My food was ready fast during a monsoon of a storm. And, they offered to help me out.

My family and I have been going here for 6 years and we have loved it the entire time the food is always amazing and the service is very good

I don’t go to bolay very often but yesterday decided to order to have a healthy lunch and once again, their sweet potatoes tasted very underdone. Usually there’s a few pieces here and there that taste underdone and the rest nice and soft but this time every single one tasted undercooked. On my last order I had the same complaint and decided to comment on their app after receiving a message about rating my order but guess they don’t take customers opinions that seriously. It’s a true shame cause the food otherwise is not bad but they need to really fix the problem with their sweet potatoes and if not remove it from their menu and bring back the roasted potatoes which at least is always cooked right.

From the service, to the quality of the food, to the lively atmosphere I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10. P.S. the messages they leave on top of the online to go order lids are amazing! Thanks for making my day!

The service was good and so was the product but they use misleading advertising, ATTENTION IT IS A SCAM!!!! They tell you that the large plate costs $12.99 which includes two proteins, when you go to pay they tell you that the protein you chose was not included, it has 5 kinds of protein and only one type of protein is the one included in the plate the others you have to pay separately. Stay away from this place, they will scam you

It was my first time at a play Fresh Bold Kitchen. I enjoyed the meal because of the large salad they gave me. However, the chicken I got with the salad was on the cold side. I prefer to eat chicken meal hot not lukewarm. Overall, my experience there was alright.

The teriyaki chicken was very good. The people were so nice and friendly. The place is very clean.

The quality of their sweet potatoes is declining dramatically for some reason. They've served me stale sweet potatoes, and a bunch of potato-end pieces literally two days in a row. What is going on? I literally eat here almost every day for my daily grind and they really need to fix this. Also, why is there no rating system on their app for when you get a horrible order like this.

Always amazing fresh food and such a clean restaurant!! Wish you all would open a location on Saint Augustine where I live. I have to visit Orlando or go out to Gainesville to get to the nearest one

Food is always on point - fresh and delicious! Service is great and the atmosphere is always welcoming. I’ve been coming to this location since their grand opening, went to their Hiatus location before that. Great product, quality ingredients! Also - shoutout to Claude and the manager/shift leader he has working for him. I can’t recall her name but she’s been there a bit and is always providing a great experience through the team she’s leading on shift. I wish I could remember her name, she always remembers us! You won’t be disappointed with Bolay, especially this location.

Bolay serves counter service at 5 star quality. The ingredients are so very fresh, super tasty, fairly priced, and even the small bowls are filling and plentiful. Most everything is gluten free (but please always double check). We’ve ordered regularly for a while and have always been extremely happy with our meals. Wish there were more locations, like by my workplace in Weston, FL…hint, hint!

My wife and I each ordered bowls for takeout; my wife’s was correct and she said delicious. My order was almost completely wrong. I ordered teriyaki chicken over jasmine rice with garlic broccoli and herb roasted zucchini. After arriving home (a 15 minute drive after a 10 hour work day), I opened my meal only to find that I received some form of chicken over noodles with kale and mushrooms!! I ate the chicken and threw away the rest. My wife wants to go back there but I can’t see myself agreeing right now. If I had lived any closer and had any energy left, I would have returned to the restaurant to let them know how much they f—-ked up!

Delicious salads, you order what you want to include in your salad, always to your liking, very delicious.

I just want to say that the Pembroke Pines location is easily the best one ever. Their staff is so caring and makes sure every time that I have the perfect order. Anytime they’ve ever messed up they personally reach out to apologize and make sure they make it right. I love the cute little notes they always leave on my bowl. They don’t over price their delivery and as someone who is new to the area and works from home it’s so convenient. Their black and white rice is soooo good and their asian sweet potato noodles are always perfect. Teriyaki chicken and salmon is seasoned so perfectly. I had their chocolate chip cookie for the first time today and i can’t believe i’m going to say it but it was the BEST choc chip cookie i’ve had. This place is fairly affordable just wish their toppings weren’t an additional charge. Love this place and will definitely not be going to chipotle anymore.

I called thinking I received the wrong order but was politely explained otherwise , the girl I spoke with still offered to refund me. It was a nice gesture. My first time ordering from here but surely won’t be my last! I enjoyed my bol very much! Only thing I’d say to improve is the pic of the chicken on the app looks different than what I received. But overall, I was impressed

This is my first time here and WOW the food was incredible!!! I got the steak bowl with salad, the steak was cooked perfectly! What was even better than the food was the service. Claude was amazing and very attentive. I can’t wait to come back here on my next trip!

Bolay exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff. The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was meticulously prepared and presented with care. The flavors were simply out of this world, like a culinary party in my mouth. Even as a health food restaurant, they managed to make every vegetable burst with flavor and excitement. I tried several bowls with different sides, and each one left me craving more. Without a doubt, Bolay has set the bar high for health food restaurants. A solid 10/10 experience!

Food was great….New generation has a lot to learn when coming into the work place. Worker being trained just took everything trainer teaching him as a joke. Not very professional. I understand having fun at work, but there are times for that and this was not it.

It’s a tradition that my sister and her friends go to bolay for lunch on their color gaurd competition days and the manager saw them dressed up and told us he worked with our school often. He gave us free cookies and we had a very good time plus the food was delicious! :)

This service here is awesome and really they go above and beyond to make it right. They provide guidance on the options and can accommodate your dietary needs. Food is great and flavorful. The drinks are also just right and not too sweet. They also use silverware to reduce plastic waste. Definitely recommend.

I put an online order and scheduled it for certain time. My meeting ended super early and I called Bolay to see if they would be able to move up my order so I could pick it up earlier. They were very accommodating and it was ready in 10 minutes. Their food is amazing.

I come to this location in particularly for the convenience it has to offer! Line moves quickly without deteriorating Customer service. Claude runs a good front end with his staff. Friendly, caring, and make sure you always leave satisfied. Every member of their team does a phenomenal job from Amanda, Shay, and Desiree, and many more just don't really know their names. Food is A1, I highly recommend you stop by and grab yourself a Bowl!

Always tasty, fresh food. Usually do delivery but stopped by today to pick up. Really quick service and the staff who was doing the pick up section was very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

This place does not skimp…bowls are not cheap but good. Got the regular bowl with teriyaki chicken, ginger broccoli, forbidden black rice and the kale salad.

The place is nice the guy that took care of me was cool and chill. The food was good but a bit expensive I paid $18 for a large bowl. I just wish they had the nice plates for dining in like the other locations.

I ordered the large build your own bowl with the citrus chicken, steak, sweet potatoes and noodles. The meat was seasoned perfectly, steak nice and tender just everything was perfect. The sauce needs to come in bigger cups as they are very very good creamy garlic, herb pesto and tumeric delicious. Also the large bowl needs to be LARGER ijs and all locations should have the forbidden rice. Bolay is a winner in my book.

I love Bolay and this location! The only reason for not rating 5 stars is because I miss the lemon chicken. Please bring it back! The citrus chicken is extremely dry, and the flavor is not nearly as good. I used to come here 1-2x per week and order a large bowl with double lemon chicken. Sad to say I have cut way back because of this.
