Stopped on my way through town. Super friendly folks, who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. The man even made my daughter the coolest dragonfruit lemonade. She said it was the best lemonade ever. My coffee was great too. I hope to be back, if I'm ever in the area again.

Worth the visit. The popcorn is delicious with many flavors to choose from. A young lady named Abbie greeted us with a genuine smile, took good care of us, and made us feel like we were neighbors. She was great. Pro-veteran and patriotic. We will also be back for the fresh eggs every time we are in the area. A great small business with great product (and of course, Abbie!)

Abby makes one heck of an iced coffee! Atmosphere is very welcoming, always a great place to stop and get coffee! John has been super welcoming, as I'm new to the area. God bless them both!🙏

Stopped by for a special event at the old Shirley's. I am not a coffee drinker but this business has taken over part of the old Shirley's. Looks like a nice varietal menu and the people are nice. Stop by and give this place a look

I found Abbie and John initially at their place in Johnson City prior to their move, and the coffee was remarkably good. I talked to Abbie a little about her coffee and how she gets this overnighted from a roaster that she knows personally. I called her a coffee snob. She replied “thank you“ …she knew this was actually was meant as a compliment! She is extremely knowledgeable, and her coffee (many iterations) is worth the drive from Johnson City. They’ve since moved to Hampton, Tennessee, and this makes for a great morning motorcycle ride to get some coffee, and bring back some popcorn. They have much more room at their current site. They have staged different activities and venues there, and they have a great front porch to sit on, put your feet up and watch the traffic go by on 321. I have recommended Brewista to several friends, and met some there to relax and tell lies. I hope to check out more of the food options over time.

Abby is awesome and makes amazing drinks. She made me an Blue Raspberry Italian Cream Soda that was amazing! You can talk to her and hear her passion for making delicious to make people happy! Also, John will quickly get you addicted to his gourmet popcorn! They are just great people who put care and passion in what they serve and make you feel like your hanging out with long time friends. It's a great spot for an afternoon away from reality!

This place is a little treasure. Abby is so friendly, personable and genuine! The coffee is one of the best ones we've ever had. Abby is a very skilled brewista and she truly enjoys and wants to make you the best cup of coffee she can. She is a gem!!

We love this coffee shop! There was nothing like this in our rural area before Abby and John opened up. They are great and are really community oriented and have frequent events there. We love going to get coffee and hanging around and chatting and meeting new friends. Abby is an excellent barista and John’s popcorn is amazing!

The best coffee shop I have EVER been to. The quality of the product is top notch and the service is unmatched. Abby makes every person who walks through the door feel so welcomed and at ease. She genuinely cares about each customer and goes out of her way to provide a stellar experience every time. The menu is just a suggestion; give her a couple of clues as to what your vibe is and she will make a custom drink that will blow you away and have you coming back again and again. Truly not like any other coffee shop you will find anywhere. Abby has created literal magic with this place.

This phenomenal shop is located in the old Shirley’s restaurant building that is fast becoming a community hot spot! They have local products, showcase home businesses, offer community game nights and even host events. You can’t get better coffee anywhere near Elizabethton. Take some home with ya!

We loved this spot! We were of towners who stumbled in needing some wifi and help getting into the adjacent campground. They were having their grand opening and went out of their way to help us. The next morning we walked over for coffee and she made us each a great cup based on our usual Starbucks orders. Would love to stop in again if we make it back up this way. Wishing you all the success!

Used to go here a lot, the coffee was amazing and the popcorn guy was super funny. These two always made you feel at home. Unfortunately they moved and I don’t know where they moved to or if they are even still open for business at all.

Another update 11/23: Just visited the NEW location in Hampton, Tn. It's just perfect to hang out with the family and enjoy the best latte while munching on Patriot popcorn. So excited to see what the future holds with fun events in the new location. Just coming back to update our review. This place is amazing. Tell Abby what you like to drink, the sweetness level, flavors you enjoy, and she will handcraft the perfect drink for you. Don't have time to park and walk in? You can call her with your order and time and she will bring your drink out to you. She really has a desire to know her customers and be in community with them. Still our favorite Saturday morning stop and now that we are in the area more often, we get to stop in more often . Don't forget to pick up the most amazing popcorn from Patriot Popcorn while there too!! Updating this review to add that this is our go too coffee place now . Our Saturday morning isn't complete without one of the amazing handcrafted coffees or teas and grabbing a bag of popcorn. The owners are the friendliest most helpful and caring people. Delicious coffee, friendly owner, and in the same location is amazing gourmet popcorn.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The coffee is delicious, and the owner/barista Abby is awesome! Truly loved my drink as well as loved the conversation. Coming into this place the last two mornings seriously put me in a better mood. Listening to Abby's dreams of building community and living her passion for what she does is inspiring. Not to mention, she takes the time to get to know you - both in your coffee preferences and personally. I can't say enough good things. I don't live in Johnson City but visit several times a year, and this is my go to coffee spot from now on. Thank you, Abby for boosting my mornings!

Fantastic coffee! The toasted marshmallow latte is actually smoked— it’s delicious! This coffee shop is a must visit if you’re in Johnson City. The owner, Abby is delightful to talk to as well!

Coffee is amazing! The flavors and combinations they come up with are out of this world. Best coffee I’ve ever had. There’s a huge popcorn selection and the owner tells the best jokes!

The barista suggested the most amazing drink and made it perfectly! You can't help but be in a good mood just entering the shop. I didn't try the food this time but the drinks were amazing and everyone there was so kind and welcoming

Stopped by while visiting ETSU and we were super impressed! The owner made my wife a Lavender Honey Latte, my son a Birch Beer Mix and myself a Raspberry Iced Tea. Everything was so delicious and the owner has the best personality. She can make anything you want to drink and the atmosphere was great! Highly recommend!

What an amazing find. The owner was super inviting. She told me what she thought I would like based on my interest and she nailed it. I just wanted a good strong coffee. If you want good coffee, a friendly atmosphere, and friendly people , this is the place. Also supporting veterans.

A great shop, I'm always treated with the utmost respect. Owned and ran my veterans in the military. Visited twice and both times treated the same. My daughter (12) got to choose her own drink and it was made exactly how she requested. Also took some coffee grounds home for my wife. Huge popcorn selection as well!

What a surprise inside of the patriot popcorn store. The people are friendly, but more importantly Abbie listened to what I wanted in a chai tea latte. She gave me so many choices. Unfortunately, baristas use a script and not from listening to the client. I can’t tell you how happy we were with our drinks. Having patriot popcorn, and the coffee shop together is a reason to return. Thank you Abbi, John and Tim for your friendliness.

Best people and best coffee/chai! I tell Abby to whip me something up every time I have gone in and surprise me. She never disappoints! If you like chai, definitely try hers!! It’s yummy! Right inside of the patriot popcorn, you can also get a snack while you get your popcorn! It’s hard to beat!!
