Started coming here about 4 month ago When we moved to the area. The bar is always clean. The food and Mixed Drinks are made to your liking. I've never had a bad meal here ! The beer is always ice cold. And the staff always makes you feel like you are a regular customer. There is outside seating and they are children friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This place is a wonderful dive bar. $6 burgers on Monday nights they're large and made from Hemps meats (a local butcher) the drinks ar3 cheap and there's a large variety to choose from. The rest of the food is great as well. I love the boneless wings which you can get for a deal on Wednesdays. I haven't tried their brunch but can't wait to! The staff are also super friendly and attentive.

Kara, Pearl & Annsley are absolutely the best, they always have the best energy and service!! Definitely recommend this place!

Wednesday wing night is a must!

We have been here a few times, the food is AMAZING, the staff is so friendly and warm, the owners are so great ! Don P & his wife are the owners, and He's the Dj/Kj and it's great, he's fun and entertaining, has a great system. We will continue going there.. it's a fun, friendly place to go ! And the prices are great as well

This place does magic with the fryer. The chicken sandwiches never disappoint. The homemade potato chips are amazing. Fries are good, too, but seriously try the chips.

Typical Bar/Restaurant But ... The wings were awesome!!! Service was great ... Ordered Carryout so didn't stay long . Kinda reminded me of Cheers were they were close not group ... Definitely be back ...

This place is SO GOOD! The wings were the best Iv ever had & the homemade ranch just topped it off. We also had the loaded hand cut fries, which were also AMAZING! I don’t usually let myself eat fries, and I probably ate half the order because they were that worth it. The server we had was also adorable, and so sweet. I will definitely be back!

Our first visit did NOT disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing and Marlee was one of the best servers I have had in a long time! Come down any Sunday and have a great experience! I know it'll be our new spot

Ive recently.gone back to drinking, and brookside I heard through a conversation.....so I decided to bar hop again. Im a single mom and just looking.for a fun enviroment so a bar outside of the city is more my vibe. I love the bar atmoshere, dj priceless is one of a kind!!! You can request songs and to just let loose and have fun, so brookside is where it is! Thank you brookside staff for making friday nights and any night a night to remeber! -Tammy-

Yes off the beaten path. Yes is a restaurant/bar that is Rare. This place is as close to the Iconic TV Show “Cheers” Bar. People are greeted as they enter this world. The meats are purchased at Hemps Meat Butcher, around four miles away. The food? Check the pics. Has two places to sit outside, and enjoy the countryside. Wings Wednesday, are killer. i’ve been to this pub, a decent amount of times and usually I can say on a scale of one to 10. It’s a five but today when I saw it was j terrible tbh. the food was undercooked and i watched them deny people’s id for no reason when they were obviously the drinking age. the server was an older lady with a nasty attitude, she was rude to me and the group of people she denied service. i sully enjoyed this place the server completely ruined my night with her attitude. i don’t think i could come again if she’s still working there

Food and service was great! Music was a bit loud but we also came when it was slow so wouldn't have been as noticeable if busy.

Wings are so good, also had the brisket sandwich that was amazing. Very friendly staff inside, highly recommend!!

Fantastic menu with some of the most chill and fun servers I've ever met and a very relaxed place to be. If you have the chance, hit this place up. The maple salt goes on everything, it's amazing.

The staff is always friendly. They have some great stuff on tap, and the food is great. All for a very reasonable price these days. We go every week or two.

I always get their Reuben Sandwich because it is literally the BEST Reuben I have ever had in my life, and it's huge! I will eventually try something else, but I just cannot resist their Reuben... its that good.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. Hamburgers were delicious along with the garlic fries. Service was excellent!

The food I had was delicious, But... I also ordered food for takeout before the kitchen closed that was horrible. I understand that it's an inconvenience to order late, but me and several other people ordered at the same time for takeout. The Chef intentionally burnt the food, or if it wasn't intentional then they should not be in a kitchen. As I said, my appetizer was 5 star worthy, so ordering a meal for takeout and seeing the exact opposite from the same kitchen staff is disrespectful to say the least. Great place & great food, BUT intentionally malicious kitchen staff 05/05/2023, severely takes away from an otherwise amazing place.

Don’t let the building throw you off, it’s menu is full of deliciousness. In the number of times we’ve ordered take out, there hasn’t been one bad dish.

Best dive I've stumbled upon this season. Give the pickle chips a try. They're thick and crispy, and the breading stays put when you get a nice bite.

Local spot. My family liked the wings and fries, and I love the fried tomatoes. Never actually ate in, usually do carryout... bar scene.

Absolutely phenomenal place to bring the family and grab some food, the fried pickles are amazing and its reasonably priced, the place was packed when i was there and the staff got the food out insanely quickly. Cant say enough nice things about the place.

Monday's $5.00 burgers aren't worth it. More bread than meat. But would like to give other menu items a try.

Amazing burgers, great service and a cool atmosphere.

The nachos were good. They would have been great if they had more ground beef. There was only a few crumbles. The chips seemed to be pita chips. They held up well and gave a surprisingly fulfilling texture to balance the cheese sauce. We will definitely go back to try these again. My husband wanted a chicken sandwich but they were out of breasts. He went with the classic burger and added a patty. He opted for dill pickle seasoning on his fries. He would try it again. My son order a chicken wrap but I can’t remember which one. He had no complaints. I ordered the fun guy burger. It had that char-grilled flavor and the Mayo was excellent. It was large enough I could have shared and took half of it home.

Food and service was excellent. $5.00 burger. Can't go wrong.

Excellent all around. Atmosphere is laid back, food and service is great. My wife and I have been there mulltiple times and the food quality is always top notch. The service is effecient but also very friendly; feels like a family member is taking your order.

What a disappointment. This place came highly recommended by a friend I trust and it just was not good. The service was subpar and the food was worse. I really wanted to like this place but I'm afraid it isn't worthy of a repeat visit.

My friend and I were driving back home from a day of zip lining and she goes “don’t panic but I’m very dehydrated and might pass out.” So we pulled off the highway and ended up here. The bartender was so nice! I explained our situation and he gave me a Togo cup with water and a little bottle of Morning Recovery electrolytes and said it would help. I offered to pay for it but he refused and said I hope your friend feels better. She perked up almost instantly after drinking it! Looking forward to going back for an actual dining experience next time.

This is my favorite "dive" bar in the area. The food is incredible and the drinks are too good to sip on. If you haven't gone, don't walk, run.

Stopped in by chance (had seen this from bridge on RT340 before and wanted to check it out). Unique place, part old log cabin, part newer building. Stopped for lunch while driving through the area. Friendly bartender. Very interesting menu. You really gotta check it out. I ended up with their brisket burger and hand cut fries. You can also choose to have flavors added to the fries. I tried both their dill pickle as well as salt & vinegar. WOW great taste. My problem is that the menu had lots of other interesting things on it and I had a hard time making a decision. Guess I will have to go back and try something else! Yeah for this level restaurant its definitely a 5/5.

A great restaurant. The food was delicious and there was a very good selection of beers. The restaurant has a very loyal local following and for good reason. At first glance this looks like a dive bar and most patrons, when we were there, rode in on Harleys. Those two factors can make people feel like outsiders at first, but the servers quickly make you feel welcome and part of the family. First time customers get 10% off. When you get a meal it comes with your choice of 20 kinds of fries. Zack, you were awesome and very helpful. My only nit-picks: 1) they could use a sign saying that seating is open seating 2) they could use a beer menu for pita's like me

Great hole in the wall bar/restaurant. The food was excellent, we had wings and burgers, and desert was delicious, fried Oreo was awesome. Drink pricing was on point, and they carry local breweries. The place is reasonably priced, kid friendly, and all around very cozy and inviting. Highly recommend.

Working my way through the menu, one Friday at a time. Service staff is always friendly. Service is prompt. Food has been hot every time. Many menu options to choose from. This restaurant has quickly become a favorite of mine and coworkers.

Great little hole in the wall with friendly staff and a great beer selection. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and bar seating. The place was pretty packed and for a good reason. The food is great quality and very reasonable for the quantity.

Found this place on a site for food in the area…think yelp/trip advisor and it was absolutely amazing! Tucked away from the highway it was well worth the trip to this gem! Burgers were on point surpassed only by the bartender who was busy, friendly and informative. He was attentive and it was a busy little place! I only wish we lived closer so i could visit more often!!! Yum!!

Great little neighborhood bar and grill. Best Bloody Mary in Maryland! We had Trash Can Nachos and Panko Tendies. Servings were more than plenty for two people. We will be back, for sure!

Wow, found this place. Monday night special was just wonderful. You could order the burger exactly that you want it. Burger was cooked exactly how I wanted it and it had a great taste. We will be back.

May be a little far from Frederick, but if you’re visiting the cidery or passing by 340, this is truly a gem! Amazing staff who were some of the kindest people in the whole world. Reminds me a lot of Tennessee

Food here was amazing. Best burger I've had for a long time. It was cooked to perfect temp too. Truffle fries were a tasty treat alongside it. Our kids loved their pj&j with fluff and the waitress was excellent. Plus they have fried oreos!!! We will certainly be coming ba ck. They should extend their deck outside for more shady seating. Thanks for an amazing and fair priced lunch. 😊

Great service, welcoming attitude, killer menu, and ice cold beer. We brought our pooch with us to chill on the deck. Before we even got settled they already had our dog hooked up with a water bowl. Made us feel right at home. Can't recommend highly enough.

Went during a non busy time of day, service was good, iced tea was excellent and the food was a fantastic surprise. Very good food!
