all that you would like on a pizza and if youre not adding roasted garlic then youre missing out. Definitely my favorite keto restaurant by far. The only thing that would elevate this is if they made a new drizzle with garlic, butter, parmesan, parsley, salt and a little lemon juice. Even if they dont i will still be frequenting this place. Old Review below to show how much more developed my pallate is now 🤣🤣😅 I'm a chain pizza fan so if you're a local or mod pizza fan then this place is probably great for you. I didn't find the crust or sauce to be anything special and I feel like those are the two main things when reviewing somewhere

Last night we had blaze and it was the best experience. I had a good interaction with everyone who was working! The first guy was super patient and mason put the perfect amount of sauce and cheese on my pizza. Woody was friendly and sam had great customer service!
