Best boba ever loved the place loved the workers and it was jus awesome

Positive first, the staff has been kind the few times I have been here. Unfortunately, the drinks are awful. It's not the staff, it's the ingredients. The black bean smoothie tastes like cigarettes... I had a coffee chai or something like that a few months ago and tasted awfully of a coffee alcohol. Great staff, gross drinks.

First time trying a new boba place outside of my comfort spot and omg it’s so goooddd 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼✨ I love the environment and I’m so picky/unsure as to what I want and one of the girls suggested the Strawberry Black Tea and I just added some Lychee boba to it… and it was just fantastic 🫰🏼

I usually order online and have never been disappointed. The drinks are always fresh, tasty, and delivered in a container that keeps them cold/hot. I try to order when they have a special of buy one get one free. This allows me to save one for later. The only thing I wish was that you could choose a different drink with that special. Instead of having to get the exact same one. I've ordered food from them also. I've had the popcorn chicken and fries. So along with the drinks, it's a perfect little snack and drink to enjoy anytime of the day

Everything about this place is perfect. I've been going here for five years; satisfication levels 1,000. I feel like there's no better boba place in Arizona than this one. Staff is always so nice and helpful. Drinks are immaculate. Food is beautifully delicious. I could probably take down their entire menu I'm not joking.

Everytime Wife, daughter and i had our Korean bbq or sushi feasts...we had to go here to get our boba drinks nowhere else.

Disappointed with our drinks. We ordered our usual drinks that we get from dayoungs (milk tea with boba + strawberry milk tea with boba). My kid’s strawberry milk tea tasted watery and off in some way. Like soap or something not edible. My classic milk tea tasted good until I sucked up some tiny plastic bits… eww. Won’t be coming back.

Update: I have went in once and ordered delivery since my last review and drinks were great and although boba seems to have a higher add on cost, the boba amount was very generous (or maybe they changed it to where it comes with boba already so I paid for extra boba on accident). Will continue to purchase from here Original 4 star review: I used to come here a lot after getting dim sum. Drinks were a good price and boba consistent. I stopped coming here for a few years and I was excited to come back but the drinks were no longer as good, boba was overcooked, flavor in drinks seemed a little lacking. Maybe they had change in workers or management, but at least not terrible

Clean place. Slow on weekdays. Pricey $6.11 just tea and boba. Not alot of boba. Other places give you more Boba.

This is my favorite boba place! It has real Taiwan boba flavors- red bean, taro, grass jelly, pudding! The service was fast and friendly, the boba was perfect, not over cooked like mush, but also not underdone. Go here!

This store right here is my amazing grace pretty much everyday! I honestly love these people .. always on point, they ALWAYS have my door dash orderr right, & they actually care.... I have the same order & I always have to add my funny EXTRA boba note & tonight the option was gone so I add it into the notes section & I received a sweet hand written note back. All in all THEE BEST PLACE TO GET BOBA ANYWHERE IN HOT HOT HOT ARIZONA !!! THANK YOU BOBA TEA HOUSE CREW .. WE APPRECIATE YALL

The taro slush and onion rings I ordered were delicious. I've tried different flavors but so far, taro is my favorite.

This place is an absolute gem. It's a great place to sit and chat with friends. They have a huge drink menu and their snack foods are perfect for sharing or a light meal. Their fried tofu and squid balls are fantastic.

Honestly out of the boba tea places I have tried in the valley, this one is my favorite! Always quick and kind service, the place is always clean, and the milk tea is tasty!! I tend to make an effort to come here after either shopping in LeeLee's or eating at Jin Shabu next door!

Delicious boba tea. My favorite is the Thai iced tea with boba with half the amount of sweetness. Perfect... And such a cute logo. They don't sell the stickers of the logo. If they had I would have bought one.

I ordered Oolong milk tea large size and added boba and Taro. The drink taste very watery, feel like no milk. Oolong tea flavor is very strong and good. The boba pearl is good but quantity very little. Taro is not blended with the drink. I’ve tried many brands near by like the sharetea, boba cutte, boba tree, the one in the mall..They gave more boba and taste better. Plus there’s a little long line.

It was AMAZING I got the butterfly lemonade with crystal pearls omg the best thing I've ever had.😃

I’ve been coming here since they were a small start-up and I’m so proud of how much they’ve grown! I NEVER have a problem with my order or the customer service! I bring my sisters and nephews here all the time and I’m never disappointed.

This place is usually fine, but I got a drink that was missing a ridiculous amount from it this time. This was with no alterations, normal ice. Really disappointing. Drink itself was average for an oolong milk tea.

Boba Tea House is one of the best Boba places around. You definitely have to try it out. I really like the coffee milk tea, with or without coffee jellies depending on the mood. My wife is a huge fan of the jasmine green milk tea and says it's the best she's ever had. The staff here are so friendly and remember you when you come in. I can't go to any other Boba houses any more, as Boba Tea House has ruined them for me. 🧋

Came here to grab some iced coffee and boba for the family and really enjoyed it! The drinks tasted good, not overly sweet either. The price seemed fair, four drinks costed us about $20. We did not have to wait long for our drinks, I would say it took 5-7 minutes for us to get our drinks. Enjoy everyone! 🧋 ☕️

We ordered 3 boba teas (ie "Thai Tea Boba"). They came out with no boba. When I asked why, the girl who prepared them told me it's an optional extra. I wasn't told this when I ordered even though I literally said boba. She didn't offer to make it right. We felt dupped and the customer service response was not good.

I ordered Boba Tea House via Dashpass on DoorDash. I will definitely be ordering from this boba heaven again! They packaged everything so nicely (it was still ice cold when it got to me) and the portions on the appetizers were so generous. Thank you Boba Tea House Staff!! This is my favorite boba house out in California and it’s really surprising to see they have a location out here. I wish there was more built near the Phoenix/North Phoenix area. The portions for the snacks is spot on and I got the watermelon fresh slush; quality is consistent like the other locations

Their green tea is very watered down, boba were hard and tasteless, and you can taste the powder in the smoothie. Mediocre at best. They were better before not sure what happened.

First time there today and it was pretty tasty! I got a large coconut smoothie with extra boba. Their snacks are reasonably priced compared to other tea houses. I'll come back when I'm on this side of town again!

Yes I would return and yes I recommend. Good tea and smoothies for a hot afternoon to cool you. So many local boba tea places it's hard to choose one, but I definitely enjoyed this one. I had the Peach oolong tea, and my friend had the Taro smoothie. Yum! Very busy, but also extremely quick service making the wait very short. Clean and cool AC inside. They also serve other snacks and I will return to try them.

It's a cute little Boba shop with nice staff. It was clean and they got my drink out pretty quickly for only having two people on staff. My drink was tastey and I can't wait to come back and try the snacks on the menu.

I like the variety of teas and smoothies, and the food is ok for what it is. Service is quick, and my only critique would be that the employees could be a bit less - all business. A smile wouldn't hurt!

Boba Tea House is located in the Lee Lee market shopping center, on the northeast corner of Warner and Dobson Roads. It is very clean inside with tables for customers to enjoy their drinks. Boba teas and fruit poppers are the real draw here, but they also have a few fried appetizers on their menu. The employees were very friendly and quick. April 2022- We tried ordering online for the first time. You can choose to have it made right away or for a later time. We chose ASAP and our drinks were just being finished when we arrived. Very happy with this option. It was nice to be at home and have the menu available to make your decision, especially with so many options.

Excellent soft, fresh boba. Popping boba skin was a bit thick and seemed older. Hokkaido with boba-excellent. Peach green tea with mango popping boba- not so good.

Great place! It a legend on Boba in Arizona! Some of the first place that open and still kept it own unique taste! Considering how many other boba place that open today and still can't compete with this place. Other would hide how they made their drink so you don't know what they put in your drink. This place is always open and make your drink right in front of you so you know that it legit!

The strawberry honey signature pudding is the best. Would strongly recommend this place. The ONLY down side is there’s no seating and usually I go when it’s pretty busy and there’s no where to sit :/
