Service was good. Sandwiches standard.

Stopped in on our way to the coast and can't recommend enough! I loved the egg salad and the lemon bar is a must.

My wife and I are driving through on our road trip. The women working there were so incredibly warm and friendly and funny. Great sandwiches as well! Highly recommend

Small hometown feel which I loved. The owner was very nice and friendly. We got the Ruben, Club, Potato salad and carrot cake. It was all delicious!!

Sandwiches were okay. Had a weird discussion with the server about rye bread. She listed rye bread as being offered but when I chose it she gave me a laminated paper with some sort of information about the non-availability of rye bread. I asked if she actually had rye bread to offer. Yes she did but it was difficult to get for her. I asked if she was charging extra for rye bread and she said “Maybe “. I decided to order my sandwiches on wheat. Very weird. My sandwich came with a tiny limp dill spear pickle and a couple of what looked like scrape pieces of cut carrot. Seems like the best choice for the area but there is really zero other choices if you don’t eat at fast food restaurants.

Delightful little place. Like coming home to grandma's house in both the food and the atmosphere.

What a GREAT place on route 20 in Burns to stop, take a break and enjoy some wonderful homemade sandwiches! I have celiac and they were very aware and willing to take needed protocols to make a delicious gluten free pastrami sandwich. My wife had the traditional Ruben and she loved it. Their homemade pies and desserts looked amazing.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This family owned Deli is fantastic. Come for good food, belly laughs, and homemade everything. I came during the Falls wildfire and came in for breakfast. The owners greeted me with smiles and while smells of fresh pie, bread and coffee filled the air. The locals sat together at tables and were telling old stories and were reminiscing about life. I stepped into a wonderful experience. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an iced dirty Chai. The sandwich was massive and tasted great on her soft homemade bread. I was halfway done with my dirty chai and she came over and topped it off with more ice for me. People came in for her homemade pie. They came from Tennessee and said they hadn’t been here in 10 years and came for the pie again! I had to leave a review. Vote with your dollar here. Avoid McDonalds and those big chains. Buy Local or Bye-Bye Local!!

Great little deli! Huge, tasty sandwiches and great service. We were able to have all requests accommodated, such as tomatoes on only half the sandwich. As we came from out of town, the kids even received commemorative pens!

Darling diner with wonderful service. And the sandwiches were delicious! The ladies in the front were so kind and considerate, even offering my kids treats and toys. So happy we stopped by.

I ordered the Turkey Gobbler, and it was the best turkey, cranberries, and cream cheese with spinach. The owner sat down and talked with my parents, nephews, and myself. She was so friendly, we all enjoyed her company and her food. Highly recommend. ;)

Out of the way little place that looks unassuming but had a great menu for lunch. A bit pricey, but worth it as my reuben was delicious. Staff is courteous and quick.

Waiting for better weather in Burns we drove around and picked this deli. Were we ever pleased. Great menu and one of the best Rubins ever which me wish I had more access to this place.

Staff was so friendly! Food was great. Traveling full time as a celiac, it's hard to find options in small towns like Burns. But this wonderful little deli had good gluten free bread, and took the extra effort and offered to grill my GF sandwich in a seperate clean pan to avoid cross contamination. So appreciative of the care these wonderful folks took for my food. Thankyou!

What a great sandwich shop off the beaten path. Great sandwiches at a great value. The staff was awesome even suggesting a BLP (pickle) instead of a BLT. The quain wine room was an added bonus.

This is the cutest little cafe with delicious sandwiches and baked desserts. It feels like you’re visiting Grandma’s house and the food tastes like Grandma cooked it. We road tripped through Oregon and really enjoyed stopping at Broadway Deli.

Traveling through, we were welcomed by the owner who made us feel right at home.

My boyfriend and I stopped for lunch before camping on Steens, and visiting Crane Hot Springs. We both loved our sandwiches! I had a French dip and he had the Beefeater sandwich. The service was friendly and the staff took the time to chat with us for awhile. As we were leaving the owner gave us some scones on the house. They were delicious!

Best reuben I have ever had. I have tasted This sandwich was amazing. It is fairly priced for the quality of pastrami used.

They have paintings hanging on the wall to give it an inviting feeling. The food was fresh, even the cut veggies, and the 🍞 was not stale, which the owners pleasant attitude didn't disappoint 😊.

$14 for a stale roll with low low quality roast beef and 2 baby carrots. I ate a couple of bites and decided to hit up the gas station for lunch instead. Warning don't eat here if you are looking for good food. Waitress was friendly.

Great food and Service! Everything is fresh and homemade. Try the Club sandwich and have a piece of homemade strawberry rhubarb pie with ice cream for dessert. You'll be glad you did!

Small restaurant packed with Burns, Oregon charm. Down home cooking at its best with almost everything made from scratch. The owner/cook is alot of fun. I thoroughly enjoyed the turkey reuben sandwich, potato salad and chocolate iced brownie (still warm).

Fran and her crew are awesome! Great sandwiches, soups, pies and salads! Also does amazing catering meals! Great atmosphere and a nice place to sit and relax.

Over priced and not that good. The pasta salad was ok

The food is delicious and the staff are some of the loveliest people I've met. One lady offered to fill our water bottles after we told her we were traveling through. Best stop to make and I look forward to when I come by again.

That was quite an interesting experience. The sandwiches were tasty and the potato salad was excellent. When I went in to pay though, the employee started writing in prices for our food that was $3 or $4 more than what the menu said that we ordered from. I asked her if the menu was correct or what she was writing. She said they had to increase prices due to turkey shortages and haven't been able to update their menus so those prices are a few years old. That is literally the definition of false advertising! There wasn't even a little note saying they had to increase prices at the register. Nothing. As far as I know, it's illegal to do that. Sandwiches were good but not $15 good. I really hope they are more transparent with their prices soon.

Food was good quality, very nice little deli. They were very busy while we were there so service was a bit slow but good was good. Potato salad was very good.

I have NEVER written a review before as never felt inclined to take the time..but this experience bothered me so much I felt I needed to share. Today my husband and I stopped for lunch. We looked at menu and selected 2 turkey avocado sandwiches.. they were $12 each. I thought that was a little high but given current times ordered. I did not have enough money so told the nice girl who took my order I would be back with money to pay. She said would be ready in 10 -15 min as couple orders ahead of me. No problem I went a got more money. When my order was ready an older lady, whom I believe was owner took my two $20 bills and told me price went up $3 EACH sandwich as turkey prices went up. I have absolutely no issue with prices going up due to increased costs given current times.But to change the price after I ordered seems wrong. I am angry at myself for not telling her to keep her sandwiches and very disappointed inhow this place does business. It feels very dishonest. The sandwich was good..but not worth $15.00 each. So I write this not to tell people whether to eat here or not just to say buyer beware. I. So disappointed this happened to me and disappointed there are business owners like this in small town america

Most delicious cobbler I’ve ever had. The sandwiches were good too although they had a bit too much Mayo to my taste (but that’s a personal preference) - I would go back and just ask light on the Mayo. The place was very cute and the staff extremely nice and welcoming. 10/10 recommend

Love their turkey gobbler wrap. Cream cheese and cranberry is a wonderful addition to a sandwich. Fran runs a great business and is definitely a saint. SHe doesnt just give teens a place to work but molds them into fine young adults.

We were passing through Burns on our way back to Colorado and needed breakfast. Although we got there about 15 minutes before opening, the owner welcomed us in and immediately sold us on one of her fresh from the oven cinnamon buns which was delicious! She also made suggestions on how to make my breakfast sandwich vegetarian which was so incredibly appreciated. We were forewarned that my boyfriend accidentally sat in 93 year old Peggy’s spot so when the usual breakfast crew arrived we relinquished the table to its rightful regulars. Spent the rest of our breakfast chatting with them all. If ever a restaurant is more like a family dining room this is it!

Excellent home made sandwiches. The best I've had in a long time! The deserts are also homemade and are super. Literally the best carrot cake I've tasted! Also super friendly and welcoming! Worth the wait!

I had to go here two days in a row because the turkey veggie supreme was just too good! Nice, quaint local spot. Had to wait a bit the first day because they only had 2 people working but they did their best and it was worth the wait! Go to lunch spot in Burns!

Stopped in for breakfast. A mom & pop style diner. She wasn't quite open but welcomed us in anyway. The service was great! Food was very good! Homemade rolls for the breakfast sandwich. Locals go there so much that they have their own coffee mugs.

Food was delicious, pie was amazing. We stopped here while traveling through. The owner was nice and threw in some cookies to thank us for our big order. The cookies were on top of both pieces of pie that we ordered..However, the cookies had walnuts in them, and I am deathly allergic to walnuts. I went up to explain this, and ask for a different piece of pie, and she got very rude very quickly. I apologized multiple times, but she was very short with me and rushed me out. She had just mentioned to someone else that the cookies had walnuts, and she knew people had tree nut allergies. We very much appreciated the gesture, but you can't be upset about food allergies

Great little hometown deli! Reminded me of the type of sandwiches my grandma used to make for me. You can taste that they were prepared with care and love. Will definitely swing by whenever we are in town. My wife also found a really cool vintage jacket for sale here, go figure, but we loved the overall vibe and kindness from the ladies behind the counter.

A cute little deli in our small-town full of delicious homemade goodies! Enjoy Fran's homemade pies and yummy rolls, two of my favorites. You will not be disappointed by any of the items on the menu and you are very likely to find many locals stopping in too!

Small, quaint deli with a decent selection of tasty foods. We had 3 different sandwiches with homemade potato salad and chips. Pleasantly surprised at how tasty things were. They do offer a gluten free bread (udi) for those who need it, and are knowledgeable about gkuten allergies and how to handle them. No reactions it was good. Thank you!
