The only chicken place that NEVER has chicken ready. And no it’s not because they are too busy. I have gone there when there is 2 cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive through and it’s either 5 minutes to cook a chicken filet or 15 minutes to cook an 8-pcs chicken. The good news is KFC is only 5 minutes away and they always have chicken ready. Saves me 10 minute. If this was a one time issue I wouldn’t care. This literally has happened to me 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Plus I have seen it happen to several other people.

doing a much better job with drive thru...still need a little work with friendliness...not all staff some are very nice

If I could give it a negative 10 I would. First off me and my mom drove in to the drive thru and already had to wait like 5 minutes. Then when we got to the speaker we couldn’t even get a word out before the woman on the speaker said what can I get you after she asked us what can I get for you and when we told her what we wanted she asked what sides we wanted and we told her like three times then they were people laughing and then we had to wait another five minutes just to get to the window with the Just one car in front of us then the person in front of up looked upset because they didn’t know what he got then when we got to the window, got our card and he was talking to his coworker about thank you for washing your hands. Then we only had one drink for two orders and then now we are still waiting 30 minutes after so we already been here for 45 minutes , I will not recommend coming here. I would recommend that It be torn down or teach their workers how to work.

Order here just a couple minutes ago biscuit was burnt Mac and Cheese cold and disgusting and mtn dew was out very disappointing the only thing was good the chicken supremes tenders were great would never recommend this bojangles to any one they need to do better at night

My country ham was dry and chewy the chicken tenders were dry the pinto looked liked they scraped the bottom of the pan

No stars and never will I ever be back at this restaurant good thing we were just passing thru ..... So rude!!!!! And ignorant !!!!! food was terrible and for anyone to tell anyone to get out there restaurant for complaining is straight up......well you know what, your character showed just who and small you are.

The food was fresh as soon as we walked in to order. The cashier and the rest of the staff were very pleasant

The worst BOJANGLES in the world! Mangers nor employees has a communication skills. Employees literally have no drive to ensure proper handling of customers nor product. Drive thru workers are completely rude! Had to wait 20 minutes on a DoorDash order that was just sitting. District manager should pay close attention to the many complaints from other disappointed customers.

Worst Bojangles I've ever been to. Waited over 25 minutes for 2 biscuits.. It wasn't crowded so that wasn't the issue. The staff wasn't in any hurry to serve. Too busy talking amongst themselves and drinking their coffee. They never once apologized for the slow service. We love Bojangles so we hope this isn't the way of the future. I almost forgot to mention that the floors were dirty and the tables were sticky.

The cashier/Drive thru operator was cutting up with her coworkers while the mic was turned on so I heard it all and never told me that I could start my order. Very disappointed in the service I "received"!!!

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!! My partner ordered a chicken biscuit this morning and received RAW chicken! The atmosphere and service were very disappointing, as another review said it is clear these employees do not care about the food they serve, safety nor quality. We dont care about the wait time for our food as LONG AS IT IS SAFE TO SERVE!! This is disgusting and I will never eat here again. Ive waited for over 15 minutes while manger is hollering drive thru first!! I won't waste my time or money here again

Morning staff is very friendly and quick. Never had any issues.

Cold food and staff has poor sanitary habits.

Do not use the app. The stores do not honor the app. Ordered a family meal at 1:42pm which said it would be ready at 2:13pm. Arrived at 1:59pm and let them know we were here waiting. They still hadn't brought our food at 2:20pm so I went in to get it. I watched them give out 3 other 8 piece orders thru the drive thru while I waited. Then when the addressed me I was told they were out of chicken and it would be 12 minutes minimum. It's 2:56pm and no chicken. Deleting the app after I get my refund

Workers are extremely rude every single time, they cut you off when you’re ordering, yelling at you to wait to order, just overall the worst fast food place around.

They never have any chicken. We have 2 locations and neither one sells fried chicken. No matter which location, time, or day I visit they never have chicken

Ham, egg biscuit was pitiful! Slice of ham was paper thin and about the size of half biscuit. Don't waste your money on this product. The young man taking our order was awesome!!! He needs a raise@

Drive through is always backed up, when I order a regular soda it always ends up being diet. When I get a biscuit it’d smashed, mangled and falling apart. Just got a plain biscuit and it was soaked in butter.

The staff was shorthanded, so there was a wait in the drive thru, but they were doing the best they could and were polite and friendly.

I’m going to start this off with the staff were very nice. I came by Bojangles today and somehow my order got mixed up and I ended up paying 10 extra dollars for someone else’s food, I had got refunded for that and they had asked me to pull up. I pulled up and I was waiting for someone to come out with my food, 15 minutes go by and I still haven’t gotten my food. I saw that everyone else that had ordered behind me were, after a couple more minutes roll by someone comes out the door with someone else’s food and is surprised that I haven’t even gotten mine. I eventually got my food, I did not get what I ordered, I had gotten rice instead of Mac and cheese when I asked for Mac and cheese and it said it on the receipt, I am allergic to rice. It was my first time coming to this location and I have to say it wasn’t my best experience.

Says they open up at 5 I pulled in at 5 sat there for 5 minutes nobody came to the speaker. Pulled to the window sat there another 5 minutes just to be told they aren’t open and it’ll be about 30 more minutes. I love bojangles but why say open at 5 and not actually be open. Can someone tell me what the real hours are. If it is 5 then fix what ever issue there is cuz you lose business doing this not opening when you say you’ll open.

Whoever was working the drive thru window on 10/30 in the morning really need to get her act together she had a nasty add attitude if your job that bad you should have stayed home

The Bo rounds are always undercooked. Order was wrong and it took 30 minutes to go through the drive thru. Avoid this location.

We went inside because we didn’t have time to wait in the long line of the drive thru and then they made us wait 25 minutes inside after we placed our order while they cleared out the entire drive through first. I feel like orders should be served in the order they came in. And when we finally got our order, it was wrong and the biscuits and gravy looked like it came out of somebody’s stomach so I didn’t even eat and just wasted my time and money this morning

Fries are always OLD. they ask you to wait for chicken to be fried and give you old fries....

Workers are very rude and do not know what they are doing.

For second (and last!) visit, order was wrong, biscuits cold, and fell apart into crumbles before they could be eaten. Too much loud music and horsing around by crew behind counter, creamer was soured and fell out in a lump into the coffee, and table so sticky from something had to change tables. Won't be back!!

Time was 10:50 AM, walked inside, no line, one person eating inside, five employees, all in front of me....No one, not one single employee acknowledged me standing at the counter, after 30 to 45 seconds one person says something to me I could not understand.....two minutes pass, no acknowledgement so out the door I went. The worst customer service ever.

everytime i go it's awful, workers are undertrained and inexperienced. something's always broke and the chicken biscuit i got was just burnt crust 0 chicken.

The food is OK, but the service is awful. It looks like the servers are mad at you, not friendly at all. And the fries are always stale.

They guy working the drive-thru. Is lazy and was very rude. Told him 4 plus time what my order was he still got it wrong. He seem like he was not happy at all to be at work and toke it out on the customer.

Terrible service and the staff is tooooooo slow. It takes an hour to order a family meal. I do think new leadership should be something the general manager should investigate. One suggestion is to start reading the reviews.

If I could rate 0 stars I DEFINITELY would. Everytime I go through drive through literally there’s a 20 mins wait on chicken which honestly Isn’t bad considering you have to wait 20+ Mins in the drive thru anyway. Do better Bojangles

It would have been really nice to receive the biscuits in our meals after paying $51 for 5 combos. You literally left out a part of our meal and still charged full price. That happens about 1/4 of the time we order from here. Also the guy and girl standing on the drive thru side right at the door smoking....while he's wearing a flour covered apron, not a good look. Take the apron that you prepare food in, off, before smoking outside in front of customers. They also tend to lock the doors for inside service ahead of closing, but will have 5-10 people inside of the restaurant... family and friends and won't let you come in. If you sit there, they all leave riding home together. So not professional looking. Needs better night time management.

Went there for breakfast after a 12 hour night shift and I ordered a steak biscuit with cheese. I guess they thought it was some kinda joke to hide a Cajun chicken biscuit inside the steak wrapper. There are two Bojangles in Greenwood; I won’t be goin to this one again.

A group of us got there after seven and even though there were workers inside, they would not open door to let us in to order and eat.

Fries like always cold and hard ordered a deluxe cajun filet this is what I got if I could give zero starts i would this happens all the time

Management really needs a attitude adjustment. If I worked there, I would had walked out long time ago. Since my review was from weeks ago. And we are in titled to a review on Google. I would not like to talk anymore about this. But I was working for grub hub that day. I'm sorry everyone seems desperate for workers. But treats them like garbage. Not only was it embarrassing for your employee. The customers were shocked also. I don't work for yall. I'm only a paying customer. Just take my comment into consideration. Thank you.

Needs a more experienced manager. 3 out of 5 last time there, this restaurant was out of chicken. Lots of very young employees.

This place is BEYOND SORRY! I placed a online order here and pick up time was 2:37pm and when I got there it wasn't ready because they had never pulled their online orders so the girl at the window said to park for 25min and it will be ready. At 3:30pm the order still isn't ready and the girl comes and ask what all was on the order and is taking her time to get the order together. This is just ridiculous. Definitely won't be back.

Worst service ever. Had to go inside after waiting 40 minutes on order. Our order wasn't even started until I asked and received a bad attitude.

I believe I reviewed this Bojangles about a week ago, because they were super nice to me when I was just trying to get a cup of water for my dog, and I said that next time I felt like fries, I would come here, true to my word I did. The staff of this Bojangles is very friendly, they were once again very nice to me when I was getting a cup of water for my dog alongside some french fries, which were not salted? Which I think is unusual for Bojangles, but that wasn't actually a bad thing. They were hot, they were super fresh, and it meant I could share them with my dog because the sodium content wasn't insanely too high. I didn't catch anyone's names, but one gentleman offered me a bowl for my puppy to drink out of, although he is used to long road trips with me, and drinking out of cups. So while it turned out to be ultimately unnecessary, the gesture was incredibly appreciated. Once again, friendly staff, free water which really shouldn't be something that's a big deal but in South Carolina apparently people like to charge absorbent amounts of money for one of the world's most bountiful resources, something I am not accustomed to. They were kind, attentive, and it seemed like there was some very enjoyable gossip happening behind the counter lol I'm a vegetarian and I'm not much of a fast food person, so I don't think I'll come here often, but once again, this cements my decision that should I be struck with a fast food fancy, this is the location I would like to be at. I hope these people get paid well, I sincerely doubt it unfortunately, but I bear them in mind when I cast my votes for senators and congressmen who support $15 an hour minimum wage. Because they're working in a hot kitchen, in a difficult state, full of rude people and I do not envy their jobs, but they do them well.

It's a biscuit and chicken joint It's ok.

Easter Sunday morning near lunch time and it was super busy. The staff was so friendly and efficient. As we listened to others order, some with special requests, each staff member accommodated with smiles and kind words. When my husband asked the lady helping us if she was the manager he complimented them on moving so many orders through so quickly. She was so appreciative and graciously complimented her team as well. We are from out of town and were so pleased with this store’s excellent service. Well done!

Friendly, attentive cashier. My food was received warm and was quite delicious. My only negative comment is that the cashier had to keep apologizing for the rest of the workers behind her because they were cursing at one another. They were not fighting but using profane language in order to communicate and joke with one another. I used the drive-thru to get my food and for me to be able to hear such language through the drive-thru was quite shocking. If it hadn't been for such good food and courteous cashier, I would have ranked the restaurant much lower.

Very slow and can’t get the right food

Went to both locations in greenwood and just set at the drive thru, no one took our order. Nobody answered the phone and there was employees in there. And greenwood wonder why their restaurants are going down hill, you can't run a professional business with unprofessional people. THANKS BOJANGLES FOR THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND LACK OF SERVING OUR COMMUNITY!!!

Go here a lot love the food. Sometimes you get nice ones at the window and sometimes you don't. But all is well just going to get the food. Love the chicken and biscuits.

I got my food through the drive-thru and was sitting in the car in the parking lot and I opened up my slaw my first bite I got a Sharp piece of plastic in my mouth I I went back through the drive-thru and the manager just give me another slaw or the one that had the plastic in it and said that's all he could do for me

The staff is always rude and they never get your order never right never coming back here.

I sat in line from 8:30 to 9:00 only for them to tell me they are closed they don’t have any food to serve. Mind you they just gave the person in front of me their order! They didnt answer the mic in drive thru from 8:30-9pm when they didn’t close down until 9pm. I hate to leave bad reviews, but I gotta say, the drive thru was pretty rude tonight. I couldn’t understand what the girl said the first time she said it and when she repeated it she definitely had an overtly negative tone attached to it, seemingly all because I asked what it was that she said (and I believe I asked with a kind tone in my voice). I hope this issue is resolved because I will be happy to remove my review if things change. I can relate to how difficult fast food can be (I used to work at Starbucks), but I just don’t think it’s great business to allow your employees to be so needlessly rude to their customers. Especially if they didn’t do anything to deserve it (I’ll admit some customers do deserve it). A real disappointment for sure. Also, they used quite a bit of profanity amongst themselves once I got up to the window to pay. A very unprofessional operation in my opinion.

Did not have a good visit. I never eat at bojangles but for a friend I went there. The ladies taking the orders where quite abrupt and rude. Could not understand what was being said but instead of caring they continued to be rude even explaining we can not here her or then one other would join into the mix. For the origin chic wasn't being kind enough to answer the question. I don't mind weighting for food. But whe. They shut the window and step away it'd be nice to let the car people it will be just a minute. Food wasn't tht good either. Tea was OK though.

Most of the staff at Bojangles are very rude and very short with a customers. And I go into both of them quite often and most of them are very rude.

If u like seasons chickens this is 1 of the places to try. Choose from mild or spicy that bo sauce has nice kick on it and tenders are meaty.

I love the batter they use on their fried chicken. It's not just salt and pepper. This location actually makes their own biscuits too!
