Thay don't burn the classic chicken sandwich licke so many other bks do

Just got my order and I didn't get my sauce for my chicken nuggets no napkins, really cheap manager and staff.

I am a regular at this drive thru window. Just happens that I usually have my bulldog Bruce with me. Well over the course of time, and because of Bruce, I have gotten to know the morning ladies well. They are always eager to say hello to him and offer him a treat. He loves them more than I do! I get the scoop on restaurant happenings, and Bruce gets fat! The food is typically, but what really keeps me coming back are the two ladies in the morning. Once Bruce fell ill and was dying they, surprised to say, were a rock I could lean on, and I will always be grateful for them and their concern❤️ 8/22/24- I just had the driest bacon king burger! I get it no ketchup, no mayo, add BBQ. Probably had 15 of these in the last year. It was the only thing of substance soft enough that I could chew (or gum) after having all my teeth out for dental implants. These patties were so dry, it's as if they ran them through the broiler TWICE.

I like this Burger King but the only problem is they shut the ice cream down at 9:00 p.m. and I want ice cream at night. The service staff all are great. Just seems to me if your advertising ice cream it should be available the hours you're open!

OMG I'm so sick!! Ate lunch here today. Projectile diarrhea and gut pains so bad.... I'm going to the emergency room right now. Next morning:....... yup, a mild case of food poisoning. I feel better this morning. I've never had food poisoning before. That was so painful....that I just cried and cried on the bathroom floor. I'm an old lady with health problems, I thought I was dying!!! I had ONE meal all day...so I know it was here.!!!!!! I had a plain hamburger and small fries. So they had to cook the hamburger separately. I wonder if it was cooked long enough.? Or maybe it was the grease, that the fries were deep fried with? IDK BUT Dang it, THAT WAS PAINFUL!!!!!!! Never again!! Now I'm scared to go out to eat.... anywhere!!! This was a life-changing experience. Thanks a lot.

Workers have way to much attitude. They look at you like you are bothering them . They take forever and most of the workers be looking dirty as hell like seriously wash your clothes gross.

Had lunch with my son. Food came fast and fresh with a coke icee. Yum!

The kids meal cheeseburger was completely wrong. Asked for no pickles or mustard and it came with it. Asked for onions and mayo and it didn’t have it on. No chocolate chip cookie was given either as part of the kids meal. I ordered through the mobile app and edited the burger there. Obviously paid no attention to my choices. Onion rings were soggy also. Very disappointed

The new Titusville Burger King sucks!

Change your damn times on Google, it says closed at 10 on your signs at store, but shows open till 12. Waste of my damn time sitting in drive through, if you're closed turn off the displays, simple enough!

This burger king prices are not what is being charged to Us. I ordered a breakfast combo and made it large, the lady told me the price I paid it, but when looked at the receipt and the price on the board it didn't add up .. so I spoke to the manager and she Said they accidentally changed Me .52 cents more.. now that's not a lot of money but it's the principle of the deal.. This Burger King is ripping people off.. CHECK YOUR PRICES ON THE BOARD AND YOUR ACTUAL PAY

Came in after a long day at work and the gal at the counter was wonderful to talk to, I ordered a fish sandwich meal with some alterations to the fish, she was caring enough to make sure it was the way I ordered it. This does not happen alot in fast food so I will be getting grub here again

The restaurant was very clean and staff was nice

I bought the chicken combo meal. The sandwich was so hot it burnt my tongue. I checked in at 12:11 I pulled off it is 1225 and my chicken is still hot to touch.

Order thru the drive thru. Christina was very polite and understood my order. When I arrived at pick up window. She was friendly and reconfirm my order. Whopper meal was hot and fresh and made correctly. Outside of restaurant is clean.

Drive through speakers working, friendly attendant. Fast service. Burger was a tasteless disappointment, fries & lemonade good. Not worth the price.

Travel to go to this location.. never been treated with such disrespect… after placing an online order I got to the speaker ……. They were busy but ….. no answer …. Sat there for quite awhile no answer. As I pulled forward the car behind was answered swiftly and promptly… I get to the window to encounter the rudest person I have see In awhile… told her I had an online order and she rolled her eyes, probably would not have been as noticeable but the fake black eyebrows made it hard not to look at her…. Closed window yelled to coworker that we were at the window… opened the window and stuffed my order in my face without even a go to hell….. I worked here for a while a few years back… store was super clean …. Not that hard of a job…. Nobody came to your house and made you apply EYEBROWS…. You are ridiculous

Honestly 1 star isn’t even a proper rating. I’d rate 0 if I could. Pulled into drive thru at 2:55 granted they were busy. Got to the speaker where we sat forever and no one said a word. Pulled forward to then get greeted by a dark haired girl with FAKE eyebrows who proceeded to ask about another order. We stated we had an online order and had sat at the speaker for awhile with no answer. She then proceeds to roll her eyes and turn around. Asks for the name and turns around to scream we were at the window to other employees. She ended our experience by shoving the food out the window and couldn’t even say have a nice day. Normally have a great experience at this location and go out of way to come here. Very disappointed with my experience today. I’m not even someone who writes reviews but this was necessary.

Ate My food in the parking lot. Was on a mission and used the drive thru. Can't really give an opinion about the atmosphere cause I didn't go in. The employee at the drive thru was professional and friendly. I recommend this place to anyone

This Particular Burgerking. Seems to always be closing around 10 not 12. And they leave the out side lights on to make you think it's open. There is always issues with my orders. Getting sandwiches wrong. And always have to go back because they forget something

Decent Burgar King. Place was clean and service pleasant and fast. My Burgar was serviced very hot. No complaints.

Quick and friendly service. Convenient location. Clean bathrooms, eating area (floors, tables and chairs) as well as a clean parking lot. Drive through is also very easy to maneuver as well fast to go through when ordering to go.

Hours say open until midnight, pulled in at 10:50pm to everything turned off and the manager still inside cleaning up ignoring that I was there. Wouldn’t even give me the “sorry we closed early” excuse. Just ignored that I was there.

Ordered a whopper and all I got was a beef patty and cheese, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no pickles or onions, 10 piece nugget meal and a cheese buger meal

If you have a phone for the restaurant and someone calls , they don't even answer. Why have a phone then.

Home of the whopper Flame broiled burgers, definitely a different taste then it becomes off of the griddle. Then there are The Onion rings, Something that you cannot get from the other fast food restaurants. I am quite fond of these, especially when you put them on top of the hamburger. Now if you are a chocolate lover they have Hershey sunday pie for dessert. I can promise you will like this.

This Burger King is run like the Burger Kings Should be run! Reminds me of the Burger King from years ago when Burger King wanted to win your business. Very Clean and the Staff is on there game! A+ to that Team

Edit: someone brought their disgusting little dog and sat it at a table, then it peed on every bush on the way out. I'm not sure I'll come back. It's okay as far as these places go, but there's a manager (bigger Spanish lady) that is pleasant to customers but is usually berating employees. Kind of cringe worthy to have to listen to.

Getting better staff is much better since the rude manager doesn't work there anymore.

Everything was great except the Sprite soda needed replaced. I could taste the carbonated water instead.

I'm sorry! Service staff was fine. Food has just gone downhill over the last 20 years. It is what it is.

While the drive thru cashier was friendly and very quick, my food was terrible. The wrapping was wet and messy. I burnt my finger on one when I reached into the bag. I waited for about five minutes after getting a sandwich that left greasy streaks out of the bag, not the wrapper. When I opened the wrapper, the croissant was nearly destroyed. The ticket for the order was correct but the sandwiches were not. Finally, I got to try a bite and the meat was dry and burnt my mouth. My whole drive home, I tried to call the store to speak with the manager only to get a busy signal. I don't expect much when ordering fast food, so this experience was so terrible that I am actually writing a review in the hopes that they change something to improve the horrid outcome of one simple order. Upside, the lady in drive thru was very kind and fast, as well as the pre-made vanilla coffee was able to cool off the blister in my mouth.

Food was good but the ladies running drive through are more concerned with phones and non work related relationships.

Bunch of weirdo working there , never going back again

So I don't like completely bashing a restaurant but the food was thrown together very poorly, didn't receive everything I had paid for so had to make a trip back to get it. Bad thing was is there wasn't anyone in the restaurant nor were they completing any drive thru orders. Restaurant was semi clean except for sticky tables and what looked to be someone's child had been licking all over the window's. 🤮!!!!!

I've eaten here often, Lisa who takes the orders for lunch is always friendly & gets my order correct. Food has always been great. the manager keeps the place clean and make sure all the employees are doing everything correctly to keep up with your needs

Rude and nasty manager lady @ window where you get your food

I was looking for somewhere to get lunch the day after Hurricane Ian had passed by. My friend and I drove around looking for somewhere that was open. Luckily we found Burger King open. We placed our order at the drive thru. As we waited to pay a very kind employee by the name of April walked out during tropical storm weather to bring out our order because the car in front of me had placed a big order. She went above and beyond to bring us our order while our food was hot and saving us the waiting time. Thank you very much for your kindness and professionalism. Our order was correct and hot when we arrived to our hotel.

Save yourself and skip this place. The staff is horrible, rude, and honestly don't care when it comes to customer service. I am upset that this is my closest burger king

One of the best in the area. The one in my town is horrible. Also I left my phone on a table there and the manager found it while doing her walk through. I went back hours later and she had it in the office. I was so excited.

It’s Burger King I always ask to get mine made fresh so it’s usually good for on the go quick n easy! I go to the one in port Saint John flordia and the ones in Merritt island and my complaint is their lack of customer service they always have attitudes no matter which one you go to! They are slow and make u wait in the drive thru as if they have a line out the door or parking lot! Then try and make me wait at the first window why? Cause u don’t want anyone to watch what ur doing to their food? Sorry I’m the boss of me and I’m pulling forward! It’s ridiculous and they always wanna hand the food out and slam the window no matter if your nice or not then ignore as u sit there trying to wave to get their attention! No onset why their sales are declining they give u old food unless u ask for fresh then have the audacity to have bad customer service on top of it! Smh do betterBurger king or your not going to be in business much longer!

They got the best burgers 🍔 😋 in town. Fries 🍟 are yum . I could eat this food daily.

I met a very personable and engaging young man cashier. He is the best I have met in any BK outlet. I was bungling and he was very , very patient and straightened out my orders. Thank you sir. My experience was hassle free because of you. 07-22-2022 between the hours of maybe 9:00am and 10:00 am. Meals were enjoyable . Maybe because the gentleman made my daunting task easy. Not good .. It has two drive throughs the first us to pay and the second one is to pick up the food . They do both at the food window . Also after you order the food they cant teal what the person ordered .

They have a pretty good breakfast choice. French toast sticks are always a plus. Coffee was hot! Always a plus. Nice young man at the register.

New owner, new attitude. We haven't gone to this location Ina couple years. They used to be horrible; bad attitudes, poor quality, dirty. We stopped in today out of desperation, they were the only restaurant open the day before Hurricane Dorian. WOW! Clean, great fast service and good fresh food.

I went thru the drive thru and it was fairly busy. I had a special order (just plain cheeseburgers) but everything was correct. My order in its entirety was correct and the line moved fast. The kid at the window was very friendly and helpful as well and I was able to get thru pretty quickly overall.

Two times now zi have been OVER CHARGED brought to employee attention answer was O I'm sorry. I WILL NOT EVER GO THERE AGAIN ID AVISE YOU TO CHECK RECEIPT ..

Excellent fish dinner. Fresh tasting and a better quality Burger King than run down Titusville. Port Saint John exceeds the surrounding Burger King stores. I would highly recommend going, and would like to point out a young man named Cyrill, who went out of his way to bring us our food, brought it out of the store to us while we were in line, so it wouldn't get cold! Outstanding! Kudos to him!

10:30 the staff was inside with the lights off, but no one was working the drive thru.

The person taking order has a stressful voice--like she is rushing customer to hurry and finish order. I ordered onion rings and made sure I asked for onion ring sauce. They forgot it.

Come here ab one time a week to grab lunch, usually decent service. i always order online, but today it wouldn’t let me. gave them the info at the window for my coupon. the guy tried to charge me $13 for a meal (none of there meals cost that much) and i asked why and he said i had to pay the price of the sandwich plus the coupon price. absolutely not. a lady chimed in (rudely) to let me know i could come talk to the GM. lol a $6 sandwich isn’t that important to me. honor your stuff or don’t advertise it. subway it is!

The worst service I have ever experienced. The so called manager was rude for no reason. Got upset when with me when she forgot several items that I paid for. Had an attitude from start to finish. I asked to speak to someone higher up than her but no one was available. If that is who is running this store I wonder if the owners know what terrible service their managers are providing. No wonder they are all going out of business.

Was a well run restaurant. Seemed to be run by friendly professional staff members not the usual crew. The lobby and counter were clean and stocked. Food came out fast and correctly, a miracle in a modern Brevard county burger king. Did not even feel like I risked hepatitis with my lunch.yay profit, almost worth the 10mi drive for a big king.

They were rude. The cashier that took my order, the cashier that took my money and shoved my food out the window to me. She practically through it at me. Then I requested ranch sauce for 8 jalapeno cheddar bites, 8 piece nugget. And fries. She gave me 1 ranch sauce. I started to request another and she shut the window in my face! 🤬🤬🤬. The only thing they got right was cutting my whopper junior in half. The jalapeno bites were not even cooked thoroughly. They were cold in the middle and tasted chalking

It was OK. I don't know why I can't get a hot whopper though. The meat there always seems cold or at least not warm.
