I hate giving bad reviews but I feel the need. For what I paid for a take out dinner for 4 I've had much better The ribs were tough and seemed to be over cooked or maybe a little old. the pulled pork was dry and lacking flavor. The wings were dry and very over cooked. The special was a family feast and we only got 1 single serving of baked beans. I'm not a local but my kids are so maybe they will try it again. I'll not be back until after the first of the year so maybe I'll give it one more try. All in all a hundred dollars not well spent sorry.

Loaded baked potatoes are the size of your head, exaggerating yes, but just a little. Brisket was wonderful and perfectly done. I honestly believe this is a hidden gem in Navarre. But from what I hear, those that love BBQ know it well. All around great dining experience, service was great super attentive and pleasant.

I can't express enough how amazing John is. I'm so thankful I found his restaurant for catering while planning our March 2024 destination wedding. He’s an excellent communicator and ensured everything was perfect. The food was beyond delicious and affordable. I can't wait to visit Florida again because his restaurant will be our first stop. John is truly an all-around wonderful person. Thank you, John, for everything!

We have been supporters of Buh’s Food truck since its start, and the same for the restaurant. We have gone much less to the restaurant, as the food was declining. We are brisket lovers and always raved to others about Buh’s, as brisket snobs. They had also been accommodating for our request to have chopped, dry brisket when we ordered it by pounds. We had not been in some time, as I said, we had noticed a decline in both service and food. We decided we needed to try again. Neither request per the order was fulfilled, chopped, dry. When I called to speak to manager, he was rude, said for my information the morning shift took the order, they just fulfilled it(wrong), and that they are not a food truck and they mix their brisket with the fat. I asked why he was being so rude about it, and that I know that they are the restaurant, as we have eaten there and ordered for pick up many times. He was condescending, and I am in disbelief honestly that this is even happening!!! I try to support local establishments, I am a local. I will be paying my son, who makes the best BBQ and brisket, to make my brisket for now on and freeze for our cravings! Just sad that another local food establishment is declining and probably won’t last if something does not change, like rude management! All I really wanted was an apology as a loyal customer.

We ordered from Buh's 2 times while we were visiting Navarre with our family. Both times the food was excellent! I was able to order ahead because we had such a large group, which made planning dinners a breeze. The pulled pork and spare ribs are super smoky and delicious and the vinegar based slaw is AMAZING! They were super easy to work with and also knowledgeable about gluten free! I would absolutely recommend Buh's!

Overall a 3 star visit. Service: The front counter girl seemed to be getting yelled at from the cook because there were 5 orders in the que. She said he was by himself which explains why he was frustrated. That sucks, so I feel his pain, but hes gotta remember in an open kitchen you gotta watch your tone. Environment: The environment wasnt it. Very hot, old grease smell, no music so heard it all. I think it boils down to staffing, two workers - 9 orders in 15 minutes. Asking too much of them, so maybe it was a one off Ill try again this week and see.

Read all the reviews had to give it a shot. Was as good as everyone says it is and will be going back. We had the pulled pork Brisket Chicken tenders Mac n cheese baked beans and homemade chips it was all great!!!

I'm an Oklahoma transplant, and we have great BBQ back home. I was looking for a local BBQ place to scratch my itch when I crave BBQ. This is a typical BBQ joint with comfortable ambiance. No drive-thru, but fast counter carryout service. Reasonably priced with personable, fast service. Now let's talk food: fried pickles were delicious! I love the pickle chips versus the spears. The batter flavor was not overpowering to the pickle. The homemade chips were crunchy without being hard with very good flavor & the perfect saltiness. They would make great contenders for a copy-cat recipe of the Blue Angel chips McGuires used to offer. They offer 2 types of coleslaw: creamy or vinegary. I chose the vinegary slaw which was just too my liking. They really do it right with the mix of veges and dressing. The meat? You want to know about the meat? I ordered the 1/2 rack of baby back ribs. The meat was falling off the bone, and the rub was a great mix which wasn't too salty. The ribs didn't have a strong smoke flavor which I love. Not too smoky or artificial tasting - delicious! I tried the 'spicy' BBQ sauce and didn't find it to be too spicy, but I can handle spice. The flavor was yummy, but 2 little cups of sauce for 1/2 rack of ribs. Yeah, the sauce went fast . . . I will definitely visit this place again when I'm craving BBQ!

My family and I have eaten at Buh's BBQ several times in the restaurant and it's always been very good. However, my review is focused on the catering option. We hosted my son's graduation party and picked up Buh's BBQ to feed 40+ adults and high school kiddos. I cannot say enough great things about the service, quality of food and ease of the entire process. Buh's was prompt, helpful and the food was DELICIOUS!!!! I had guests begging me for leftovers which I had tons of and made sure everyone knew where I got it from. It was by far the best catering experience I've ever had and by far the best food I've ever had catered. Needless to say, the next time I cater anything in my home, I will be ordering from Buh's BBQ!!! Well done sir and thank you!

Coming from Arkansas, we ran into a gentleman in Navarre Beach that was from Little Rock that had moved down a few years ago. He HIGHLY recommended Buh’s to us, so we hit them up before we headed back to Pensacola Beach for the remainder of our trip. I’m tellin’ ya…… the food was phenomenal. My husband is still talking about it and we have been back home for a couple of weeks now. We will definitely visit the next time we are in town! I wish we had gotten some sauces and seasonings to take home with us. We will plan accordingly next time :)

Ordered 1/4 rack ribs with fried okra and sweet potato fries. Ribs were so good they fell off the bone. Could eat them with no sauce. Had naner pudding. It’s fluffy like the whip cream. I’ve had better pudding but still great place for ribs

Staff was friendly and patient. I had the Daily Special Pulled Pork Sandwich with potato salad and broccoli. It was cooked well done and fresh. The BBQ sauce was so good and spicy. I really enjoyed my meal. My hubby had the same but got a large portion, which filled him up. Best BBQ in town. Great service, keep up the great work.

Small brisket portion. Brisket was a bit dry and I was chewing on it for a while. Mac and cheese was really bland. The homemade chips were good though.

This place is hands down one of the most underrated restaurants in our area. The staff are awesome, the bbq is delicious, and the location is extremely convenient. Good night how did I miss this place

Smoked wings are fantastic. I like buying brisket and pulled pork by the pound to feed on for a few days.

Decent place, for a minute... but for some reason the last few times we have ordered the pulled pork, it's been so greasy it just wasn't good.

Every meat was delicious and the ribs are large! The carrot cake and chocolate cakes are amazing moist and delicious.

It is one of the best barbecue you'll ever have. The Mac and cheese is mouth watering. The Texas toast was just amazing. The homemade chips was delicious. Best chicken I've ever had. I 100% recommend this barbecue. Service was amazing. And really good prices. Very kid friendly. People were so nice.

Food was good but the manager on duty was super rude to the employes. When we arrived for our pickup we asked about it and he snapped at the girl up front saying it wasn’t ready cause we had a big order…we arrived after our pickup time so if he’s upset about it he should fix the time the site gives to customers. No one likes a bully

The counter girl is Always friendly and happy makes you feel welcomed and fast service and some 🔥 bbq Honestly would hire the young lady to work in the ice cream shop I manage. Bbq is so good I always get a pork 🐖 sandwich 🥪 and baked beans 🫘 and sweet 😋 sauce best BBQ I have found in this area.

Got some assorted meats and was VERY pleased! Sausage, brisket and ribs....oh my!! Melts in your mouth, no teeth needed to eat here.

I ordered 2 plates for $42.00 for takeout and was disappointed. I asked for extra sauce when I called and nothing was said. When I picked up my order I asked if there was extra sauce and was told it cost extra. I checked out the container of sauce and it was half full and about a half ounce. Also I ordered Mac and cheese which is a premium side and the portion was around 5 ounces while the broccoli was in a larger container. I don’t know what the heat source is but my ribs tasted like they had been cooked 2-3 days before and were tuff and extremely fatty. Also I would suggest they switch to baby backs. It seemed like the ribs were smoked in an electric smoker. Won’t be back. Hopefully the owner will make some serious changes.

Vacationing in Navarre stopped here for some BBQ. Food was good and sonwas the service.

Awesome customer service very clean establishment I got the half chicken and brisket sandwich with Mac n cheese and baked beans and banana pudding the chicken was smoked to perfection very juicy and favorable the brisket was also very good but the sides were very underwhelming the mac and cheese was very bland baked beans was just ok and the banana pudding taste very artificial it had no bananas it was awful

Best barbeque I've had from Pensacola to Navarre hands down the ribs were fantastic.

We ordered a smoke ham and two turkey breasts for Thanksgiving and they were wonderful! The turkey especially went over well with everyone; the flavircand tender texture!

I had pulled pork and steamed broccoli. Looked for Brunswick Stew, but alas guess Texas doesn't serve Georgia much. My brother told me about this, turns out he's only eaten at the trailer. Restaurant is great! Service fast, friendly, efficient. Pulled pork Sandwich big meaty. Sauce was good.

We just moved to Navarre and we decided to give Buh’s a try. Simply put, darn good BBQ! Their vinaigrette slaw is refreshing, and their spicy bbq sauce will have you buying a bottle. We’ll definitely return many more times!

First time trying Buhs BBQ and it was fantastic! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They were so kind and engaging. You can tell they are good people. We got the chicken sampler. Which came with ribs, pulled pork, and brisket and toast. The sides we got were mac and cheese, potato salad, and baked beans. Everything was delicious. The portion sizes were huge, honestly bit off more then I could chew.

Visiting family in Navarre and HAD to make another stop at Buh's! 2, in fact! 1st stop - pulled pork plate with beans and home made chips - which are extra yummy with a dusting of Buh's rub! Have to go home today. Stopped in for a bottle of sauce (you can take it home!) And couldn't resist a brisket sandwich for the road. So hard to choose between the pork and the brisket! Both are special in their own way! Another reason for 2 stops! Now we're moments away from digging into a big square of Momma's chocolate cake! When in Navarre - or within driving distance - make sure you stop at Buh's!

This place is the best BBQ that I think I have ever had. Try the pulled pork plate, okra, potato salad. MmmmmMmmmmmmMmmmmm! The carrot cake is so amazing as well

My wife and I were shoping in the area and decided to swing in and try their BBQ. She had the brisket with Mac and Beans, which was spot on 5 star! I had the Pulled pork Loaded Nachos (now tbh I would not get them again because they left me wanting more bbq meat, the lady serving us was happy to get me more pork but, Nachos aren't really a bbq thing either but i had to try them) So, that being said it was a 5 star experience and I would go back just for their BBQ Sauces.

Best pulled pork on the emerald coast.. the banana pudding will change your life. If you drive past this lil restaurant, and you don't stop in.. your doing yourself a big injustice.

After a long day of swimming this hit the spot! St. Louis native and I gotta say this Memphis inspired BBQ it out of the world. Very simple menu with massive flavor... my brisket could fall apart in a light breeze.

Went there twice in three days once we “discovered” the restaurant was there. Worth traveling from Pensacola, Navarre or Destin.,..it is THAT good!!! You rock, Buh crew!!!

Best barbecue I’ve had in the panhandle! Great service and order came out super quick. Homemade sauces were delicious. Reminded me of my grandparents’ favorite place in rural Tennessee. Will definitely be back

I went here because I am an old fan of the rib shack. But this is a little bit different. The ribs are still good. The desserts are good as well, but smaller portions. And I'm not too keen on the Mac and cheese.

We love the friendly atmosphere and the good food. We always get the rib platter and are super happy with it. The chips are delicious and crisp. My husband loves to eat meat and I never heard him complaining about this place. One time we tried their desserts… 😍😍😍

Food was average BBQ. Pretty good, all in all, I would go back. Get the ribs, my kid got them and they were better than the Brisket. Service was top notch. The owner came out and talked to us, we had good food, and they made us feel like locals.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and service!!! The girl that worked there was friendly and courteous and was a good ambassador for the brand. I'd return when in the area!!!
