Some of the best chicken i’ve ever tasted no exaggeration. Spicy is best choice imo. Been eating here for years, love the food, atmosphere, drinks, plus the service is unmatched. I do have one complaint.. please for the LIFE of me serve fries as a “complimentary” side instead of pickled radish or coleslaw. I don’t mind the price cause it’s worth it but at least consider adding a decent side.

We been going here since 2019 but the few times we been going here the taste is off. We got half spicy and half soy. The spicy one was still acceptable but not nearly to what it was before and the soy was sooo salty. I miss the old bonchon receipe. And am definitely not a fan of the extra big drums.

This is NOT Korean fried chicken (I am korean btw) and not worth it. I tried in different branch in the east coast but this branch is really bad. Batter is super thick/greasy and chicken were really tough. I ordered soy/spicy chicken and barely tasted the sauce.

Popular Korean fried chicken. This location has the worse service. For starters I had taken my daughter there for her 14th birthday. Our server took a while to give us our drinks. That night wasn't so busy, not only that I had to ask for utensils, then I had to flag someone to fill our drinks. Then I realized the automatically charge for tip. That explains why they didn't make an effort. So they charge you service fee plus tip. The chicken is great the tbokki was ok. Stay away from the jap chae that was the worse jap chae I have ever had. Noodles drenched in premade sauce. If you like the chicken wings get it to go. Not worth sitting in for that experience.

I got a to go order. I wanted to really like this place, because of the rave reviews on TT and FB. Well the wings were average. I got the spicy chicken tacos when I say there was 10 bite sized pieces of chicken. I’m not lying….. added photos. Needles to say the young lady at the front desk was excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I also had the donut twists they were pretty good. $43 for wings tacos and donuts, incredible. No sides and nothing to drink.

The food was great, but my biggest complaint was the attitude of a female server working the upper level on Saturday evening 8/3/2024. Our server Kevin was great, but when we couldn’t locate him we called over someone else for help and she had the worst facial expression and sighed deeply because of this “inconvenience”. Later on when we needed help again to locate our server to ask for the check, we just avoided talking to her and had to wait a bit for him. If she weren’t so rude the first time maybe we would feel comfortable asking for her help.

If you advertised all you can eat wings, you should honor all you can eat wings. False advertising.

I usually eat here because I enjoy the food but without a doubt I always leave with some kind of stomach issue. I never gave it a second thought because maybe my stomach just didn’t agree with the seasoning in the spicy wings here (the university city location never does this to me but their spicy wings also taste different than the Chinatown location) However, this time was different. I ate here Wednesday night and went through my usual stomach issues from eating the spicy wings but this time it was different.. the pain kept worsening, and I ended up in the hospital two days later after grueling stomach pains, high grade fever and diarrhea. I contracted norovirus from the chicken and have been trying to recover since then. I normally have mad love for this place, but I’m starting to think food sanitation is not taken seriously here. Needless to say I’m done with this location as now it feels like my stomach issues in the past weren’t because of the spice but because of how unsanitary the food preparation must be.

After ordering delivery, we were shorted 9 bottles of soda. When I reached out to the restaurant, they first told me they would have them delivered. After a few minutes, they called me back and said they could not deliver them and also were unable to refund the $29.25 that I paid for them. Will not order from them again. Wish I could give zero stars for how they handled this.

We recently spent time at Philly’s Chinese Lantern Festival. Since food there was outrageously expensive, we strolled over to nearby Chinatown to find a meal. That’s how we found Bonchon. The restaurant has a very cool vibe. It has two levels: a bar seating area downstairs and traditional table and booth seating upstairs. Music videos (mostly K Pop) are shared via giant screens. Upon entering around 10:30 pm, we were quickly escorted upstairs for seating. Our server seemed genuinely happy to serve us and was extremely friendly. He told us about the interesting new menu items and described the mainstay items customers love. The menu was varied and included lots of things we like to eat like japchae, tteokbokki, bulgogi, and steamed buns. The drink menu offered the regular bottled sodas and lemonades, but also featured yummy looking soju cocktails. There were five in our party, so I was able to sample several things. I found the bulgogi fries to be delicious, but some in our party didn’t care for the flavor of the smoked cheese atop the fries. The chicken strips were super crunchy, very juicy, and well sauced (half with Soy Garlic and the other with Korean BBQ). Both the fried chicken sandwich and wings were big and just as crispy. The sides of cole slaw and pickled radish were tasty as well. We loved the generous portion sizes. We definitely got our money’s worth. A couple of things we didn’t like. One was the super low lighting. I get that was likely due to the late Friday night vibe, but I like to see the details of everything on my plates. Another thing I didn’t like was the temperature. It was noticeably warmer upstairs than downstairs. I understand that heat rises, but I would have preferred for the AC to have been bumped a notch. However, neither of those details would cancel a return visit. Overall, we enjoyed our visit. We were treated well. We liked the atmosphere and enjoyed our food. We’re definitely planning a return visit to Bonchon.

Food used to be great. It’s Philly so I guess it is meant to feel sticky and messy. The spicy garlic are mild at best. I used to enjoy this Bonchon location. Not the same. Some are the servers are nice.

I love this Bonchon - the food and atmosphere are nice and it’s a great spot for some chicken and fries or there’s plenty else on the menu to enjoy…! Took off a star because the floor is just absurdly slippery all the time, I always feel like I’m gonna slip and die lmao. I gotta take such careful steps .. but the food is tasty so i’m willing to take my life into my own hands hahaha

The quality of their food has declined over the years. I remember back in 2018, I would consider this place the best fried chicken I ever had. Now the quality has gone down. They also no longer have the big wings that I used to love. I ordered the japchae; it tasted like it was either refrigerated or had been sitting out for a while. It was cold, mushy, and overall inedible. I’m not the type to tell my server to send back the food, so I just ate the wings, which were too salty (soy garlic). The pickled radish also wasn’t pickled enough. Back then, it used to be perfect, and I would even order extra sides of it. I really don’t know what happened to them; it’s really a shame, as this was like my childhood restaurant. It’s to the point that I’m almost shedding a tear writing this review. I really loved this place. ☹️😿

Me and my girlfriend came here after a strenuous day of absolutley tearing up 9th and poplar skatepark. We got the tenders and potstickers. They were scrumptious and gave us the energy we needed for another 24 hour skate session

The drink selection and food is wonderful. Always appreciate the Soju carafes with multiple flavors available

Great food, one of the best places to go for late night dinner. The only drawbacks are 1) slippery/oily floor all throughout 2) for kids who dont know how to use chopsticks, silverware, AND/OR other at least better quality disposable utensils.

202403 Update: Two stars deducted. Last time I went inside, the wait was super long and the bibimbap was crazy salty. The fried chicken was also a bit too heavily seasoned. 202302 I take it out every time. The Korean fried food is delicious. The zucchini fries are also good, but they are a big piece instead of strips.

Anyone that says this place is good have never taste Korean food. They are many better places in Philadelphia for Korean food. When you enter the place has a weird smell like humidity. The tables are sticky. We receive our food in different time so my friends food was cold when mine got to the table. The tteokbokki is not supposed to taste like that. At the end of our dinner I just felt nausea the whole night. Plus is pretty expensive compare with other Korean food places that the food really have the flavor that is suppose to have and are cleaner than this one.

The food is great but the restaurant is a scam. There's always a problem between things not being rung up correctly or messing up the order. Biggest issue is them almost never being able to fulfill a TooGoodToGo order. Such a waste of time and money. Avoid.

All the food here is good but you come for the fried chicken and the chicken is delicious. Recommend the spicy but the none spicy is just as good. Right by the conversation center too so a good place to eat lunch or dinner if you are in the area.

Eat here if you want mice walking next to your feet..

Korean bbq wings are a must try

Great late night atmosphere and busy on a Thursday which speaks volumes. The man had the chicken katsu who thoroughly enjoyed it. the garlic soy pot stickers delivered as well and pair with a bottle of soju for a nice late dinner date! Only thing is the bibimbap. Flavor isn't bad and has a nice gentle heat but I guess they're not really into gochujang a delicious heat packed red bean paste which is kind of a staple experience for bibimbap imo. Still, waitress was attentive and dish was still solid overall!! Definitely worth a visit at least once if you're in Chinatown all and all.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to have amazing Korean fried chicken in Philly. Sure, it's widely known, but that just goes to show the effect Bonchon has had on taste buds. This extends to meals beyond the chicken, making it a great place for someone looking to try their first few Korean dishes. Pair that with the international beer selection, and you have a meal that leaves a lasting impression.

Terrible place. They wanted to charge me $4 extra to get sauce on the side INSTEAD of on the wings. Cafe soho is much better.

Best wings I have EVER had in my entire life, and I have eaten a lot of wings. The only remotely bad thing I have to say about this place is that it's going to be very hard on you if you're on a diet. But let's be honest, you're not coming here for your health. You're coming here for Soju shots, fried wings, bulgogi fries, tteok-bokki smothered in cheese, Korean donuts, and matcha mochi. If you do decide to be reasonable and eat some vegetables, I recommend the Japchae — super yummy and pretty guiltless nutritionally speaking. They were playing booty-shaking dance music during my visit, which seems appropriate, because this definitely felt like a meal I'll need to revisit after my next late night out on the town. Hot tip- if you aren't sure how well you're going to be able to handle the heat of the wings ask to split your order half and half between spicy and non spicy and/or request extra pickled veg (it's great at cooling down an overly-spiced palate). Update: Tried Bonchon wings for takeout for the first time the other day and these things can TRAVEL. I made the questionable decision to save on delivery by driving into Chinatown myself to get them, where traffic was (unsurprisingly) a nightmare, so they had been ready for pickup for maybe 10-15 mins when I got there. There was no place to park, but the staff was nice enough to run them out for me. It took maybe 15-20 mins to get home. By the time I actually was able to sit down and eat these wings, they had been off the line for probably 40+ minutes. I was fully expecting a soggier and less-satisfying wing than what I had eaten in the restaurant. But by the grace of the Korean fried chicken gods, they were still incredibly crunchy and delicious. Very impressive!

They offer boneless Korean fried chicken. Unfortunately, the fried chicken is a bit dry and seems to have been fried for too long. The cheese rice cake is very delicious. It is recommended to share it with two people, otherwise it will be a bit boring to eat it alone.

The food was fine but the service was so incredibly slow that it ruined the possibility of enjoying anything else. Will not return.

My husband and I came in on a Friday night, got dinner and drinks. Everything was delicious and affordable, our server Tony was great too. What blew us away though was the Korean donuts! Oh my goodness!! Cinnamon sugar, pillowy soft donuts. 🤤 Don’t skip on dessert!

I ordered chicken fried rice (there is no chickens) and rice quality is worst (no flavor). Plain Chicken fry was bland.

I placed an order online on 11/11/23. I was a bit shocked when I saw the radish was molded. I don't understand how they didn't see it and still give it to customers. I called them and the guy on the phone asked me “am I sure the radish was not bluish” Why would I make this up? He said he would have to take a look at it and give me a replacement. Really? Obviously, he didn't believe me. Anyway, I took a few pictures, you can see them for yourself.

Waited for 1 whole hour for some fries and chicken. So little chicken. Ridiculous. Do not recommend at all.

We got here on a Friday night around 11:30P.M. and told there was a 30 minute wait. That’s fine, we said yes and waited. We decided to enter the restaurant and wait inside as 30 minutes approached. Well, it was only then where the very apathetic girls told us they’re not seating at all for another hour because apparently the kitchen was backed up by big parties. I don’t know how you don’t except a big rush during a Friday night and how the kitchen isn’t prepared. And waiting that whole 30 minutes made tons of other options close on us. So we were stuck finding some other random place across town. Thanks.

Food has been hit or miss since the pandemic but still love a good bar atmosphere and they play kpop on a loop on multiple TVs 5 stars for me

We’ve been going to this place for years, decided to treat my fiancé to a pick up order for his birthday. Placed order to be ready at 6:20, made it to the restaurant at about 6:48 because of traffic. I was then told someone else picked up my order and or stole it. they would have to reorder everything again. I try to be understanding always but I realistically can’t understand how a person can just walk in and take my order. I don’t have a common name but ok. Regardless though I said ok and walked to my car to wait, 20 minutes goes by I then go inside to wait. Didn’t leave with my order until 7:39. Basically over an hour from my expected pick up time. I’m disappointed because I truly love this place but to wait over an hour from my original pick up time, have somebody take my food, plus watch people left and right get there orders is ridiculous. I can’t say if I will or won’t order from here again but I’ll definitely say some type of improvement needs to be made. No reason anybody’s order should be able to walk out the door without confirmation of who’s it is!

Visited this location while in Phillie. The wings were great extra crispy and flavorful and so were the noodles . We did get fried rice but we didnt care for that too much . Would’ve given more stars bc the wings were 10/10 but the girls in the front were not friendly and made snide remarks when we asked certain things . For that reason alone i would not return to this place . It was very off putting the way the conducted themselves .

This is the closest Bonchon Korean wings spot since we are from south Jersey. You haven’t taste any delicious double fried wings until you get your hands on these. The most challenging part for this restaurant is finding parking. We stop in on Labor Day and parking was free. We order soy and spicy wings. Order were ready within 10 mins. We didn’t dine in but seems like they have a full bar and 2nd floor seating. I would definitely recommend the spicy wings. See for yourself and it definitely gives Soho wings a run for their money.

Had a situation where their system wasn't working and they were unable to take an e-gift card that I had been given. Chheng Ting - the general manager, was kind enough to not only route the problem to their IT department, but was even kind enough to provide food in light of the technical issues. Excellent service and him and the team didn't have to go above and beyond like that.

After wandering around Philadelphia's China town for a while, I stumbled upon this spot. I saw that they served wings, which I can't resist. They were some of the best wings I have ever had. Super crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside. They were perfectly cooked, and the sauces were delectable. I got the half and half. A small order comes with five spicy wings and five soy garlic wings. I got a side of picked radishes and two soju cocktails. There were some nice-looking Korean menu items, which I will have to come back and try sometime.

They’re not good anymore. Small wings every time and they’re not juicy, crunchy, and are dry. Too expensive too. Don’t come here or order delivery or pickup. Be warned. Edit 5/8/23: they're okay. Normal sized wings. Flavor is good, not great. Won't come back again. BBQ Chicken is the best still to this day.

I ordered their signature chicken small combo, which has 6 pieces of wings and 3 drumsticks. For the portion, those pieces are huge! Finishing all of them by myself is a little challenging, and I did not even order beer. With the huge size of their chicken in mind, their wings and drumsticks definitely have a lot of meat. But what really impresses me is the layer of flavors. I tried half soy garlic and half spicy. Each single piece is full of flavor, not only on the crunch skin, but also in the succulent meat. Soy garlic is absolutely the flavor I love more. It is a little sweet and mainly savory, quite delicious! Spicy flavor has a strong kick. My tongue senses a red alert on the first bite, my throat feels jet fuel after finishing one piece, and my whole mouth becomes a nuclear waste after finishing all four spicy pieces (sorry about those metaphors, I mean, their spicy flavor is really spicy; not for a weak soul) The background music is all Kpop, which I love. Seems that there are people dancing on the second floor, I wish I can join them next time.

This place is so dope. There's kpop on the big screen, chill vibes, and the soju is just soooooo GOOOOD!

Bulgogi tacos are worth the trip themselves. But you MUST get the fried chicken. The drums, the wings super yummy! So glad we all had leftovers! This chicken its the absolute best Korean fried chicken I've had. Super crispy, really tasty. The soy-garlic is delectable. I can put it on anything. The spicy, that is spicy, couldn't eat it. The slaw is much better tasting than it looks. But the fries need more seasoning. Very crispy but needs more seasoning. Have recommend Bonchon to everyone I have spoke to since I was there. My only negative is that it was very warm in there, very warm.

We tried 2 types Chicken strips ( half & half) & Buldak. Chicken strips was great but didn't like Buldak.

Awesome Korean fried chicken. I went with the 1/2 spicy and 1/2 soy garlic. Hot, crispy, and delicious. The pork belly bao buns were fantastic. The Cole slaw was a little liquidly so the bao buns were tearing at the bottom, but it did not affect the taste at all. The pork katsu was just okay and the sauce tasted odd. Would not order that again, but "2 out of 3 ain't bad."

I loved the double fried chicken (4 wing and two drumsticks) and kimchi I ordered with the lunch special. This location has an upstairs seating and large TV's playing K-pop. Update (3/5/2020)- Not sure if they changed staff in the kitchen - but I ordered boneless chicken that came out half an hour after it was ordered. I actually had to ask the bartender to go to the kitchen and check on my order. It also seemed like I got the crispy dressing instead of the soy garlic and the chicken was overcooked to the point that it was really hard. A patron that came in 10 min after me got their order of chicken with in 10 min. Not sure is cooking boneless chicken takes longer. 🤷 Update (Feb 23) - the new boneless chicken strips are definitely a major improvement.

2023.02 桌子地板還是很髒很黏 Large combo half half: 哇辣味真的很辣！要小心服用 不辣的口味很好吃 炸雞也很脆～ Popcorn shrimp: 可以不用點 太鹹 章魚燒：蠻普通的但還可以 —— 2022.05 開到很晚，到處都是大螢幕可以看球賽跟韓國MV(?) 但環境滿髒的 地板也很油 食物的話，這是我第一次吃韓式炸雞！ Combo medium $29.05: 我覺得味道很足夠，雞肉也滿嫩的，但中間那碗醃蘿蔔跟泡水的蘿蔔一樣食之無味，扣分嘖嘖 Seasoned French fries $7.95: 看到上面寫must try就點了，但超後悔，跟原本的薯條差不多…還貴了2塊 The Korean fried chicken is good, but the seasoned French fries is definitely not a “must try” like the menu said. It’s not worth it for the 2 more dollars more expensive than the original fries.

Skip this place if you have Celiacs or gluten sensitivity. There’s edamame and steamed white rice for you to eat only. That’s it. If you don’t have any restrictions then apparently the wings are delicious, but you’ll have to wait a very very VERY long time for them. My friends waited over an hr and one order was even forgotten. They looked basic to me, but I guess as a late night spot it’s a go to. Lots of take-out at the door this blocking the entrance and making it very confusing when first walking in, it makes patrons think they have to wait in-line to sit but there’s plenty of seating. They should try and decongest the entrance to allow more free movement in and out.

First experience was good even though i got takeout. Had to wait almost an hour but was well worth it. Will be back for true dine-in experience! *Edit: Came back for dine-in at the bar, the food was great hot and fresh. Service could of been a little better but overall good experience. Will be returning!

2️⃣一走進店內，樓下有吧台，但因為是午餐時間，所以沒什麼人在吧台喝酒，而中午的用餐區被集合在二樓。 3️⃣聽說這邊最好吃的就是獨家研發大蒜與香辣秘方醬料，我們就點了這兩個口味，但因為真的很不喜歡啃骨頭，所以最後選了無骨炸雞。 而不管無骨或是雞腿🍗&雞翅都是可以選擇你要4、8、10隻哦 然後因為是午間優惠，加購薯條只要兩塊錢，還不點嗎🤪🤪 4️⃣後面的菜單是單點的韓式料理，有煎餃、泡菜湯、韓式拌飯捲餅等等的。 因為實在太餓了，所以選擇吃得飽的韓式拌飯😝 5️⃣美金💲兩塊錢的薯條，在美國來說真的很便宜，因為美國人的薪資比台灣高，相對的物價也比較高。 6️⃣再來是主餐炸雞！怎麼看起來很空虛 😅 我們選了Soy Garlic 醬燒蒜味 + Hot 韓式辣醬。 Soy Garlic 醬燒蒜味 吃起來比較像 照燒脆皮醬油的味道，帶微微的蒜🧄香，蒜味沒有那麼明顯。 另外 Hot 韓式辣醬一樣是帶有甜味的辣，但是辣椒只是是🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️又帶鹹，大概吃2塊我就不行了⋯⋯🥲 7️⃣ 另外也單點了牛肉韓式拌飯，原本以為上來的是石頭鍋，應該會有鍋巴！！還特別等了一下才攪拌。結果⋯嗯⋯他真的只是拌飯😂😅😂

I've had better korean fried chicken 🍗 in New Jersey. Flavor wasn't there. And they only have 2 options spicy and soy garlic. And you can't pick you spice level.

The service was terrible because the waitress was extremely rude. I asked her what sauces they offer and what goes best with the chicken wings. She looked irritated by the question and told me to just look at the menu. What a "great" way to speak to your customers! Their chicken wings are tasteless, and it felt like I was chewing gum. The sauce I picked could not save that disaster of a meal. This is not a cheap restaurant so I would expect much more from a place that charges so much. I will never come back here. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!

I went here with my younger daughter because some websites advertised this restaurant as kid friendly. Big mistake. I don’t understand how you can claim to be a kid friendly restaurant but have a bar as your whole first floor. So we came here on the afternoon and there were already a bunch of people drinking. We didn’t even get the chance to try out the food because I felt uncomfortable having my young daughter at a bar. I’m very disappointed by this false advertisement. You should stop lying to your customers

I came here with my daughter because some websites advertised this place as kid-friendly. Well it definitely isn’t because the first floor of this restaurant is a bar. I was here during the afternoon and there were already a bunch of people drinking. We didn’t even get to order because I was uncomfortable having my kid at a bar. I came here with my friends even though I had disappointing experiences with other Bonchon location. I hoped it would be better but it wasn’t. When we went inside, the waitress went to look for seating and it took 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us again. We just stood awkwardly at the entrance. When we finally go to order food, it took them forever to prepare it. I got wings and they were dry and tasteless. My friends ordered popcorn shrimp and said it was okay at best. Service sucks, food sucks. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Food such as fried rice, bibimbap, japchae, etc is average not the best korean food, but fried chicken are delicious. The service was decent but one of the waiter is a bit ignorant. She tried taking away our plates and napkins right when our food came out like sis we need napkins leave some. She wasn’t very attentive enough tho we were the only customers upstairs at that time. The food here is a bit pricey compared to other korean restaurant. ( bulgogi bibimbap was $18ish when other restaurants charges $13-15 ) I would come again but only for fried chicken. Other food are mid and not worth the money.

Me and my friends wanted to give this place a try even though I had a disappointing experiences with Bonchon before. We went inside and the waitress left to look for seating. We had to awkwardly wait at the entrance for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us again. She could’ve told us that there was no seating and told us to come back later. When we were seated, I ordered wings and my friends ordered popcorn shrimp. They took forever preparing the food even though it was just appetizers. Wings were dry (consistent with my previous experiences) and my friends said popcorn shrimp was okay at best. So service and food still sucks here. I definitely won’t be returning and neither will my friends. *some websites advertised this place as kid friendly. Not sure how that’s possible if the whole first floor is just a bar…

If you are tired of the same old type of eateries, try Bonchon. This Asian Fusion restaurant has a nice bar suitable to eat if traveling solo. There is an upstairs loft dining area perfect for larger groups of friends. The chicken wings were huge drums and a uniquely original flavor served with a nice presentation.

Excelentes tragos, estuve todo el tiempo en la barra ya que no consumimos comida, el bartender es un amor de persona, fue muy atento me escucho hablar español y me hablo en español cosa que me sorprendió mucho y me hizo que me sintiera muy relajada, los tragos con soju son una delicia.. estaré de vuelta muy pronto

Food is quite good, but suffers from a bar like atmosphere.

This isn't the best Bonchon I've been too. This place didn't seem like the most clean, and had a confusing vibe. I wasn't sure if this place wanted to be a restaurant or a karaoke bar. The food was average.

Best wings in town. If you don't know what to to get, just get something!!!! It will be a glorious explosion for your taste buds. We had the TTEOBOKKI- So hot and very delicious, I'm not sure what hit first. BIBIMBAP - outstanding flavor - all Variations. SLIDERS - chicken 🐔 soy garlic with coleslaw or kimchi slaw.....perfection 🥰 💞 Watching the wings get delivered to different tables is a shared and exciting experience. AMAZINGGGG

Just about everything you can have in China town will be 10/10 and Bon Chon is no exception! Fantastic Korean fried chicken and classic k-bar food, a must try experience for wing lovers looking for savory and spicy! Fun atmosphere and great drinks make for a memorable visit.

Just ordered and this is the first time that I can say it was awful. Rice over cooked and mushy and wings were like steroid wings and had no sauce. What a waste of money smh.

Drinks and service were great and their late night menu looked good. However all of their chicken and fries share a frier with shrimp! If you have a shellfish allergy beware. All I could eat was white rice and kimchi and it was sadly subpar. I'm told the chicken was good though from others who could eat it. If you don't have allergies it's a fine place and I recommend the Green Tea Shot.

The wings here are some of the best in Philly! Our group really enjoyed the service and atmosphere and try to make a stop whenever we were in the area. Their other menu items are also really good too!

It not worth the money. The quantity of food they give for 25$ is ridiculous. Order was for 12 pieces wings and what i got was 10 ridiculously tiny pieces of chicken. Honestly just completely stupid. I feel cheated and would order from elsewhere.

I love the way the chicken taste and smell. I definitely recommend dining in for the most optimal taste.

1 star for the fast service due to the helpers & 1 star because I actually like the wings. It’s unfortunate that some of the ppl that work here lack personality. The server we had tonight ruined any chance of us ever returning. You have to think that if the service is below average the food isn’t cared for as it should be either, hence finding a piece of hair in it. Do better!

Worst Bonchon I've ever been to. They made me wait over an hour for my takeout that I ordered online. The woman at the register was also downright rude and disrespectful not just to me, but everyone else patiently waiting on their late orders. If you can, go to the one in University City. Much better service, and you don't have to deal with an unbelievable wait time and rude people.
