We had the best time tonight! The Miami Spice menu is amazing, we tried everything on it and loved all of it! Hector, our waiter, was attentive and helpful and offered a different soup for one of our party who has a shellfish allergy. This is the best meal and service we have had in a long time! We definitely recommend Blue Matisse for both the Miami Spice menu and the regular menu.

I got 2 fish tacos for $6 on the Monday night happy hour and was pleasant surprised. It was flavourful and definitely worth it. Sorry, I ate one before the pic 😬

The service was amazing! One of the breakfast staff, German Mario, was super kind and helped with anything that we needed. ‘All the staff’ was wonderful. Today was also my daughter’s birthday and they sang happy birthday for her. The food was also amazing! The place itself was also beautiful, definitely coming back!

I recently celebrated my two daughters' communion at a wonderful restaurant and the experience was exceptional. Magaly helped me organize an unforgettable dinner, coordinating all the details with the chef, who offered us great suggestions for the menu. We had the opportunity to bring our own decoration and, thanks to Magaly's help, the table where we had dinner was beautiful. If you are ever thinking of organizing an event, this is, without a doubt, the best place. The personalized attention and welcoming atmosphere made this celebration a truly special moment.

We enjoyed Easter brunch Today at Blue Matisse! First of all the presentation was absolutely gorgeous. The team must’ve worked so hard because everything looked so beautiful and delicious. The quality and variety of the food and the wait staff exceeded expectation ... I thoroughly enjoyed everything!

Had the avocado toast and the sponge vegetable appetizer. Lots of flavor. Server was very polite and prompt. Only thing I didn't like was they added tip automatically. I understand if it is a large party, but I was solo. I don't believe it is fair to force me to pay extra. It is supposed to be earned. I normally tip more than 18-20%. Because they automatically added it, I did not give any extra. The waitress lost out on a better tip. I assume this is a corporate thing because of foreign tourism where tipping is not normal.

Our server German was really attentive. Very pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us. Made the breakfast experience a really relaxing nice one. The food was excellent a brilliant choice of hot and cold food. We also had omelettes made to order. The berries were great and the Earl Tea was amongst the best I tasted with boiling water (as I’m from the UK it’s always hard to get boiling water for tea in the USA) All in all a great breakfast experience. Very helpful and patient staff. German in particular was very warm and accommodating. The fruit was fresh and the ham croquettes delicious.

Great breakfast buffet. Bostone, especially, was an attentive server. What a lovely spread. Included ham and cheeses, lox with all the add-ons (egg, capers, red onion slices, even a lemon wedge). Didn't order the omelette, but stayed at the bar for scrambled, bacon, sausage. There was a Spanish potato pie wedge and something else that looked like a pig-in-a blanket, but had instead a sweet savory interior.

Our server Bostone was the epitome of fine dining service. He made our experience during breakfast absolutely fabulous. If you dine at the Blue Matisse, ask for Bostone... you will not be disappointed. He is amazing!

Great buffet selection for work lunch days. They change their lunch buffet menu every day. Today Friday is was Peruvian style food. Ceviche, lomo salteado. Food is delicious, service is top notch, very attentive. I've been here 4 times in the last few years and food is always excellent.

I was served by a very nice gentleman, Mr Bostone Germain. He was very attentive to our needs, remembering our I liked my coffee in te morning, and above all, always welcoming with his smile. He made our stay memorable. The other crew at night was also very nice and the bartender is a full of stories from Cuba. Being from Haiti, we share a lot of history of both islands. Way to go Intercontinental!!
