This is my go-to restaurant in Raton. I was delighted to find it on a visit a few months ago and I've been back recently. The people are friendly and efficient. The Mediterranean pizza is my favorite. As in, I think it's my favorite pizza not just here -- but anywhere. Highly recommended!

The calzone was a little overcooked, but not too much. The ingredients tasted good. Service was lackluster, but got the job done.

Best pizza this side of the Mississippi the dough is amazing the toppings are fresh the service is impeccable!!!!!! Love u guys!!

I ate here with my fiance recently and we both had calzones. We loved how fresh and customizable they were with the different toppings you can add! We will say it can get loud in the restaurant when it is filled so if you are sensitive to that then we recommend you go a bit earlier than 6pm. Our waitress was very sweet when she was available for us, she looked to have a lot of tables to do so she did her best to be there for each one of them. The food does not come out fast! So keep that in mind when eating there, but that also means the food is very fresh when ordered, worth the wait. We highly recommend you try it out for yourself!!

The pizza is amazing, especially the crust. Great atmosphere, and the service was good, in spite of a large party that had just come in.

Get away from the corporate restaurant sector and add some local flavor with your delicious pizza and cold brews downtown. Gluten free crust option too! Great place for Philmont Scouts coming or going. Support local business!

I like pizza and Bruno’s is very good. It’s a local place that know what they’re doing. The crust is the best part of the pizza. Well worth finding when you’re in Raton.

Been there twice, as an overnight traveler. I remember the Mediterranean? pizza being great. I tried a few Buffalo wings which were also great. Wings were small, though - not a big deal for me. Also tried a meatball sandwich- nice but not a standout. Service was quick and friendly enough. Place was a little crowded and noisy, plus TV screens up on the walls. (I tend to like being quiet and alone.) Overall, I'll definitely eat there next time I get a chance, probably to try a bunch more wings in some of the other flavors.

Great place for pizza in the small town of Rotan. We stopped by because we looked online and noticed that they had gluten free pizza for my wife. She got the 10 inch gluten free pizza and I got the calzone. Both were wonderful and alot. We needed to go boxes for the pizza and calzone. Our server was very quick in taking our orders and we did not have to wait long for our food. Next time we may try their famous wings.

Over priced store bought food heated at a "restaurant". Terrible service.

This is a great little place and reasonably priced. A bottle of Miller Lite was $3.50 and an excellent Mediterranean 12 inch pizza was $18 bucks. It’s in an older and charming part of town. There are perhaps a dozen tables and bar seating inside. No live music but the food was good and the beer was cold. Lots of customers so it’s popular. Recommended.

Very fast service! We went in at 7:35 and we were out the door at 8 (we also knew what we wanted). The pizza looks good and seems to be a favorite with the crowd. I had the wings (sorry, no pictures, they were devoured pretty fast). They are small in size, so I recommend ordering the bigger baskets.

Super good pizza, great for if you have to wait 40 minutes for your train out of raton

Great place to eat. Good Pizza, meatball sub and salad. We stop by here each time we are in Raton. Really, the only place to eat in Raton. Service was great even when there were a lot of people in for dinner. Keep up the great food and service. We will see you soon !

Horrible service from female waitress, bathrooms were disgusting no toilet paper or paper towels in dispenser. Urine on floor which is gross especially when they were not busy at all! I would avoid coming to this place at all cost, sad to say as raton doesn't have to many options.

Horrible, ordered the grizzly, no sauce, was supposed to have green, red and orange peppers only had one and very little of it Very little onion Three employees were to busy having a conversation to even offer to help

We were traveling from Texas to Colorado Springs and wanted a good meal, not fast food. Googled restaurants and found Bruno's. Loved the sport memorabilia. I had the cranberry salad which was very good, but the garlic parmesan wings were a little disappointing.My dad and husband shared a pizza, which they enjoyed. I highly recommend eating at Bruno's when you're in Raton.

The service was good. Not frequent, but they were busy so I get it. My issue here was they took my credit card, for an uncomfortably long time. They eventually came back with a receipt to sign, but no card. I asked about my missing credit card. They passed me around saying talk to this person thrm that. Eventually a woman I had never seen before handed me my credit card. I felt violated. Who is this and why is she now party to my transaction? I just grabbed my card and left. I am sorry for this, too, because I wanted to love this place but that was just too sketchy to overlook.

At our table there was one of their salads, some boneless wings and a pizza. The comments were all the same ... excellent! Great job to the staff.

One of the best pizzas in New Mexico.

We were impressed with this little pizzeria because it had a great selection of appetizers to enjoy while our pizza was prepared. We didn't have to talk over loud music and enjoyed every aspect of our meal.

Split a pizza with friends and had a salad. The pizza was very good with fresh tasty ingredients and crispy crust. And the salad! It had a variety of lettuce, spinach and greens, some I've never seen! But, all delicious.

Bruno’s Pizza is a fun local pizza joint! The staff is friendly and fast. The mozzarella sticks were tasty. The pizza was amazing! The crust has a crunch but is also soft inside. Delicious! If we come through this part of NM again, we will make a stop here!

On our way to Aurora Colorado, we take a break and order a large pizza from Brunos pizza and wings. Nice local atmosphere with good service and well-made, New York style pizza.

Great pizza, the crust had a really good chew and the red sauce was simple but flavorful. Friendly service. Try the cannoli!

As a traveler, it was nice to find a decent place to eat on the road, on a Sunday, on the Memorial Day weekend. The pizza was freshly made, with good sauce, fresh veggies and pepperoni. The menu was very good. In a nice location in Raton...will go back there again.

Great service and awesome food!

Ive eaten at Bruno’s 10 times in the last two years. It is definitely my favorite place for dinner when overnighting in Raton. The pizza is absolutely delicious! Certainly the best between Denver and Dallas; probably better than any pizza in Denver or Dallas :) The salads are good. The people are friendly. The service is excellent. I always look forward to Dinner at Bruno’s!

Amazing pizza and wings, perhaps the best we have ever had, top 10 for sure. Not sure how they make such a perfect crust. We had the New Mexicans and it was incredible. Raton is a great stop on the way to or from CO. Raton and Bruno’s definitely worth a try.

Great small local joint for pizza and wings. We ate her recently driving through Raton. We had the fried pickles, boneless wings, and the New Mexico Pizza. The fried pickles were okay: flavorful but a little soggy. The boneless wings were good, but clearly hadn’t been prepared at the restaurant. The pizza was the star. Great classic pizza dough, delicious toppings and prices right. The service was mediocre. The staff seemed to be trying to keep up with a huge Spring Break traveler rush, but it was also clear that they didn’t have the training or systems in place to provide great service under any scenario. Everyone was nice and professional, but there were lots of missed steps.

Stumbled upon this place while passing through. Busy Saturday night, waited 10 min, no worries. Staff was hustling and doing great job to get food out piping hot. Pizzas were delicious, good size and even had a gluten free option for my celiac son.

Good thin crust, pizza. Got the Bruno's special. It's good. Not knock-your-socks-off great, but nice crisp crust and flavor. Not sure how I felt about cornmeal crusted undercarriage. Wings were good too. Overall, pleasantly surprised to find pizza this good in a small Rockies town.

This is a great pizza place in Raton. Food was excellent. Crust is crispy on the outside and soft on the thicker part of the crust. Just right amount of sauce and toppings including cheese. Service and atmosphere were good too! Would definitely return if we are in the area.

We lived in Colorado and during the weekend we went to NM. We were looking for options and we decided to try this place. Let me tell you. The pizza is very good. We ordered Pinoli e Pomodori.

Stopped in while driving through Raton on a road trip, and was super impressed with the food and service! Pizza was delicious and the staff was friendly and efficient. Skip the fast food and opt for Bruno's-you won't be disappointed!

From Texas: My wife and I stopped in here while traveling through Raton. Pizza, service and atmosphere was great.

We ordered for a work Christmas party today and food was so fresh and delicious. The place was packed and very little and reasonable wait time for pickup. Staff offered all the extras and had it neat and packed to-go. Love the atmosphere, decor, and it is a very clean establishment. We ordered a New Mexican pizza, Wings, and cranberry salad. The large salad was enough to split with 3 employees. Brunos is a unique gem in downtown Raton. Quality ingredients and a great experience. Definitely recommend

The bomb, WHO knew? I do NOW & when rolling thru for fishing or a trip will stop everytime! Great pizza, plenty of choices. One grand is lactose intolerant, so they made half the pizza w no cheese......CUSTOMER service because I was going to order a whole, YOU have a great staff.....if I still drank beer looks like a few local brews too.......GREAT PIZZA !!

This is some of the best pizza. The crust blows the socks off any in New Mexico we have had here. Originally from back East Philly/NY and it really reminds me of home. So YUMMO! Definitely worth the stop every time we are passing through we either stop and eat or at least pick up a pizza to take back with us. Don’t change a thing.

Always stop in and grab something when I am in town. So d Far everything I have tried has been excellent.

Tasty food, small portions, high prices. Anywhere you go for food in Raton will be expensive vs portion size. $18.29 for a small Mediterranean pizza is a bit steep, but I will pay that for a good pizza- which this was. Wonderful light & fluffy crust, thank you. I was truly disappointed though when I paid $8 for a small cranberry salad with chicken. Like I said, tasty, small, expensive. I won’t get the salad again. But will recommend the pizza.

Stopped in for a Sunday lunch as we were passingthroughtown. Had a calzone and wings. Calzone was great. Crust was excellent and the marinara was fresh and tasty. Wings were great as well. Saw some pizzas at other tables and they looked fantastic. Thanks for a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

A couple of years ago my sister, partner, and I stopped to eat here during a road trip from Texas to Colorado and the pizza and salad was delicious. We recently went on the same road trip, but this time with my brother and sister in laws and remembered about the place so we planned out the drive to stop by here again Once again it was delicious and we loved it. Oh and their fried pickles are some of the best I've had.

Excellent pizza! Wait staff was nice. But our server was the only one we could see hustling so we waited a bit between drink order, dinner order, dessert order, check. We could see 4 employees behind the counter on their phones.

Great place, the salads were amazing. Try the Bruno's special. Ask for Vanna, she's as sweet as pie.

Got a hotel in Raton while in route on vacation to Colorado. Was looking for pizza and stumbled across Bruno’s on google. Reading the reviews I knew this place was going to be special. Let me tell you this is some of the best if not the best Pizza I’ve ever had! Not only that but the BBQ wings were top notch. The ranch is a must as it’s 100% the best ranch I’ve ever had. Then to top it all off the employees were so customer service oriented it was amazing! 1000/10 recommend and will be talking about this place forever. Stay amazing Bruno’s!

My family and I stopped in while on a road trip and honestly didn’t expect much, but boy were we impressed! The pizza is some of the best we’ve had (this is verified by my mom who is Italian and from NY). The atmosphere is super cute, very cozy and like a time machine with all the decor! If we ever happen to drive by again we’ll be sure to stop at Bruno’s.

Our scout troop stopped here on the way to Philmont scout ranch. We all loved the pizza. Food came out quick, and the server was super friendly and attentive.

Food was excellent! We were just traveling through and the kids wanted pizza, so we googled this place, and we are glad we did. Pizza and wings were great. We will put this on our list to stop again.

We stopped in Friday night, and they were super busy but still provided fantastic food and equally great service. We had the jalapeño popper pizza (+ chicken) and it was one of the best pies I've had in awhile - the dough was the best I've had in years! The boneless wings were pretty good, and my wife loved her cranberry salad, though she said it could've used a touch more dressing. All in all, we'll be back for sure. And a BIG shout out to the Friday night crew - they were amazing! Thanks y'all!

Haven't had a good pizza like that in quite a while. The place was bigger than I thought and packed! Got a couple of really good-sized pizzas for 3. The Bruno's special was my best friends and I's favorite! And the fried pickles were delicious.😋 Crust was crunchy and soft, absolutely delicious. I'm excited to bring more friends to try it out.

Bruno’s Pizza & Wings is just about the best place I have eating in a long time and that’s really hard to do as a pizza joint! For me, it’s difficult to screw up pizza. Any pizza place you go, they have their own unique taste but everything for the most part is good. Bruno’s takes pizza to the highest and best notch possible in my opinion. The crust is their key! I’m not much of a crust guy but Bruno’s is able to make a thinner crust where the pizza ingredients sit and the crust itself is a puffier crunchier crush that surpasses all the competition. All of the ingredients are fresh and tasty. They even sliced up fresh jalapeños for one of our pizzas instead of using pickles jalapeños like everyone else does. As long as I go back to Raton, NM, I will always stop in at Bruno’s Pizza & Wings at least once!
