Amazing food i come minimum 3-4 times a week. Can’t get enough

Even though the cashier was acting all scary. The food was on point fr fr. Me and my brother were down south from Jacksonville. And fell on to this spot by chance. I'm definitely returning on my next trip down. Hopefully the cashier won't be acting so scary next time... 😂😂😂

Well, finally went there to see what all the excitement was about. The food was very good Mac & cheese is very creamy, strawberry shake very thick and tasty, chicken sandwich and chicken tender tasted great. My feelings are that the food is overpriced and now for the bad part saw two German roaches, crawling up and down the walls.🤮🤮🤮. Well, I guess it’s once in a life time experience.

It is very good and healthy and it has the perfect spice,the only thing the place is a little small for a good restaurant.10/10 would recommend

I’ve been here twice, and let me just say, if you love fried chicken sandwiches, this is the place to go. Chicken is super crispy with great flavor, yummy sauces. Balance of chicken to bun is just right. Overall 10/10. I will definitely be a regular customer. SO good!!

Fantastic chicken sandwich! The crispiness was just right, and the meat was perfectly cooked. My only advice is to take the heat level seriously. If you usually tolerate hot, consider taking it down a notch because their hot sauce (Habanero) is extremely HOT!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! i had an awful experience and they are so stingy. i asked the worker if he could give me a side of hot honey in a container, to which he tells me he’s not sure if he can do that but he’ll ask. he CHARGES me before he confirmed it. he then approaches the table asking if he take my plate because the hot honey can only go on top. I PAID A DOLLAR FOR A DOLLAP OF HONEY. so selfish. i asked the owner if i could atleast get a bit more since i was under the assumption id get a side of hot honey to which he tells me NO. terrible service. and some rude ugly lady approaches our table passive aggressively talking at a 13 year old kid for not cleaning up his table which sealed the deal for worst customer service ever.

It is so unfortunate that this place is so far from Miami’s central neighborhoods because it really deserves to be there! It’s the best hot chicken I’ve had in Miami, the staff is very nice and the service is fast.

I have been calling both numbers listed on Google and they never answer. Items were missing from my order when I got home. I drove 35 minutes and paid $45 just for them to not give me what I paid for. They were already closed by the time I got home. I am extremely upset that I can’t get a hold on them. Literally took my money and not doing your job right. I felt like my money was stolen from me and that’s how I can describe my feelings. customer service is 0 for me because you should put everything I pay for in the bag. I paid my money so I should be able to get what I paid for.I'm going to make sure I let be known to everyone too.

I’m typically very forgiving when it comes to my food being “catfished” from what I see on social media advertisements. To start off, the quantity was 𝑵𝑶𝑻 what was advertised on Bro’s Hot Chicken’s Instagram. The fries were too little for the price and the chicken filet was 𝑺𝑴𝑨𝑳𝑳𝑬𝑹 𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑵 𝑻𝑯𝑬 𝑩𝑼𝑵. something chick-fil-a doesn’t even do. I am utterly disappointed and will not be coming back to this restaurant due to the misleading advertising that is overly glorified in this review section & Instagram. I will be coming back with a health inspector as well. :) thank you!

I’m very hard to please when it comes to finding true spicy food in the USA. But this place delivers. Best tasting chicken tenders! They even have non spicy for those who can’t handle the heat! Those who do dare to try the spicier tenders..just wash it down with some Mac n cheese, you’ll be okay ;)

Food was nice and fresh juicy spice rolls were perfect not too hot not too bland. Customer service was excellent. They were very nice. Restaurant was super clean. Just overall amazing place.

Got the chicken sandwich with some Mac & Cheese on the side and everything was delicious. Food was the right temperature and chicken was crispy yet still juicy. It's something different in the miami scene worth checking out

This place does not mess around. They make excelent fried chicken at all spice levels. Also, as a heads up their spicy level of hot uses pure habanero heat, above that your talking carolina reapers and ghost peppers. This place doesn't hold back in heat or quality, and hey they are current fast food prices so definitely give them a try.

The bros behind the counter might seem laid back, but don't let that fool you – they're serious about their craft. The atmosphere is no-frills, just like their food. So, if you're brave enough, head over to Bros Hot Chicken. My girlfriend said “ITS HOT”… I think she forgot where she was for a moment 😂 The only thing I found odd was no signage on the storefront. Pretty weird…. Maybe I’ll hit them up in regards to that since I work at a printshop 😎

If you like spice, the chicken here is well seasoned and worth the price of admission. You also have great staff like Yang who make you feel welcome and even will play music to your tastes. My only criticism is the place is a little hard to find the first time you go! Luckily they recently put up a temporary sign that makes the location easier to find.

If you love a good chicken sandwich and you’re all about the heat, then you have to try Bro’s Hot Chicken. They have a simple menu which is perfect for those trying to grab a quick meal and don’t have time to decide. We really enjoyed the Bro Bowl which is basically a chicken sandwich without the bun over a bed of fries! We also tried their medium heat Jumbo Tender with Sandwich and Fries combo which was amazingly delicious. The Bromenade effectively cooled down the spice while not being too sweet. The medium-plus heat Jumbo Tender has a strong after kick but was a good challenge. If you can’t handle heat, don’t worry they have a no spice option too! The shake of the month was cookies and cream so of course we had to get that as well to chill our tastebuds after all that spice. Highly recommend, everything was great! Instagram - @thesofloduo

Drove about an hour to get here. The Sandwich and tender were tasteless and SUPER greasy! Fries were seasoned, I’ll give them that. I didn’t eat the food, ended up going to the Arby’s that’s in the same lot. Do not recommend.

Place was absolutely amazing! Super chill guy up front taking orders, even gave me one of the chicken stickers. Place was a little hard to find but we don’t really know the area so that’s okay. Everything was absolutely delicious and me and my group of friends are def coming back here!

“BROS Hot Chicken” is literally the best! From the customer service, to the presentation, to the food. Ten stars for sure! Every time my wife and I go to “BROS Hot Chicken” Jorge is always so welcoming and friendly. My only negative is that there isn’t a “BROS Hot chicken” located in Homestead, Florida. The food was so fresh and good. If you can’t handle hot food do not go past the medium flavor. What’s not on the menu though is you can ask for medium plus, and I think that flavor is perfect.

Solid spot located in the cut! There is no sign and took me a minute driving around the parking lot trying to find this spot. Food is authentic and delicious, spice levels are true. (I would get hot next time to kick it up a notch). Just wish the chicken to breading ratio was better. Service was great, friendly staff and music was a vibe too. I’ll be back 100%

Really good nashville style chicken. It was a little hard to find as the restaurant has a different name from the outside. The sandwich was very flavorful and juicy. The sauce they put on it is really tasty. Then tenders were also very good. We got the hot spicy level which was pretty hot but manageable. We also got the fuego and that one was definitely too hot for me haha. Would recommend!

Do not place an order online. This is an illegitimate site advertising for a nonexistent company and address. There is no such address. They accepted payment, confirmed the order and when we searched for business it does not exist. If you call the business number it is answered by a voicemail after leaving a message for assistance no one ever responded. We called our credit card company and the business is now under investigation.

The fries were soggy and didn’t have much flavor other than black pepper. The chicken sandwich was like a 6/10 can’t really taste much other than the pickles and the coleslaw. The hot honey chicken tender was a 7/10 it was good but they don’t put enough they just put one little line of the hot honey.

Extremely disappointed with our visit to bros hot chicken . After driving an hour to get there with my boyfriend, we were dismayed to find out they were out of chicken while still serving other customers. The lack of inventory management is unacceptable, especially considering the effort it took for us to get there. This experience left us feeling frustrated and let down.

Seeing videos on instagram & TikTok made a group of friends & I very excited to try this spot out. We got there 6:30PM on Sunday 02/04/24; we saw the gentlemen working there getting ready to close already cleaning windows, others cleaning counters etc the look they gave us when we walked in was basically “what are they doing here at this time”. The guy at the register immediately told us we were not allowed to dine because it’s closing time. A full 30 minutes before 7PM and we weren’t allowed to sit and eat. It was 4 of us we all got Bromenade’s with our orders which is 4.95 for a very small drink filled with ice. I really hate how they did us man, literally 4.95 for a cup of ice. One of my friends got the Bro Bowl and they gave it to him without telling him it lacked Mac n Cheese which is part of it. The food itself was good but horrible customer service with certain items being way too over priced.

The chicken was undercooked. And it’s a very hot chicken and they only give you one very small ranch sauce . The chicken was undercooked and rubbery inside too. The service was good tho.
