Nice place for brunch, great service.

Portion sizes have consistently been reduced the last few years to the point that I can no longer recommend this over other options in the area.

Great place and service for our 9 family members.

Came in around 10:30 me, my son, and his gf. She got strawberry short stack pancakes and a side of brunch potatoes, he got normal, i got chicken fried steak with poached eggs, also clam chowder soup. Everything came quick, Hot, and tasted amazing!! Our server was Stacy, she is a great waitress, continued to check on us, made sure everything tasted great, and kept up with the refills!! This place never disappoints!! The owner also checked to make sure all was good. Very fair pricing, great food, great service!! Tip well. They deserve it!!

Food is always fresh and delicious. I usually have breakfast over there once a month and I am never disappointed. That place deserves Michelin 🌟

Brunch Cafes are a must... never had anything that wasn't delicious and perfectly cooked. Servers are all above-and-beyond. Absolutely our favorite breakfast/ brunch choice. Prices have stayed reasonable, Everything is always clean. Can't sat enough good things about them!

I was here with a larger group (10) on a Monday lunch time so not crowded. I didn't scrutize the check to see if they added the auto-gratuity. I think all restaurants like these breakfast/lunch places have had to print new menus with prices increase 15-25% to cover food cost increase and non-wait staff wage increases. The lady that waited on us was extremely patient with our table filtering in, ordering sporadically and the back and forth enherent with such a group. This Never would have happened on a Sunday 11am.

This place is great. For a full service restaurant they always have everything under control. The food is always served to you quickly, and it's hot. The employees are always friendly and kind.

There is one waitress we steer clear of due to a couple of past bad experiences, but all the rest are excellent! We love the food and setting.

I've yet to have a bad meal here (lunch and breakfast). Food and service consistently good for both dine in and take out.

I hadn't been here in 8+ years, I used to come with my family every year for the morning after Christmas. I'm happy to say that the food was exactly the same as I remember and it brought a tear to my eye. Thank you Brunch Cafe for the nostalgia and the amazing breakfast. We will be back when we're in the area again!

Busy but fast delicious food. We don’t go often but when we do we always have a great experience.

Always love the food here. As we know, the suburbs are not as rich in options as the city with places to eat; however, this was the first brunch spot I fell in love with when I moved out west. Staff is always friendly, service is always wonderful. Today I got their daily special, the California Benedict which was poached eggs, bacon bits, avocado and spinach atop a delicious potato pancake with a side of fresh fruit. I quite love that they have fresh tea herbs in a vial that they bring out to you so you can smell each one and decide which aroma suites you best. Also absolutely in love with their little personal tea steepers. The top opens up to reveal a cute little removable metal mesh piece where the herbs are poured into to steep your tea. Menu options never disappoint! Always something seasonal too. Options for vegan, low fat, low carb, there's options for everyone . Servers will gladly make subs or alter the dish to meet your needs ! 🍳☕🍽❤

First time eating here, and it was great!

Love coming to this place. The menu has a variety of things you don't find anywhere else. Their stuffed potato pancakes are awesome. We also had some French toast that was absolutely delicious. The server was very attentive, loved the vanilla cappuccino. I always enjoy coming here & highly suggest you try Brunch Cafe

Every meal is fresh and quick service. Friendly staff. Add Gouda to your hash brown potatoes and you will be a lifer. Enjoy!

The food was excellent,the waitress was very polite.and the booths were very roomy. You didn't feel like you were squeezed into a box. I'm not a tiny person. I felt very comfortable.

This place is professionally organized and run. From the greeter to your waitress and extended staff, the food was excellent and the service was speedy. Most importantly, my waitress, "Stacey," 15 yr veteran employee executed an outstanding customer experience. Stacey put it over the top!

I was there at 8:30 this morning. Waited at table but the waitress were on their phones and no one waited on me!! I left, no one seemed to care!! Sad… I’ll never go back!!

16 June 23 (update): Caliente omelette superb as usual (make sure to ask for Cholula sauce & the salsa, they don't bring those out by default like they used to, pre-COVID). Wait staff great. Talked with manager about upgrading there "Point of sale" kiosk so you can press a button and add a predefined tip (or custom) vs old school writing on the paper receipt. The lattes (my daughters order them) seem to be lacking from their feedback.

Great food however extremely high Priced. I got the health club scramble and added a biscuit and gravy instead of white bread coffee and it cost me twenty one dollars and forty cents.

We came here for a Sunday morning breakfast. Popular place but not overcrowded. The service was super fast and the food was good. This was a great option for our toddler. We will definitely be back.

My family have been regulars to this restaurant for years and have never once had a bad experience. Waiters and staff are very nice, service is fast, and food is delicious. Definitely would recommend!!

We love this place! We order breakfast from them at least once per month. The only issue I have is that we have gotten the wrong meal a couple of times when we order online, but the food is always delicious. My favorite breakfast place in the area.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. My family used to come every weekend. Since covid our routine changed and we take it home. Either way they are the friendliest here and always extremely welcoming. Seeing as we get it every week, we are bound to have had a mistake. When I say maybe one a year I am being literal. And that rare time they fix it so fast and easily that it’s like it never happened. From a usual meet up spot to a quick grab and go, brunch cafe is a 10/10 every time.

As our first time, not too impressed with service. Server was not attentative as she could've been. Friendly when greeted and taken our order. Great clean, open atmosphere. Ordered the Berry explosion waffle and side of hash browns. Waffle itself was bland but with all the fruit you can handle made up for the bland waffle. Hash browns were small portioned and cold. I would give this another shot but will not hold my breath. Ofcourse there's always room for improvement!

As always, food is exceptional (I always like to try something new here), our server was attentive to a fault and atmosphere light airy and clean. I have never had a bad thing to say about any of the locations I have visited! Love this chain.

Food was very good. Had a panini and French toast. Onion rings were also very very good.

I ordered an egg skillet with too many potatoes. My avocado looked like it was scantily sprinkled on my dish as well. This was the 2nd time I ordered this plate & decided, the last! Time to find another business that really wants to serve me & wants my return business.

Peter, I called the number you provided at 1:43pm on 4/13 and a young woman answered. I asked for you she replied "he's not here today". I said he asked me to call him - and she hung up. Preferred this location over Kildeer but things have gotten mediocre. Today server was indifferent. Worse yet, juice was not chilled, hash browns were not freshly made, nor was the bacon. My co-diner asked for less potatoes in a skillet but she received too much and too little avocado. Wait until they address their shortcomings.

Brunch Cafe-Fox River Grove is where my family ate after Easter Mass. There was 21 of us dinning. The food was outstanding, the service was exceptional all our food came out hot and good! Highly recommend!

Our goto for breakfast with all the classics plus some very unique options that are top notch. On the weekends it can busy so expect a wait, but they are fast and its well worth the wait.

Pretty good little morning & afternoon place. Fairly large capacity, menu & portion size from what I can see. Special requests generally handled well (I asked about a smaller than usual omellete for instance).

This is a favorite place for me. Every time I go the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is out pretty quick and you get a decent amount for the price. We always leave with leftovers. It's also one of the only places I consistently get a good cup of coffee.

How do you make a Monday morning so much better? Take a few hours off and start the day right at the Brunch Cafe! Spotless facility with easy parking, well lit and well maintained. Employees are fantastic across the board, consistently displaying a "can do" attitude and ensuring customer satisfaction. The menu is varied and they're happy to make substitutions when asked. Portion size is generous - unless you're starving, expect to leave with leftovers. Special requests/preparation are completed with a smile, and all of this comes at a fair price for the area. We just had a great visit, it reminded me that I should come by the Brunch Cafe more often.
