I loved the classic chocolate chip cookie and the fun colored birthday cookie! Brown Suga also has massive chocolate chip cookie cakes. If you have a sweet tooth or need to bring some cookies to your next event/celebration, Brown Suga should be at the top of your list!

Olathe!!!! If you have not been to @brownsugakc_ you need to go now. These cookies are wonderful. Baked by a mom and daughter they are soft and chewy but still have a crunchy outside. Real loved all of them but the birthday cake sugar cookie with red and white sprinkles (normally rainbow sprinkles) was so perfect. A sugar cookie that is just the correct level of sweet. Then I went with the owner recommended double chocolate chip cookie. Yep chocolate on chocolate is never bad. I also got the snickerdoodle for Jordan and he loved it. I’m not a cinnamon fan, but he truly loved this cookie. The store is warm and inviting, and there are soft chairs that you can sit to eat your cookie that is served WARM!!! Thank you to @yelpkc for highlighting this female owned black business they are killing it at the cookie game.

A beautiful little shop that’s so much more than just a cookie store! The staff were incredibly friendly and were working hard. Baking cookies, bagging up orders, explaining the merchandise to the customers and ringing up orders! They were on top of all of it. They had at least 10 flavors on rotation while I was in there and they obviously change some of them out as the season dictates. I got the birthday cake, an oatmeal raisin (my dad’s favorite 🤩) and a cookies ‘n’ cream (because I’m a millennial 💁🏻‍♀️). I would have to loved to try all of them, but I can’t have that much temptation in the house! Not sure how the staff were all so thin, now that I think about it… And if you think you’re just there for cookies, forget it! I walked out with a mug and a pin. I wanted every candle and a few of the dish towels, but I had to stick to my budget. But just know you will be tempted! Guess I’ll get it when I come back, because I’m definitely going to be back!!!!

**10 STARS** Okay, first things first... Yes, each cookie is bitten off because I couldn't wait until we got home. LOL The cookies are AMAZEBALLS, and the service, atmosphere, & interaction were above and beyond! The vibe is cool, clean, and delicious smelling! Go & try some Brown Suga, you'll love it. I don't give fake reviews so run in or Doordash them!!!!

We tried this today while on our Parade of Hearts journey. We had a lemon crinkle a monster and a oatmeal raisin cookie. They were warm and soft inside with crispy edges. The cookies were so good. The shop is very welcoming and would be a great place to meet up with friends.

I've been following brown suga since I found her at a night pop up and her cookies do not disappoint!! Just had the banana pudding cookie and I am in heaven!! I am a cookie fiend and the banana pudding and red velvet are my top favorite cookies of anyone who sells cookies

I finally made it here for the first time and I was not disappointed. I ordered one of each and they were all good but I really liked the Cookies and cream and the Lemon cookies and oh the monster was also great. I highly recommend this place and the price is decent the cookies are large John C

The smell is amazing. The cookies were wonderful. I got the Tuesday and Thursday special and got 2 cookies for free! What a great deal.

I wish I would have taken a picture of both my cookies, but the other double chocolate one was gone quick. These are great cookies. I have been in a few times now and would say by far my favorite cookie place in West Olathe. Haven't had a bad cookie yet.

If you haven't tried this place you need to stop what you doing and go NOW! I bought 6 different cookies and tried 3 so far and I can't remember having a better cookie.

So good! We tried the Monster cookie, chocolate chip, cookies and cream and my absolute favorite, lemon crinkle. They were all delicious! They had so many to choose from, including some limited-time seasonal varieties. Family-owned and genuine service with a smile! Best cookies in town!

Had the cookies and cream cookie and lemon cookie. Both were absolutely delicious! I’m still dreaming about the lemon cookie. Highly recommend!

Delicious! My wife and I love their cookies. We’ve had the pleasure of trying them at a local market in Shawnee but today I found myself nearby in Olathe and had to stop by. My wife is a fan of their chocolate chip and I tried their pumpkin spice cookie, which was even better than I expected. The staff was very friendly and service was quick and easy. This is a great black owned business that we hope continues to thrive!

Delicious cookies and friendly service! I picked up an assortment of six cookies, birthday cake, lemon, sugar, double chocolate, chocolate chip and cookies and cream. So far my favorites are lemon and cookies and cream! The cookies are big, crunchy in the outside and soft in the middle. I will be back!

Purchased 6 different flavors, some unique, some traditional. Great selection. They were delicious! Like eating grandma’s homemade cookies. Flavorful and the perfect texture. We had family in town and shared them all.. Each one of us had a different favorite. Great for gifts and thank you’s too!

Amazing cookies topped with super friendly owners. I haven't had anything I didn't like. The Banana Pudding is the BEST, and I'll forever be disappointed it's only seasonal. The Lemon Crinkle is also life changing.
