My wife and I have been coming here for years. We love the sushi, the hot food, the atmosphere and the service. There’s really quite nothing like it when it’s date night. One of my favorite things about this place is the sushi boats at the bar. Perfect for trying something new but very fresh always.

I love this place. I love the fact that you can sit at the bar and just grab what you want to eat. Prices vary from 3 bucks to 7 bucks. The latter one almost had me full. It was four huge rolls with a ton of raw fish. Then I had some of the edamame, seasons to perfection which was and the shrimp. I spent 20 bucks all in and left there feeling very very satisfied. They probably could make it a little cozier. Maybe dim the lights but it's a nice place. You can go with family and friends alike. Not really a date vibe.

Fun place to go with friends and family. The sushi is absolutely fresh tasting and it's great that you can watch them make it. The boats are part of the fun. Also the staff is knowledgeable and will assist you with all your questions or special plate requests. Great crew!

Awesome taste on the rolls and a very attentive staff

This is by far one of our favorite sushi places. The bar with the rotating boats ar the place to go. Good variety and service. Definitely recommend.

Blue ginger is always a hit when you can find seating on the bar. Sometimes it is difficult, and they have a wait, but it's worthwhile.

This place deserves a below zero "0"- star review on service. We were ignored upon entrance. I felt displaced. After maybe 3-4 minutes of standing there for assistance, I then tried getting the attention of one of the employees. Nobody cared to notice my presence just standing asking if they are open. For anyone of the employees or management who reads this review, it occurred yesterday a little of 3:30pm. Look at your surveillance. I then walked out and went to a neighboring restaurant within the same plaza. I was greeted and treated very nicely and left my waiter an above pleasant tip 💰 🤑 💸 I will NEVER return to Blue Ginger. #NeverEver!!!

The Luv doctor here, i visted Blue Ginger solo dolo on valentines day. i was surrounded by many weak ego minded beta male energy. it smelt like axe and lost dreams. This place is a staple in our home. The food quality is consistent, whenever we pick up food, our order is done well, and they’re usually really quick. Price is pretty good compared to other places and their quality.

I recommend it! You get great sushi. Packed nicely and does not fall apart. Great size. We always come here if we want great food for the money! Melissa and Sharon are always great along with their staff.

Blue Ginger is our go to! Any day of the week, we can arrive, be seated right away or within 15 minutes - at the bar of course - and enjoy a delicious, fresh and affordable! We almost go weekly!

They have a sushi bar with a little river that carries the food around and you can choose exactly what you want. If there's a roll you want that isn't on the sushi river they will make it for you and add it to the rotation. Been going here since they opened and have never been disappointed. Their crab Rangoon is actually filled with crab and not just a bunch of cream cheese. And you can eat as much as you want and they just add up the total of plates. Each color plate is a different price so you can basically pick your price for your entire meal. I ate and drank tea till I was stuffed and only paid $38 plus tip.

Unbelievable service and food. This place has impeccable service, their staff is on point and the food is always fresh. This is a must try place, if you don't like it I will pay for your food.

This place is amazing. I work very long hours so so far never eaten in but can't wait to go with family and or friends. They have basically a sushi carousel which just ups the ambience. Even when picking up, you wish you were dining in. Also, the fried rice really is the best. I could eat that by itself for days. So excited to try everything on the menu. The staff is really amazing as well. A truly wonderful team. I consider this a restaurant gem in the Pines. Makes me happy I live close by but either way I would gladly make the commute. I will say it does get busy especially in the evening but if you've never given them a try do not let this put you off. You would be seriously missing out. 😍 😉 😊

Its a fun place to go if you like sushi. My wife and i are foodies(code for chubby) we eat a lot. Its a cool place cause you get to sample a lot of different rolls.

Me and my daughter went to this restaurant earlier today. This restaurant was downgraded. The menu was the dirtiest menu in us that I did not even want to touch. The waitress was so lazy and careless. The food was very bad and so over priced. Spider roll 12.99 for 5 tiny tiny rolls in the middle of the plate. The vocano seafood roll supposed to have scallop but all u see fake ceab inside and on top for 14.99 🤮 they let us waited for so long and tge restaurant was not even busy. they did not serve you little plate of salad or miso soup while waiting. after waiting for so long, finally thst waittress (lazy spanish girl with curly hair came with a plate 5 tiny rolls but she did not even bring us any silverware and plates and had to ask for. NO PLATES, NO SILVERWARE, NO NAPKINS, NO NOTHING besides 2 glass if tap water. after first plate we had to wait long again for second fake crab sushi. after fake crab sushi we had to wait again and finally she came back with special fried rice without serving spoon. we had to steal forks from other empty table. we did not finush fried rice because beef smell bad and rice was salty. the whole time that waitress never camd to check if we need any more water or any thing else. unprofessional service. she should be fired and health department should check out this restaurant. its dirty. last, she added 18% tips to my bill without my permission. so guys you should go to sushi restaurant by cinema on dyke rd and miramar parkway or japanese buffet. if you come here then you will waste money and rime. this restaurant is so dirty and downgraded and food cant even taste the same when it first open. check your bill too because no matter you go by yourself or mire than 1, they add tips withoit telling u. grredy and 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Great lunch experience in this place. The service was very good and the food delicious. We were hoping to sit at the sushi bar but they open it at 5:00pm. The place is clean and the location is good. We will come back!

Love love love blue ginger. Been a regular for quite awhile and it’s a unique experience in an area that’s lacking fun, delicious spots like this one. The sushi is quality and never fishy, and the plates they make are creative and fun. Don’t skip out on the hot foods, the orange chicken is surprisingly one of the best I’ve ever had. All the hot foods come out make to order. It’s a place I go to everytime I’m in the area.

We have no idea what kind of place it was going to be when we walked in. We were so delighted to see a sushi bar and lots of choices for Gourmet Sushi. It was extremely reasonable even if you include sake, we will definitely be back here.

This has become my fave sushi place. Their sushi rolls are very delicious, and staff are friendly. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite / dinner. The edamames with garlic and soy sauce are a must try!

Sad that they don't have takoyaki anymore. :( Seating at the boats is great but it seems like every time I go, there's always at least one loud obnoxious person that stays long after they're finished, AND asking employees how to say certain things in whatever their primary language is.

Went in for dinner, sat at the sushi bar. Boats were empty and the chefs were not making any. Been coming here for years. But it seems they stopped caring.

Blue Ginger is a unique experience as it showboats all there amazing dishes. Make sure to arrive early as the bar does fill up. My favorite was the Tuna Tataki. Definitely, a must visit in Pembroke Pines. Overall Food: 8/10 Overall Service: 10/10 “10 = Best Ever, 5 = Very Good”

Haven't been there in years and it was as delicious as I remember.

Usually this is one of my favorite places to eat! But this time I ordered the gyoza soup I knew something was wrong after a few bites and as soon as I got to my car I threw it all up

We decided to sit at the side tables instead of by the sushi conveyer belt. My table ordered quite a lot of food. We enjoyed every dish.

One of my all time favorite restaurants with amazing entrees, nice servers, and delicious sushi, topped off with a fun gimmick where the food (specifically at the bar) floats to and away from you on little boats that you can eat at your own rate, I recommend the fried rice as an entree.

I love getting to choose a lot of different little appetizers without having to spend a lot of money. The wait staff is always attentive. Never had a bad experience here

This is one of my absolute favorite sushi spots in SoFlo!!! Highly recommend going after 5 pm and sitting at the sushi boat bar. I LOVE this place because the small plates allow you to sample as many items as you would like. Everything is deliciously fresh and they’ve added some yummy new options to the already amazing selection. I can’t remember the name of the roll, but if they have one topped with avocado and jalapeño, that’s my fave!! The scallops and shrimp stuffed with asparagus were excellent, too!

I’ve been dining in and ordering delivery from this restaurant, since 2013. There’s no better sushi place. The crab salad, which I believe was added to the menu after I ordered it for the first time, is to die for!

....located in the same vicinity of a movie theater makes this a good option for dinner and movie. I liked the bar area where you can do small plate dining and pay based on the color plate(s) that you pick up. They seem to have a thriving pickup business. My tuna and salmon rolls were good and I loved the generous portion of ginger. Coldstone ice cream is around the corner in the same plaza and a tempting option for dessert.

Definitely a different take on the restaurant. Sushi boats are the focus for the room and menu. We sat at a booth and had entrees which were very good. No sushi and sashimi combo but plenty of rolls. Will be back.

Every time we go, the food is excellent. My teenage kids always want to go there for celebrations and prefer this location over the Miramar location.
