Brookside 3 is one of the best sub shops I have ordered from would recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely delicious. Went for a take out lunch, prices were fair for the quality. Food was great. Was a busy time but they were still fairly quick. Would definitely go back again.

I usually go to the Brookside in Loudon but they were closed. Good pizza and great service. I'll go again when I'm around!

Pizza was not good at all by far not a 7.4 one bite or 4.4 on Google

My family loves this place, both the people and the food. The calzone specifically is the best I've ever had and the pizza is great too. I often get Greek salads and add chicken which is always moist and cooked perfectly. This is a go-to place when we don't want to cook or just crave some great food.

I absolutely love Brookside Pizza in Concord, NH! If you are in the area I strongly recommend! Their food is always great and the quality is always consistent! I love their pizzas, burgers, chicken plates, and their Gyros are incredible. And the customer service is great. The delivery wait is a lil long sometimes but they are very busy and well worth the wait. They are my first choice when I order takeout. And I will continue to order from them as long I’m in the area and they are open!

Terrific food, but my wait was longer than expected, however they were apologetic.

Dunkin's food is meh. Acceptable if you're really hungry but it's not great. If you're swinging through the drive through for morning coffee though, this location is usually really fast. Not a huge fan of Dunkin' coffee honestly but the cold brew kicks like a mule 👍Five stars because fast on the way to work.

I ordered takeout, a 10" pepperoni and mushroom pizza. I opened the box and found 1 slice with mushrooms on it and the rest pepperoni. I called them and the girl who answered the phone was so sweet and apologetic and offered to make another one to send to me. Then the manager got on the phone and said "you know the mushrooms are underneath the cheese, right?" So I touched every slice of pizza lifting up the cheese (which my guest really appreciated btw) looking for mushrooms only to find a few minuscule pieces. When I pay $1.85 for a "topping", I expect to find actual bite sizes of that item on the "top" of my pizza. The manager then went on to say they could make me another one, but it would come out the same way. I've worked in the customer service industry most of my life and would never tell someone I will gladly send you another disappointment of a product if that's what you would like. I've never ordered from here before, this was my guest's suggestion. Obviously I won't order from here again.

Priced right, portions were great. Waited 45 min for a pizza and calzone so if you're in a hurry I suggest calling ahead.

Always great service and great food. Priced very reasonably for the sized portions. Everyone I know loves them.

The roastbeef sub had no taste...the roastbeef is so bland tasting. The absolute worst roastbeef I've had. No recommended. Great service, bad roastbeef.

They're always polite. You don't have to ask how long or the price they tell you over the phone. There pizza's dinner or subs are grate nice and hot & made the way you asked.love this business...matt .ps we have been ordering for them going on fifteen+years

My father and I went here last weekend, absolutely delicious! I had a gyro and he had a steak and cheese, he claims it's the best steak and cheese he's ever had. Made with love here! Would come again if I didn't live so far!

Pizza very hot took a while to eat, I got chicken finger plate the chicken looked like fish and only 5, the side salad had 2 tomatoes, 2 half sauce cucumber and all lettuce

I like this pizza place. They have great pizza and really good cheese. I would give 5 stars but although they are good, they are expensive and no deals. I do recommend this location and I will be back again soon

Ordered one pizza waited over half hour they forgot to put in oven they said 2 more minutes I waited ten more then got money back and went to pizza hut horrible service I will never go back

I have been eating food from Brookside for close to 30 years. It's my absolute favorite. I'm removing a star because it's 2023 and the phone is always busy and I still can't order online. I'm begging you. Let me order online from the Concord store. 🙏

Delicious food and good prices they accidentally forgot to give me my chicken finger dinner but we're awesome about it. Life happens and we are all human. Told them don't stress it! Was worth the wait food was still hot when I got back to the hotel to my husband. Awesome staff! Keep up the great job

Some of the best pizza I have had in years! It’s a familiar taste that I grew up eating in Philadelphia ironically named ‘New England Pizza’. Looking forward to trying their sandwiches next.

Solid 4 stars. Cheese and sauce are great but crust leaves a lot to be desired. Unless you're getting slices, expect longer than usual wait times for pizza, and at lunch time, you sometimes can find yourself practically standing in a broom closet when waiting for food due to lack of space inside. Price is definitely great though, very affordable. Not anything to write home about, but definitely not bad.

Best pizza I have had in a long time.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 3:38pm. I was told it would be 35-40 minutes. 5pm and I still don't have my pizzas. I called and asked what was going on and was told my order has left the store. This has happened before and I thought I'd give them another chance. I should have known better. Although their food is good, I strongly recommend picking up your food. Do not use delivery.

This place used to be the best in concord, however that’s not the case anymore. Pizza gave me food poisoning.

The food is great! The Pizza is some of the best pizza in the city. Their well done Pepperoni pizza, is the best pizza anywhere. Spectacular!!! Not to mention their customer services is amazing. Food is garbage. My wife threw her salad with chicken in the trash. Rude on the phone. They refused delivery to an area they service. Sandwiches have very little meat. Never again!

I'm a big fan of the classic Greek style pizza here, but everything is great. The pasta doesn't disappoint and thus far I have liked every sub I've ordered.

Awesome!! We ordered a pizza, wings & mozzarella sticks & they were all really good!! One of the best pizzas I've ever had actually! Sooooo good! We ordered extra sauce on the pizza & with the mozzarella sticks & we actually got it!!! Most places when we ask we don't get it & we get so annoyed! We were so thankful they actually listened to us & cared to actually give it to us! This will definitely be our new pizza place!! Thank you Brookside! You're the best!!

I've never had bad food here. Love any pizza I order here & their Roast beef subs are the bomb! Nice rare ( pink) thin sliced roast beef- Every. Time. not chewy or well done and so reasonably priced! I highly recommend them!

The best around the are expensive but you get what you pay for I live just down the street the one thing I hate about them is they don't want to work on sundays and holidays can't find the help they say ya right the money they'd make every one want there food on sundays but I guess they make enough during the week to stick their noses up and say hell no.

We arrived at1230 lunch Thursday.......Place was empty we were told go ahead and order we did ...paid then we're told it's gonna be 30 minutes to get 2 submarine sandwiches counter person when asked said she's been told to tell you the wait time after you pay.if asked... And we waited the full 25 minutes and I probably saw 10 deliveries going out with delivery drivers and many many people probably, 20 come in and pick up orders that have been called in ahead Of time and I could see the kitchen area was extremely and I mean extremely busy and the product delivered was very good it's very good and I could tell they made the little extra effort to give us a little extra more. I am a hard grader and I moved them up from a 3 to a 4 and I would go back there again

Worst pizza from here. Paid 24.00 and change for. Large house special pizza and did not have nearly all the ingredients. Did not have sausage, no mushrooms and I only ordered it without black olives. Barely any hamburg but had lots of extra cheese, which I happen to not like. Worst experience I jave had here and a total wast of 25.00.

We got chili fries tonight from brookside, But they were dry with no sauce, no beans and disgusting, covered with cheese with 0 flavor for $9.25 Just not worth it, very disappointing.

I usually just swing through for the slices that are ready to go. I find myself craving their pizza in particular, great sauce and cheese. Always fast and friendly folks!

The subs that we had was filled with plenty of meat. This has been the third time that I have ordered from here and I have not been disappointed. The staff are friendly and have a nice team atmosphere. This is now my favorite place to go to.

I have to rate Brookside at the top of the list of the best pizza places around.. and i love pizza, NY style, Chicago, NE.. and as far as New Hampshire pizza.. well there are so many incredible hole in the wall places with secret recipis that I haven't been to yet, but as of right now of the top 3 pizza /sub places, Brookside in Concord is at the top... Enjoy the steak bomb or a plain cheese.. #1 in my book.... Yummy

I grew up in Loudon eating at the place there and even though I live in Manchester now I still make the drive up at least once a month to Concord. The sauce and crust from Brookside is so unique I have never had anything like it in all my travels.

Delicious pizza always Pleasant to go in

This is by far thee best pizza I've ever had ! They chop the veggies up in nice cubes and put a generous amount under the cheese so you still get a nice crunch from the veggies after the pizza is done cooking. The pizza sauce is not acidic and has a slight sweetness to it to balance out the sharpness a tomato sauce usually has. I crave this pizza weekly ! If you haven't tried it yet its a must !! I'll never get my pizza from anywhere else ! 10/10 hands down .

Pizza was fantastic, I would vote Brookside has best food in Concord. Help, a friendly crew. Best chicken wings in town. I can depend the food to always. Be good.

Nice, hot, food and fasts delivery when they have enuff drivers.

It was good and fast. They gave me a good amount of feta on my salad and the lettuce was fresh and free of ANY brown edges. My daughter loved her mozzarella sticks. Their garlic bread was perfect for both of us. Not mushy, but not so crunchy it damages the roof of your mouth, no burnt edges(my daughter thinks any black means burnt), and it tasted like they used real butter. Many places just use the butter flavored grease they paint on the grill with very little flavor. This tasted like garlic and butter toasted just right. Will definitely be ordering in the future.

Ordered delivery for the first time the other night and it was delicious! I got a veggie sub and everything was fresh and exactly how I ordered it. The onion rings were hot and crispy and the hot dog I got for our little one was hot and fresh as well. They quoted me an hour on delivery and it arrived early. The delivery driver was very nice and professional. I will definitely order from here again
