Worst customer service ever. They were so rude and when we walked in with my 2 year old son and his water she told us to get out cause we can't bring outside drinks in... Didn't even say hello or anything first right at the entrance. the balls kept getting stuck in the back. I went with my wife and kids and won't bother coming back. It's not what it used to be

This place is a rip off! A high noon was $13 a pitcher of beer was $29 Its outrageous!!!! I do not recommend bowlero, temecula lanes or pins and pockets is a million times better!!!!

Good enough food but one pool table and one good cue stick.

Terrible customer service. Waited 10 minutes to order food during a low traffic time. Never got a number for my food so I had to keep guessing when it would be ready. While bowling got moved to another lane for a birthday party. Manager claimed the lane was “broken”. The a/c was basically non-existent, so hot.

I have visited Bowlero in Murrieta a couple of times now. Once with co-workers and another time with my kids. It's well kept and the staff is helpful. I believe it is fair priced and a good place to hang out for a date or place to take the family out to. It also makes a great option for team building events.

Used to go to this place when Brunswick owned it. It is much better than before. Pretty much cosmic bowl all the time.

We ordered a pizza and beer combo when we first got here and then we played two games and they never brought us our pizza so when we went to go ask for a refund, they charge us more for the beer even though we never got our pizza that is the reason for my review. The little waitress girl was gave me a super attitude and then the manager Bryan also had no empathy for us. He basically just told us that we have to pay more for the pitcher of beer, even though we didn’t have any food all night long over the two hours that we are here.

So much fun with the family for a quick get out and laugh night. I recommend this place to enjoy good simple fun out.

They only have one pool table in the bar area. Come on guys, an hour wait for a table. Disappointed.

Lane 3 did not work and after an hour of back and forth they gave me a free 2 hour. I will go back and hopefully won’t get a lane with problems. Food is terribly expensive. Not the best food for that price. Beer was cold.

⭐️ for food Waited 50mins for $30 overcooked chicken wings and oily, soggy, undercooked garlic fries. Not to mention my friend order a sampler tray 10mins after me and received her order 10mins before me. Don’t order food here just eat before. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for bowling Bcuz I mean that’s what you’re here to do; 4 stars bcuz the pricing here is just expensive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for alcohol drinks Bcuz honestly this was the only good thing keeping me less crabby that night.

They just upgraded the software, but it's not working properly. They assigned us a lane and it wouldn't set nor reset at all. Each time you bowl had to call for service. Made for a frustrating night. Finally changed lanes and it was a little better. I would wait for a few weeks before going back.

Even though under a different name this place still brings back old memories

Favorite place to bowl. Update...league night and Bowlero decided to put a party next to us. So disappointing. Used to be party's would be scheduled at a time different than league night.

Bathrooms aren't very clean. Food takes long enough for you to finish 2 games.

Place was awesome fun for the family! The only reason I did not give 5 Stars is that it was pricey!

Booked a party here for my teens, and it was amazing and well worth it. They had such a great time everything was perfect from staff,food,and service was exceptional. I definitely recommend 100%

Fun for family friends and more

From a competitive place to bowl at, it is okay. If you are a recreational bowler, then, it is a GREAT place to come, eat and have a good time with friends.

Short man at counter slick back hair always has an attitude. Manager with dark beard is unaware of his promotional offers on Easter Sunday. Asked about there 12 dollar 2 hours Per person and denied telling me it is 99.99 a person. I bowl there every week I buy my shoes and balls there and have a bad experience everytime unless your a league bowler. Crazy. Lanes jam all the time especially number 2. Price soar rise on weekends. Some reason I pay the same amount evertime with or without military discount. I'll just use hemets bowlero from now on much better quality and service for non league personnel. These are the receipts of the group next to me......

A nice family oriented venue that's well maintained and with adequate parking. It's worth a visit with family and friends for a round or two of bowling.

5 Star Customer experience!! This is a great bowling alley that is family friendly. The entire staff was amazing and helpful. Special shout out to Kelly, She went above and beyond expectations to help my family & I with our bowling experience. I would highly recommend this business for anyone looking to have some FUN. We will be back.

Good bowling alley, also has food and a game room

Be aware they up prices to certain customers on holidays. First time here and walked out remembering why we go to Temecula bowls or Round 1 way better all around. One guy at Bowlero says, "$6.99 a game". The snappy rude girl with short brown hair walls over literally shoves the guy to the side, turns off the t.v. pricing and says a promo for holiday of $8.49 lol! A promo is uping the price? She laughs and says, "yeah". Did she really think I couldn't do entry math. Then as we're walking, she proceeds to starts whispering something to the guy. So clearly their enployees like talking behind customers backs also as they scam them. Rude, and unfriendly. Will leave one star for Better Business Beaurs also and clearly won't be back or doing any work meetings here.

Had us waiting to bowl for over 2 hours AND our balls weren't returning & it wasted at least 30 min of our game trying 2 find new balls/waiting!

Ridiculous and abusive policy of not being able to use a 3rd party (groupon) until 24 hours AFTER purchase. Like who TF does that?

There for our company party. All you can eat and drink, alcohol included. Food came out late. Couldn't order at the bar. One server bringing drinks... Need at least 2 servers. Bowling was fun.

Had my daughters bday party here today and wow this place really delivered. They decorated great, were prompt and very gracious. I really want to shout out Audrey. She was freaking amazing. She was super busy but had a smile on her face and a great attitude the whole time. Also, the manager and general manager on duty were very kind. Thank you Bowlero. Keep it up!!

It’s dirty …. Needs a deep clean! They do not sell ice tea!!!! A very popular drink 🥤… please consider to sell ice tea like all other Bowlero establishments I have been to … they have ice tea… why do you not sell ice tea???? ( I have bowled in this building for 24 years and the time without ice tea have been very sad … Bowlero just add ice tea !)

Loved it here!! We had so much fun. Only complaint is the food wasn't that great and I was ill the next day. But we had a blast!!

Fantastic experience! My friend had them set up a 50th birthday celebration for her husband. This place put out some awesome decorations and the food was good too, especially the chickens wings! We had a great time and Audry was really helpful! Thank you to the team at Bowlero!!

Love it! We play on a league there. Sometimes, the lanes break down, but that is at all bowling alleys when they are used constantly. The food is so dang good. Usually eat dinner there every weekend.

This was my first time hosting a birthday party at a bowling alley and it was amazing! Their staff (Lydia, Chloe, & Kryssi) were so nice, attentive, & stayed on top of everything. The food was actually pretty good, I was surprised with it not being a restaurant. Definitely try their chicken tenders. I highly recommend doing an event here. No clean up and THE KIDS HAD SO MUCH FUN!

Came here for the after 8 pm unlimited bowling they’re a little on the expensive side but it is a pretty nice place. Not a lot of different size bowling balls more on the bigger side for those. We did not end up staying until 12 like we had planned to after our bowling ball kept getting stuck on our lanes and the manager came over to help us she was not nice about it AT ALL! It got very uncomfortable for us the way she was talking and acting about it , we decided to leave earlier she was a small thin blonde hair lady her name was either Kelly or Krissy. She was nice talking to the people next to us which I don’t know if it could have been a racial thing our group was Mexican the group next to us was white I have no idea what caused her to act so disrespectful to our group. Bathrooms are clean. Arcade has a good selection of games. The food was okay the soft drinks tasted a little watered down.

Eh, it's fine. Food is decent, always a wait, arcade area is terrible. Staff is inconsistent can be rude sometimes nice. Not much to say it's a place to bowl. Arcade is better at Round 1 in Temecula

40 lanes. Food n beverages are awesome, Nice staff. I took my Granddaughters around 11 after Turkey Day n we had a blast. Plenty games for them as well...

Staff was nice enough, but this business charges a premium for bowling. Shoe rentals exceeding $8 dollars and $7 dollars a game per person. This is with a military discount. So one game with shoe rental will cost more than $20 per person. A hundred dollars for a family of five for one game. Very expensive. Remember when bowling used to be a nice inexpensive date for two? This is no longer the case at Bowlero.

The new lane design (couches & wooden tables) wasn't well planned... needs some work. Would be nice if they cleaned the back ends of the lanes as well. Have been bowling leagues here for about 20 years, it's the only game in town but could really use some TLC. Could be worse.... but surely could be better !!

We had our team party here and everything was perfect! Krissy the manager (and her staff) made sure everything was taken care of, set up nicely, and decor was perfect (soccer theme)! Sarah was our Hostess and excellent service! Food was great too! The kids and parents really enjoyed!

Had end of year team ⚾️ party and Bowlero did a great job! Kryssi was our host, she was incredible. Did an amazing job and attentive to supporting us and the kids! She even put up some fun decorations for the team. Thank you, what a fun night!!!

My review is for the Murrieta location. I bowl here in league and at least one other day for practice. I have been coming here for the last 3 years. I have a big issue with the lack of space in the actual bowling area. They place two tables in the bowling area that just get in the way, especially during league play. Which most of us remove at least one table and place them in the aisle. Lose lose for everyone!! Second biggest issue I have is a service fee charge they automatically add onto on all orders of food or beverages?? That’s not right and frankly I find that dis-tasteful. Also very few drink deals? With the price of alcohol here being higher than most other establishments more deals would bring more purchases. I remember a very popular Tito’s price that brought everyone!!

Not bad, offers unlimited bowling from 8-11, but you can’t really get a lane till around nine so you only get 2 hours. Lanes were pretty freshly oiled because of leave I believe which was nice. Weren’t allowed to do league style practice either which we wish we could’ve done. Overall 3.9/5.

My family and myself was very please with the ambience of the Bowling Alley. We will definitely come back.

On a league on Tuesday nights and I was welcomed as if I'd been bowling there my whole life. Great group of people just wish they would stop sandbagging lol 😜

The place is clean, the staff was friendly. The lanes are a bit cramped and they did have us move our party to different lanes but that's because the party next to us was a bit crabby. Overall had a good time.

Kids had such a great time.people there working were very accommodating.

Big house lots of activity. Snack bar, pro shop, bowling leagues day and night.

Just take this time to give a big thank you to Kryssi and her staff, especially Jacob. You all made my nephews birthday party a success. Great place to take kids for short days at school, Wednesday half price arcade games.

Everything was really nice except they only had one pool table and they had 10 pool sticks and nine of them had no tips 😕

Went here for the first time for my uncles 40th birthday. My aunt got like a party package. It was really fun and food tasted good. I feel like they need to step up their pace on the time frame of food being brought out. I understand the cooking process but fresh fruit was an option that also lacked time. The bowling was fun but during our 2/3 hour duration, the lanes broke down on us 3 different times. The manager was cool and let us have an additional 30 minutes, which we did not use, but the thought was considerate. Drinks were tasty and drink staff was prompt. I will go back again and test out a singular visit vs a party. Overall, had fun, left full and will return again.

came in on a tuesday wtih some friends and had a great time. there was initially some mixup with our lane getting taken, but brady was able to clear it up and more than made up for the minor slip up. highly recommend this location for the effort their staff puts in, with a special shoutout to brady for helping us out!

Visited the area for my cousins and they suggested to come here for an evening. Food was better than expected and the overall cleanliness of the bowling alley was top notch. Kudos to Brady for making everything easy to order and to set us up with a lane.

Good bowling alley. Went for a company function, had a great time. Plenty of balls for those without their own. It was catered through the bowling alley, so I dont know what the regular food was like, but the boneless wings, cheese sticks and sliders were really good, and the staff made sure we were always stocked up on everything we needed, (it was a party of about 60 or so people). They are definitely worth a return visit.

We were visiting from out of town yesterday and went out with friends to Bowlero. That's where we had the pleasure of meeting Kryssi. She did everything she could to ensure we had an amazing time, and we did! Thank you for everything, Kryssi.

Went to Cali for a fighting game event, my friends took me here afterwards and I had a blast. Love the vibe, love the arcade. Brady pushed our service for us really well and asked us to submit a survey afterwards so of course I had to oblige. 12/10, would come again.

We just had my son's 13th birthday party at Bowlero. Kryssi, who is the events manager, did an amazing job. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The party went very smoothly and stress free. They even had a cute setup display. My son and his friends had a blast. I highly recommend booking with Kryssi for any future events you might have.
