Came here for dinner got this brisket sandwich and tater tots friendly staff wasnt to busy but the sandwich was very good an tots wasn't over fried

First time at the Shively Bud's. It did not disappoint. I'm usually at the one in J-Town.

You get a lot for your money here plus it fresh and delicious you won't leave hungry.

Great corner hangout that's mainly for the older crowd that's been coming for years. Large portions, good prices, fast friendly staff, and a laid back atmosphere where nobody cares who you are but they'll be your friend.

Ordered the white smoked chicken sandwich, house salad and baked beans. Salad was great, beans and chicken not so much. The chicken was dry and flavorless, couldn’t taste the smoke at all. The portion was nice. Bud needs to rethink the recipe he uses on the baked beans. They’re just not good.

Came in to get some wings and over heard the bartender bad mouthing another employee which happens to be a good friend of mine. I didn't say anything but not good for business when your bartender and another person sitting on the other side of the bar talking down about another employee. The guy that runs the kitchen is a great guy and I didn't appreciate it. Not sure if I will be back

This was my first and last time coming here. I got the smoked wings (no flavor at all) with honey chipotle. The chipotle sauce was disgusting. The baked beans were horrible, taste like they put beer it in. The mac n cheese was probably the only “ok” dish, and it was still thrown away. I don’t play about my food and that was $25 wasted. Needing to find a quick spot for lunch we stumbled upon this delightful local restaurant. The service was quick and fantastic, Mostly because of our lovely server Cheryl. The beer was icy, cold and priced very nicely. We ordered our food which came out very quickly and was nice and hot. The pretzel bites with cheese sauce were delicious, my husband brat was very tasty, and the vegetable brisket soup was delicious. The fries were crispy and hot as well. Really wish I had ordered their bean soup. All in all,it was a great pitstop.
