Fantastic .... as always ! We came early for dinner and were totally spoiled by our waiter and it was so quiet, intimate setting.

Brio is our go to about once a week. It really does have a great happy hour. The beef carpaccio is our go to and simply the best and we love their calamari and drinks.

It is not a secret that Brio has amazing food and an amazing staff. Today I had the pleasure of meeting and be served by who I believe was the most charismatic and professional person in all of Naples. We had a simple birthday dinner and Arthur made it a thousand times better. He was attentive and helped us pick amazing dishes. My wife and I are very happy and plan to keep visiting this wonderful restaurant.

I went to have lunch last friday with coworkers and it was fantastic the beef medallions were delish!!

What happened to this place? This used to be so nice but it’s gone downhill. It was dirty - we sat in a booth and as we were looking around, we saw dust everywhere, including on the ledges above the booths. The a/c vents were full of dust and mold. The kitchen was in view from our booth and you could see missing tiles on the wall. Food was okay, but ambiance - not so much!

My family and friends enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Brio, the service was wonderful, and the recommendations our waitress gave us were very good since it was the first time we visited Brio, we started with a spinach artichoke and the main dishes were delicious! We will return soon to enjoy the delicious food and pleasant atmosphere.

My family and I had a great meal at Brio,we ordered calamari,it was crispy and delicious. My main course was Pasta Ala vodka with shrimp, which was super delicious as well suly was delightful and on top with the service. We recommend Brio for a great meal.

Disastrous Dinner at Brio - Naples Absolutely terrible experience at Brio. This used to be a favorite spot for us in Naples, but something has gone terribly wrong. From Rude Staff to Abysmal Food: Our server was forgetful and dismissive. She couldn't even remember a simple order of chicken fettuccine alfredo. Management was equally unpleasant. The manager rudely confronted us about our dog barking once in the designated dog-friendly patio area. The food itself was a major letdown. The pasta tasted like a cheap frozen dinner, and the New York strip wasn't even close to being decent. Chaos All Around: Other tables were getting the wrong orders, adding to the overall sense of disorganization. The atmosphere was tense, with frustrated servers and customers. A Rushed Escape: We were so eager to leave this unpleasant experience behind that we skipped dessert entirely. Paying the Price (Literally): The final insult came as we were leaving. Even though we paid through the restaurant's own app (as advertised on their website!), the server loudly accused us of not paying across the patio. When we informed her of the online payment, she rudely responded with "you were supposed to tell me." We tried to show her the receipt, but she simply walked away. This was a complete disaster of a dining experience. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Brio.

Whenever I travel, I make it a point to see if the city I'm in has a BRIO. I recently visited Naples and to my delight there was one. Yet again, they did not disappoint! Cesar, the General Manager strolled throught the restaurant making every diner feel right at home! Great service and GREATER food! Gorgonzola Lamb chops and Shrimp with Eggplant will make you lick the back of your neck!😋😋

I dined with my family last week and we had a wonderful experience. The general manager, Caesar was very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to answering any questions my family had about the menu. I got the salmon Fresca and it was cooked to perfection! The shrimp and eggplant was also super yummy😋😋

We were a group of 16. We all asked for separate checks and the waitress was not happy about this, told us that the kitchen needs to know where every plate needs to go, we explained we were all sitting together, each family that would pay separately, we even said we can pass down the plates to our kids if they were sitting separately, finally after giving us an attitude, she accepted. The food was not bad, but not impressed, the calamari was chewy, low in salt or flavor, too much breading. The old fashion was watered down, much to be desired, they need to do something about their drink menu. The restaurant inside was full of mosquitos, it was unbearable, also in the restrooms there were dead mosquitos stuck to the wall and alive mosquitos as well. What did it for me was that at the end we all had Inkind, an app where we had a $25 gift card. Trying to pay with this was a mess, and I understand this was not the restaurant's fault, however the waitress made it seem like we were idiots, and she would come ask us one question or say something and then disappear, she did this over and over, instead of calling the manager right away, we spent the next 20 if not 30 minutes waiting to see how we could pay and get our $25 discount. Finally the manager showed up, and it was finally resolved. I don't live in Naples, but I will not go to this restaurant ever again.

We revisited Brio's for lunch. It has been several years since we were here last. We were blown away. I ordered the chicken Flatbread with feta, bacon, scallions, tomatoes, and parmesan cheese dressing. The ingredients were fresh, all delicately sliced - the flavor and texture were terrific. My husband ordered chicken Limone- similar to chicken Picatta. 2 nice sized pieces of chicken, broccolini and mashed potatoes . Great flavors, plenty of food. TIP - visit for lunch, same food, better prices. Value was excellent. Atmosphere is always fun. Do some shopping and enjoy a well priced delicious lunch.

Incredibly disappointed given we’ve had many positive experiences in the past. Issues this visit included broken AC - with no apologies or explanation- poor inattentive service, no recognition of our mother’s birthday, mediocre food quality. Can’t imagine going back again with this many different issues.

Love Brio for happy hour on the patio. The flatbreads and caprese are outstanding as are the wine. The peach sangria is not to be missed! While the calamari were under cooked and a bit salty, the carpaccio was excellent. Our poor server was heroic especially since they were short-staffed. We came at 4:00 pm to beat the dinner crowd. Can't wait to return!

Food is fine. High scale Olive Garden. Took 45 minutes to be seated, hostess was incompetent, but waiter was nice.

We ate inside at this beautiful restaurant. Could talk easily and very comfortable booths. We got the chopped and caesar salad. Both were fresh, crunchy and very good. Then we both had pasta dishes. A sumptuous mushroom ravioli and an artichoke shrimp spaghetti. Large portions and so delicious and hot. I had a cosmos sunset mojito- great, refreshing drink. But best of all was the service- young man named Anthony. Well trained and fun server. He made the dining a pleasure. Valet parking outside.

We have gone to Brio often and have always had a good experience, that is why it disappoints me to write this review. If our experience today represents what Brio has to offer, it will no longer be on my list of places to go. We were a table of 4 in a booth at the bar area. It was busy but service was slow and disinterested, even more than expected. I ordered a club soda, when it came, it tasted strange. When I asked if they had bottled, he neglected to mention they have San Pellegrino. I ordered something else. One of the people with me ordered a wine and the outside of the glass felt dirty and when we looked at glassware above bar it all looked dirty or tired. (Which made me think my first drink tasted bad from dirty glassware.) None of us were offered second drinks or refills on our waters. The bread was not great. Most of the food was okay, not that the waiter never bothered to check. One of the dishes could have been a thrown together from a frozen box. It was overall not a great experience. We were recently at the sister restaurant Bravo! recently where everything was great. Drinks and service was outstanding.

Food is delicious, can't beat the outside patio, and my company was perfect. The person who delivers the food to the table was very pleasant and saved the service score.

We hosted a group of nearly 30 at Brio Waterside and from the moment we chose the venue in January, to the moment we walked out the door in March, everything was a 10-star experience. The food was incredible, the service was white-glove, the dining area was perfect. We usually host this event somewhere else in Naples, but you'd be hard-pressed to get me to consider going there again. We are beyond grateful for the experience we received.
