This is my favorite Mexican burrito place. Everything has been prepared amazingly and consistently since I started eating here 15 years ago. Happy Bueno exists 🫶🏼✨

We’ve tried this place three times now. The first time wasn’t good but we’d thought we’d try again. The second time we both commented on how good it was and it must have been an off night. Now we’re at time three and this is the consistency of slop. My husband’s burrito bowl appears fresh while mine is full of this liquid in the bottom from either the bottom of the container of pico or beans, not really sure but it borders on inedible. It’s too bad. We really wanted to like this place but this was a 40 dollar take out dinner order with one of us still needing to find dinner.

I love this place, but it seems like they’ve changed one of my favorite items, the local beef chili burrito. The past two times I have ordered this, at both locations, there has been barely any ground beef in the burrito. I’m talking trace amounts of beef among some beans and rice and i’m not someone who likes a lot of meat either. I thought it was a one off the first time, but it seems they must have changed how they make it. It’s disappointing but I’ll have to change my order in the future. Their food is overall still good, fast, and healthy and the employees are always pleasant and keep everything clean.

Bueno Y Sano is consistently tasty, fresh and fast! Always greeted with a smile and thanked when I grab my takeout, it's a pleasure to support this business. I love the grilled jalapenos, smoked brisket tacos, and ALL of the salsas. Delicious

Foods great but being able to order is a whole other ball game. Have to use the app which as soon as u press press place order, it won't actually go through and automatically get a fraud call from my bank. Has happened the last few times. Just don't bother anymore

Bueno is delicious. I get an extra side of pico and their mild and hot sauces go so well with the burritos. I usually get the bbq chicken but there are many other options.

LOVE. we use to eat there ALL the time when they were a bit closer. Just had tonight for the first time in a while and HOW it always tastes the same and delicious no matter how much time passes, is unknown to me :) so good. Good quality. The woman was so kind when I went in to pick up. Also- love the easy online ordering!

The quesadilla was really greasy like I was scraping off grease just to enjoy the food . This was my first time at this location and it was just MID in my opinion.

I wish I had a picture but it was too good to put down. I got the chipotle chicken burrito and then added the tomatillo salsa and it was insanely delicious. I actually ordered 4 sides of the salsa so I can eat it over the next few days!

Great locally owned business. The orders are always prompt, the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is super kind. The one time the APP for ordering online didn't work (my family orders from there almost weekly), they cooked up our order in no time.

Friendly staff and the food was on point. Probably the best guacamole I’ve had in a bit and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Look forward to returning soon to try some of the more adventurous options.

Pick up order was ready in 10min. Both the grilled mixed veggie and the spinach & garlic grande burritos were delicious. Highly recommend any Bueno location, they're one of my go to healthy and delicious vegan favorites.

Excellent local burrito chain. Rather than go to the big national chains, this place is locally owned and has excellent food and selection. The portions are massive and enough for two meals

I had the Korean BBQ Rib tacos (2) and 1 pulled pork. I believe they left off the BBQ sauce and forgot to fry the rib on the Korean tacos, they were good but dry, I had plenty of other sauce for them but was disappointed. The pulled pork w/ spicy BBQ was outstanding. All in all, great experience, I recommend.

Burrito not as moist as I expected. Super thick though full of g[d and healthy ingredients but I would definitely try the bowl instead. Burrito was cool and needed to be warmed up. Just okay and expensive. I never mind spending on a completely satisfying anything.

Been eating here for a long time. Watching the price of simple quesadillas go up from $8.00 to $10.33 has stopped that. Note: one year later and quesadillas are up to $15. Almost doubled the price in 2 years. An item that costs maybe $2. What a shame

Edit: Just a simple update after many, many visits - I have to go in record to say the employees at this establishment are overly friendly and that's not a bad thing. I appreciate that more than they know. I feel WELCOME walking in because someone is always there by the register and they acknowledge you every single time. I will forever continue to support them. Original: I absolutely love this place! This is my go to spot for exceptionally delicious, and large/filling burritos. My personal favorite are the shrimp burritos. They are perfectly cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. For the price you pay you'll leave quite full and happy and depending on what you get, you may even have leftovers. I love the fact that they have so much variety and appreciate that they even have vegetarian options as well. I love my protein but I'm happy knowing that they have the option if you want your veggies. Definitely a 5/5 establishment

I love Bueno y Sano. Started going to the Amherst location 20 years ago and now I frequent the Cooley St. store often. The food is always fresh and delicious with fast service and friendly folks behind the counter. I don't know what they put in their salsa but it's so good I could drink it plain. They've got all your standard fare plus some unique fusion items as well. Definitely check them out!

Stay away from online order/delivery! Placed an order online for delivery right when they opened (11AM) for my entire office lunch meeting (12PM). 80 minutes later, nothing - called about my order only to find that they just started making it. Nearly 2 hours later, I drove to the restaurant myself to find they just packed it. When I asked why my order was delayed, I was informed the staff had come into work drunk. Food is good, but go there yourself and order in person.

I've visited multiple locations over the years, always friendly staff, food is fresh and consistantly awesome, the tomatillo and hot sauces are amazing. The Thai shrimp burito is just out of this world!!!

Absolutely one of my favorite and most frequently visited restaurants. Fast, delicious food, with friendly and helpful staff. Lately I've been getting the burrito bowls, where it comes with a pile of lettuce instead of wrapped in a tortilla, but the traditional burritos are great too -- nice and big. I also love the quesadillas, although those don't travel so well, as they lose some of their crispiness, so I don't usually get those for take out. Some favorite dishes are the spicy BBQ chicken burrito, Spicy Thai burrito, steak burrito, Mixed Grilled Veggies burrito, and Steak and Mushroom Quesadilla. I like that they have tofu and seitan, and lots of veggie options, for when I'm not in the mood for meat.

Best burritos around! Every location is consistent, staff is friendly, and food is ready quickly. We regularly drive up from central CT just to eat here. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, too!

We usually online which is very easy to use. Never had an issue with anything missing/wrong. Order is ready in a quick time, good prices for what you order and the size is just right. Food is fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend Bueno Y Sano. Love getting food from here.

Great food and people, they value their customers. I always have excellent food, last time I went the order was off and they gave me a complimentary meal for it, which I had tonight and it was great as usual!! I almost always get a bbq pulled pork quesadilla ☺️

Food was extremely fresh and tasty. My only complain is, it seems the chipotle sour cream. Was missing or wasn't noticible in my burrito. Chipotle is a very strong flavor that should have a presence. felt missing/or given a small amount as well. Same happened with parent's meal. Has potential to be top tier mexican if they find a way to fix this issue. No one complains about how much cheese or sour cream they get at chipotle, usually.
