Brueghels has the best bagels jn town.! Two locations excellent.

We came to the Battleground location for breakfast and the customer service was absolutely horrendous. The manager was loud, rude, and extremely unprofessional. We asked for Smoked Samon with no capers and they put capers on it twice and we had to pick them off and throw them away. Im sure wasting capers wasn't added into the Bruegger's food cost budget when just listening to the customer's order would have eliminated that unnecessary loss all together. When we asked if there was a bathroom she immediately said "NO" until she saw there was a small child we were trying to take to the bathroom the she said "Oh for the baby? Down the hall" Then a White gentleman comes up right behind us asking for the bathroom and she politely says "Around the corner and down the hall". She was extremely rude to us from the moment we came into the establishment but was clearly polite to the other customers. We spent over $40 in here for bagels and coffee and was treated so poorly not only will we never come back to this location but Bruegger's has lost our business all together! Back to Panera we go!

This was my first time coming here. Nice size location with a great menu. I had the turkey sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel but they have a wide variety of bagels to choose from. They ladies working there were super nice and I received great customer service. Can't wait to try the Maple French Toast bagel!

Maybe 50 degrees inside the place, the food was tolerable but they don't clean the toaster so if you get a cinnamon bagel heated up it's got onion and sesame seeds stuck all over, the manager was actively telling the cashier's not to ask customers if they wanted bagels toasted or sliced and to only do it on request, also she was rude to customers,

When u come from the outside side door ......how bout you stop by the sink and WASH your hands before putting gloves on and making sandwiches......

Great food, great bagels. But 2 out of 3 visits have resulted in incorrectly made items/given someone else’s bagel. Will probably only come back if I’m looking for a surprise, or disappointment.

The male a young man at the register had zero personality. That was saved by the middle aged female on Monday. Now the food. The bagels were good. However, where were the toppings? Hardly any on the breakfast ham egg and cheese. The BLT bagel was a piece of lettuce, tomato and 1 piece of bacon cut in half. When I went to the one out near Raleigh they put a lot of bacon. So disappointing. Won’t be returning.

Salmon sandwich didn’t have salmon…. Cinnamon bagel had almost no cream cheese, and only got 1 of the 2 cinnamon bagels that I ordered and paid for.

Lol, lovely lady who’s usually the first person I see in the morning escorted me out the front door because they were understaffed and overwhelmed they say. At about 10:30am, yes there were people in line, yes I was the only one who got walked out. I didn’t say anything because I’m used to this odd lack of hospitality in Greensboro currently and I don’t beg people to take my money … I loved and recommended this place but I’m so discouraged to come here now. Idk I just thought it was kinda rude and I felt singled out just cause I would’ve been the ending person in the line. Peace to y’all, hope you find employees🫤 face card cause ion give no f&$k$ AND DURING BLACK HISTORY MONTH ALL THESE FAIR PATRONS IN THE DINING ROOM AND I GET TOSSED I was inside too!

Manager lady locked the door and announced we, who are in the store should leave by the side door. She locked the door so no one else could get in. She said her people were overwhelmed and needed a break. What about the fire codes she violated by locking us in during business hours?

What a treat to find a Brueggers on our trip. Always delicicous from MN to NC now.

Super rude woman with an aggressive tone working there this morning, not sure what she thinks customer service means but to the rest of the world it generally means not snapping at your customer for no reason. The other woman was very kind, thus the second star. Won’t be returning to this location.

Took a friend here two days ago around 20 minutes before closing. Service was subpar, and the sandwiches were missing key ingredients when we opened them at home. Will definitely stick to the Friendly Center location for a while.

Horribly rude staff. From the moment we walked in the two woman behind the counter were nasty, hateful, wouldn’t make eye contact and made us cancel our order and leave. We won’t be back and I’ll tell everyone not to go there.

As someone else said, don't DoorDash from Bruegger's. I ordered 3 asiago bagels and a blueberry muffin. I received, boldly might I add, a sealed package with my correct receipt containing 3 Jalapeño bagels, 4 plain bagels, and a burnt blueberry muffin. Like how did you just throw anything the damn bag without even looking? I only gave an overall 2 stars because when my office ordered a catered box of things the bagels were delicious and the muffins were to die for. Needless to say I'm disappointed and insulted. Do better. Service 1 star.

The bagels are definitely INSANE! 😋 I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. Very fresh and delicious. The young man who took my order did not present as friendly, did not smile and was clearly there to just work. He simply took my order, made it and handed it off. The cashier was sweet and friendly enough for both of them! Great bagels, but not anxious to rush back to start my day like that, again.

Don’t Doordash from here, they treat your food any type of way. I ordered cream cheese & a cookie with 3 bagels. Not only did I didn’t receive my cookie, my bagels are dry, no cream cheese bro. Worst experience ever. Lost a customer

I am a doordash representative and am clearly put to the back of the line every single time I go in to get an order. Just had a discussion with the manager and she chose not to give me the corporate number which I will get. They dealt with me in an inappropriate way and I will be getting in touch with their corporate office to discuss this issue.

I MIGHT have been able to enjoy my bagel better if the indoor seating was open... sadly eating in the car outside stole my vibe and ruined enjoying the bagel... friendlier staff would be nice too, no greeting upon entering other then, "picking up?" was not very welcoming either... clean up the dining areas and let people sit and enjoy their breakfast, and more importantly be gracious to people coming in to support the business... bagel was amazing, that is what I could enjoy of it... 🙃

location on Battleground: service was rude and unfriendly. ordered a toasted bagel, but was nowhere near toasted. second time for both complaints. NOT going back!

Food was delicious and service was great! The staff was super patient with us as we decided among the various sandwiches. The food was just right! Bagels were perfectly cooked and the sandwich was well made, not a mess to eat.

Dining room is still closed… due to Covid they said. They are the only business with a dining room still closed due to Covid. May as well close their doors if they are scared to open the dining room.

Tequila is amazing and cares about her customers. My father looks so forward to his visits there to see her smile!!!

I am disappointed in this location to say the least. Ordered a bagel toasted twice. It was difficult to determine it had been toasted when I unwrapped it. Not even warm. It was difficult to spread the cream cheese due to the bagel not being warm. Maybe the toaster was not operating correctly?? My husband’s bagel was not warm either. I ordered a small coffee with room for cream. My husband ordered a large coffee. Coffees were barely lukewarm. Opened up my cup of coffee to add cream and it was 2/3 full once I added the cream so the amount of coffee in the cup before cream was less than 2/3 full. Asked for honey for my coffee which was provided in the past. “We do not have honey”. At one time you could order honey for your bagel so not sure why there was not any honey available to use in the coffee. Maybe that has changed? With no inside seating and 34 degree temperatures, outside dining was undesirable. We ate in the car outside the restaurant. We went back in the restaurant for a refill of coffee. Our response was “we are not supposed to offer refills”. Really? A $2.59 and a $3.19 partial cup of barely lukewarm coffee and you cannot refill it with fresh coffee? No inside seating with winter temps? I support safety for all but not allowing inside seating is not conducive to retaining loyal customers. The other Bruegger’s location in Greensboro offers refills and toasted bagels are always warm. While the other location does not offer inside seating either, they have hot coffee and honey every single time. We drove 50 minutes round round trip to eat here today. Never again. This is not the Bruegger’s we knew. While the staff was abundant and friendly, we will visit the other location or an independent business moving forward.

This is literally the worst service I’ve ever had at a Brueggers. If I could give zero stars I would. The coffee was luke warm and we couldn’t even get a refill of our coffee (had to sit in our car to eat). This Brueggers management will not open indoor seating for what reason I don’t know. THE PANDEMIC is OVER and all your competitors are open for inside seating. Do you think I’m going to use outside seating at 30 degrees? This Brueggers used to be a bustling lively place but no more. If you are planning to make Brueggers a take out only permanently, good luck! I’ll find somewhere else besides my car to sit down with my family and enjoy a bagel.

My bagel sandwich was spectacular! I was a little disappointed the dining room is permanently closed.

The staff here is so kind and remembers you if you come in often. They are always cracking jokes with me and they always make sure I have everything I need before I leave the store. Food is always amazingggg too. One of my favorite brueggers locations <3

The folks behind the counter worked beautifully and efficiently as an awful doordasher yelled at them and to surrounding customers. They were kind and diligent!!

There are no toppings to view near their workspace, so you have to try to remember a dozen or more as they recite them quickly while you hold up the line .They've also quit making sundried tomato bagels , were out of cucumbers , and the dining room was closed .This place has really gone down hill .

Dinning room was blocked off. They won't let you eat there.

Green eggs… barely any cream cheese… soggy bagels… We saw they put green eggs on our bagels so we told them to replace them (they slightly laughed, as if they already knew they were bad). Then we got home and we noticed our eggs were still green. So gross. Not too happy.

The customer service at the Friendly location Is much better than this Battleground location. The workers here appear to be not too happy being there.

Bagels were good. I got one of their sandwiches which I can't remember the name (sorry) it was awesome. I didn't get a picture I was on the way to work. I think this is definitely a place you should try if you never have before.

The African American lady working on 3/13 was pretty rude. She also closed at 1:15 when they close at 2. She had multiple people walking up to the store and knocking on the window. My bec bagel was good tho.

Amazing bagels!!! This is our go to breakfast almost every weekend. Quick and easy. They have a wide variety of bagels and the hazelnut coffee is the best I have tasted until now.

Usually, the bagels are fresh and tasty and the coffee is great! Today, my rosemary olive oil bagel had almost no flavor.

Going there in the mornings when the bagels are fresh out of the oven is absolutely THE BEST !!

I ordered online and prepaid almost a week in advance. I showed up this morning to my order warm and ready to go. I bought a dozen bagels and cream cheese. The event I brought them for had loads of other dishes but my Brueggers bagels went quick. They are always a hit at any event.

Order online, get curbside. Help is a little flippant and had to call 3 times before someone finally picked up the phone.

Best bagel sandwiches period. ALWAYS Friendly staff, organized & they do a great job. Which is why I couldn't understand why the manager/DM who was there today was berating the staff and scolding them so openly infront of customers. With the way this economy is, she should be beyond thankful to these employees for sticking it out and WANTING to work. Was very disappointed by seeing this. Stern is one thing, disrespectful is another.

They made my friend, and girlfriend's food properly. Hash brown muffins, some sort of meat cheese bagel combo Repeatedly told them I'm lactose intolerant and cannot have dairy products. Despite ordering my food without cheese and on a plain bagel as to not get the cheese infused bagel they gave me something that looked like huevos rancheros on a sesame seed bagel with extra cheese.

Always delicious!! I'm originally from NY and they have the closest tasting bagels to NY!

EDIT: my first review was from over a month ago and I wanted to update. I am not sure why the app was acting out on that day, but since then the app has been working fine for me! My only wish would be that out of stock items show as unavailable to order, which would really save the customer AND employee's time! That being said, I did order something that was out of stock for pick up today, when I found out that they were out of twice baked hashbrowns I was definitely a little bummed (they're delicious) but your employee at the register quickly offered a solution and resolved the conflict of my unfulfilled order. I left feeling satisfied with my order because of how attentive and friendly your employees are. I would also like to add that EVERY time I have visited bruegger's, no matter how slammed it is, the employees are always very friendly and work quickly so that customers leave happy. I truly felt that my first review did not fully or accurately represent my experience with brueggers. I'd also like to thank the employees at the battleground location for always killing it with the breakfast game, I appreciate all of you!! @reviews complaining that they are out of items: yall obviously never worked in food service. Literally every single bagel/breakfast place including panera bread runs out of food items quit tripping. Original review: Can't even submit an online pick up order, waste of time.

Unbelievably great customer service. Every staff member busy yet so friendly! Fresh bagels filled up and everything organized! Each staff member went out of their way to acknowledge customers and show kindness! This location is a shining example in the Greensboro community of how to run a store! I’m so happy to give them my continued business!

Brueggers really needs to expand locations. We have to drive fr9m Kernersville to stick up on authentic bagels.

The Rosemary and OliveOil bagels are on of my favorites.

Very consistent. I like my bagels well toasted, so I always ask them to slow the belt speed down or to run them through the toaster twice if they are busy. Excellent coffee and a nice selection of juices, bottled water, etc. Chips and cookies as well.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! Had a free birthday bagel from there, and OMG, it was like the ones I used to get back home in Chicago! Also loved the selection of cream cheeses they had. Don't waste your time at other places that sell bagels, this is the place to go!

Place is hit or miss with bagels. They are ALWAYS awesome but depending on who prepares it behind the counter...you could get a generous amount of cream cheese or barely any at all. They need to be more consistent in preparing them.

Busy spot but bagels are fresh and tasty. They are made on site. Staff works quickly to get you through the long line quickly. We were looking for other sites to visit on our trip but disappointed that we didn't find another shop on our travels- liked the bagels that much. Coffee was good too.

I prefer this one over the one @ Friendly center and will drive further just to go here. They always have bagels (Friendly never ever has bagels ready), have quick staff, and are polite.
