Gone here multiple times with friends and the environment is just amazing and the food is always amazing

I’ll be honest I’ve been here at least 5 times this month alone. The customer service I got today was terrible. I ordered a large fruit tea with the less ice option and noticed the ice was half way filled in the cup. The girl was sweet and was about to change it but I’m assuming the manager stopped her in the process. She even gave the cup back to me with the top removed. UPDATE: Owner replied basically saying I was a liar. If your business was built on integrity you would have been all about customer service. I was not looking for a refill or refund of any sort however giving less ice and refilling the drink would have definitely corrected the issue. I guess I peeled the top of my drink off too right? Which definitely is a health violation. Integrity?? Yeah right. Again to the public choose wisely there are plenty other great places for Boba. This is personally one place me or my friends will NOT return to.

I absolutely love this place. They have fantastic fresh food and drinks. Their staff is also super lovely and kind. I also love the decor and the outside sitting space that is surrounded by a amazing flower garden. If you have the opportunity to support this small business do so ! They also have a punch card system for free goods !

They deceive you by forgetting to mark the purchased drinks, although they regularly accept payment and tips. I don't like being bullied, I won't visit this place ever again!

this place is AWESOME!!! the food is so yum yum and the people are oh so nice and great very awesome sauce! the latest renovation is also very fresh looking!! i WILL be coming back! :3

Really cute and fun atmosphere with lots of games and activities! Both my younger kids and teenagers enjoyed it. The boba teas were perfect!

I hosted my small group here and it was really nice. They were very accommodating and got our drinks to us fast. Most of the group had never had boba tea, but the lady was extremely patient and explained everything and allowed sampling, which was appreciated.

My favorite boba place, I wish they had more than one location. The cakes are a little expensive but are delicious and so pretty. Also a great spot to study or sit outside on their pretty patio.

I rarely leave reviews. I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake from here. The baker was very friendly on the phone. I’m not great at explaining what I want, so I was nervous that I wouldn’t be happy with the cake. But I was blown away when I picked it up. They went above and beyond with decorating the cake. The staff was super friendly and carried the cake to my car. The best part is the cake tasted amazing!! It was light and moist and the whipped frosting was not too sweet. The cream cheese tasted real. Absolutely delicious! Can’t wait for the next birthday so I can order another one!

I ordered an ube cake with a Totoro design and it turned out so cute! Not only that the cake was so delicious! Spongey and soft and the whipped icing was not too sweet and just a perfect touch. Also got a bunny bread and a boba tea and they were both so delicious! Highly recommend!!

We have tried numerous boba shops during our travels and this is close to being our favorite! The jasmine rose tea and brown sugar tea were both delicious!!!! And the cat macarons are cute and tasty as well…to top it off the staff was nice and let my daughter play the keyboard while we waited on our order.

The milk tea and food was delicious and tasted fresh,the environment was welcoming and beautiful can sit inside or outside depending preferance and the workers were lovely.Definetly recommend this place

Boba ParTea is a tea lover's paradise! The Mango Tea with bursting mango boba, Lychee jelly and the Taro Milk Tea with tapioca pearls are my absolute favorites. Don't miss the delectable garlic bread – it's a forever delight. The ambiance with musical instruments, games, and lush plants is both relaxing and fun. The friendly staff adds to the overall charm of this wonderful spot.

My favorite boba spot in town! Such a great family atmosphere, amazing service, and really tasty drinks and snacks. The cream cheese garlic bread is a must try here! For me, the tapioca is the most important part of a boba tea, and it's always on point here.

Update review a year later.. sad to say that they no longer have soft serve ice cream 😭 I still enjoy their drinks when I'm in the area. I like their brown sugar bubu and jasmine milk tea. ------- I love that they have soft serve ice creams here. It's what makes them stand out along with their savory snacks. It's verys spacious and they have board games so you can hang out with your friends here.

Love this place! Been coming here for almost two years and they only get better. Such a great combination of drinks and snacks, not to mention the talent of the bakers who work there getting better every visit. Perfect place for a nice study session or cute outing with the family !!

I love this place! They have great dairy free options, both caffeinated and uncaffeinated, for us lactose intolerant folks. Their newest flavor, Red Bubu, is so delicious! It's a sweet creamy, strawberry flavor that hits just right in this heat! All of the employees were so nice and friendly, and the atmosphere was really cool. It would be a great place for selfies with friends!

Lovely outside seating with shade! Plenty of seating inside as well for small parties and singles. Boba was a great texture in my Brown BuBu; tiramisu was DIVINE!

Everything is good here. If they don't have the pastry you want, they will make it. Very friendly.

This place never disappoints. The teas are always great and it is fun to mix the different add-ins. The food is delicious and if you ever get a cake made by them, you will love it. We make sure to always stop in when in the area. Even picky kids find something they like here.

My life has been changed forever. I'll never be able to look at another pastry the way I look at this garlic cream cheese bun. DELICIOUS. The prices were fantastic and the strawberry sweetheart smoothie is not only amazingly tasty, the jellies are even shaped like little hearts. The atmosphere is very clean and cute; I'm already excited to go back.

Super family friendly, has board games and tabletop games along with a piano that they invite their customers to play with/ on. Refreshing tea and good boba. Also has a very good bakery! I implore everyone to go here!

We decided to try boba for the first time and settled on this shop. The staff recognized it was our first time and offered samples and recommendations. The tea was amazing and the cream cheese garlic bread was to die for. The atmosphere, food, and friendly staff really make this place a 5 star experience. If you're thinking of trying boba, definitely visit this shop!

Love this place! Love the customer service! Love the drinks and food options! Been coming here since they first opened and I have never had a bad experience. The ONLY thing I would change is them opening earlier because I hate waiting til 11am to get my fix!!

Order a birthday cake for my daughter it was beautiful and elegant also it was the best red velvet cake I've had in a long time but the customer service was not good at all order this cake weeks in advance and for it not to be ready for the agreed time made me highly unpleasant!!!!!
