BEST BURGERS IN TOWN! Sure, they have things they can improve on. Maybe better location, better cleanliness in the parking lot. But the restaurant in itself portrays professionalsim. Took a small peek into the kitchen, and it looks and operates like a 5 star burger joint. Their onions rings are fried just right, their fries crispy, and burgers made with care and love. Talk about Burger time! If you are in town to visit, highly recommend making a stop at Burger time. Because it's burger time every time.!

They were fast and the burger and shake were great

Ordered 2 "bigger burger" meals. The lady handed me the first drink and something didn't feel right so I opened the lid and it was only 3/4 full. I didn't think anything of it, because I understand sometimes the machines can be really foamy. I got home and made it halfway through my burger only to discover it was almost raw. I'm not talking about a "little" pink, it was it was so undercooked that it was mushy. I'm sick to my stomach thinking about it smh I'm praying I don't get food poisoning because of this.

It dose have good burgers, but it take lot of time to get your food and it hard to get out of very with the traffic going by it. I say the best way to do use the parking lot by the place and just walk over to the place, so easier to get around the traffic.

Wait time was ridiculous for 3 burgers and when I got them they were damn near just raw. Ordered cheese curds. Got fried bread with flecks of cheese. Soda orders were screwed up. Ask for diet dr pepper got root beer.

Ordered online..bacon cheeseburger meal ...burger was ordered with extra meat and only ketchup...it was loaded. No fries in bag but soda was good. Chicken strips didn't look like chicken but onion rings were good. I called to speak to manager who wasn't available. I was told I would receive a call from the manager. I'm still waiting.

I haven't been to Burger Time for a couple of years. I used to LOVE that Burger. Not anymore! My Burger wasn't warm. It was cold! I asked for a Burger with no cheese, I got the opposite. Even the bun was tough. I ended up tossing about three quarters of that burger. The fries and funnel fries were good. But the main cours was²³²²³3‐±¹That was my last visit to Burger Timel n

Trashy people work here. Tried ordering a smore milkshake (something you can order online) and drive through lady said they don't sell it. Ended up going home and just ordering it online and they still messed up. Was thinking about getting a milk shake tonight (1120pm) and doors were not only locked but the guys outside smoking (employees) didn't even greet me or try to help me out. Your best ordering online I guess and better NOT order on a day 1 persons working there or close to closing. Also taste like a waterdown Whataburger.

OMGsh! I have been here for almost two years and this was my first time going to Burger Time. They are AMAZING: burgers made with real meat (not that processed stuff like McDonald's). The burgers/sandwiches come wrapped in the nostalgic checkered wrappers like burgers of the sock-hop area. They are juicy, well seasoned and delicious. They have the best cheese curds I've tasted in 5 states (including Wisconsin). ALSO, the have Diet Dr. Pepper AND crushed ice!! The guys at the window were friendly, efficient, and polite. This is my new favorite burger spot. They can expect me at minimum once a week going forward. If you haven't tried them, please do. You will LOVE it!

They even gave my dog a free hamburger.

Drive thru was quick and easy! Friendly staff! Excellent bacon cheeseburger...it was the deal of the day!!....Yum!!

Under new management, and all the better for it. They have gone from a town stain I'd warn against for both sanitary and customer service reasons to a location I do and will continue to emphatically recommend.

Went from one of the best buger place in minot to now the worst , I had one bite of my buger and throw it away had funny smell and half my onion rings where uncooked ill never go back !

This place is the cool uncle whose rough around the edges but awesome to be around. Burger Time is awesome, ok get some cheese curds, and onion rings with mushroom swiss... Yes put it all together and it's Heaven. It's a cute place, like an In-N-Out but it's really good ol family relative... Give it a try, you won't be wait 30 minutes in line at Wendy's so they can efff upp your order. Burger Time, is a local hero. Try it out and then try it again. Before you know it, you'll appreciate it.

This place is awesome. The burgers were great, onion rings and fried pickles were the best I've had, and the funnel fries are life changing. This was my first time here - everyone was very friendly and gave great suggestions. Definitely going to come here more often. Way better better than typical fast food places in town!

The staff have always been great and have always been great to my dog when he comes through. Service is always on point.

Always a new and fresh menu to picque your interest no matter the season! Sharon and her crew are hands down the best suited for a 5 out of 5 dining experience! Try the cod and the tilapia filet sandwich, you won't be disappointed!

Speaker was broken but still gave good service instead of closing.

Really wish they would have their pulled pork sandwiches more often a regular menu item. By far the best sandwich they have ever offered!!

Overall a very good burger. Even though we ordered bacon cheese burger it had neither bacon or cheese. But it was still very tasty. The fries were good as well. The mushroom swiss berger had lots of shrooms on it. The price is quite reasonable The speaker is awful I could barely hear him and he could barely hear me Lesson learned Order online We will be back.

Overall pretty good. The Burger tasted really good, but I had asked for a couple revisions, like wanted Swiss cheese instead of the American with no tomatoes and fries extra crispy and got the burger with the normal burger and the fries definitely weren't extra crispy, as they were barely warm. Normally excellent, but this time someone dropped the ball.

Fresh juicy burgers are cooked fresh it did really good tastes really delicious I got the Swiss my mom got the Big boy Burger and yeah it was a really good thank you

The place is filthy dirty inside, they must not change the fry grease much because I found a hair in some onion rings, nobody wears hair nets. They are poorly managed and unorganized, the manager Mel is rude, and they waste so much food it's terrible! They need to find a better person to manage the place one that has people skills.

This place is probably the worst place in town. I came here to get three burgers, of which one I asked for no bun since my fiancé has celiac. I always try to be super friendly with ordering it that way since I know it takes extra time, prepping to separate it out. Obviously, expecting a bun on it, which we got, the food was cold. Not even mildly warm, but straight cold burgers. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for food, regardless if fast food or not. The workers do not care about your order or you, regardless. Never again!

I was pleasantly surprised by Burger Time. Someone on google compared it to Tops choice burgers in Fl and I have to agree but the burgers are bigger. The fries are pretty thin and average tasting. I liked the regular cheeseburger and jalapeño burger. I usually love Mushroom Swiss but it was pretty salty at burger time. Wait time was a tad longer than average fast food places but the staff were friendly. Overall a good hamburger place and I’d visit again!

My son loves Burger Time eats there at least once a week but lately they don’t listen to what he orders always add cheese and he asked them to hold the cheese twice at the speaker when ordering and again at the window they say that they did and when we get home they have not!!! I called and complained but they said to call back in the morning tried calling all day with no answer???? Well he is ALLERGIC to CHEESE and can’t eat the burgers that he ordered. And we check now because he ended up in ER one time when we didn’t know there was CHEESE on it. We would like to continue to go to burger time but will have to stop if they don’t care about there customers

This ain't your standard burger place. Some of the best burgers in town. The individual on the microphone didn't know what was available but the employee overhearing knew.

I'd give 5 stars but, since opening the burger meat has become thinner and dryer. My hopes are that one day they'll bring back the "real" burger meat that was thick and juicy. For what its worth, they're still serving a great burger.

I heard a lot of people brag about this place so I had to give it a chance. I was not really impressed. The French fries were very dull and the hamburger was more on the burnt side. The employee at the window was extremely kind.

Bought lunch for my dad and I today. Our combos weren't charged correctly and I paid almost $30 for two combos, we asked for no ice and got ice, and our burgers were both undercooked badly. Love this place but you guys gotta work on this stuff to get me back up to a 5 star rating.

Burgers were great! Fries were even better! Service was good for standard drive thru, the fried pickles however, were not so good. We are firm believers of pickle chips not spears like they did. Regardless would chose this over Wendy's any day for a quick bite.

Best burger I've had in a while. We ordered the bigger burger and it was just that. It was big (the patty came all the way to the outside of the bun), and it was juicy with tons of flavor. The fries were good, but the fried pickles were really good. For a drive through the customer service was outstanding. We were kind of a pain, asking a lot of questions (we'd not been there before). The guy taking our order never faltered. He was enthusiastic and seemingly happy to help. We will definitely go there again when in Minot.

This place has actually gotten better since I left my previous review. Burger Time is great. They always get my order right, and they're fast! I love the Chipotle Burger.

Price for the combo meals i brought is right on par with medium size combos from other places but the fries were at least large size. Food was good, looking to try more of the combos.

Friendly staff, fast service but need to work on the cooks making the food right. Lady at the drive thru went over everything and even said mayo only on the chicken sandwich on the receipt but still got lettuce and tomatoes on it. Everything tasted great though after I took that off :p At least the rest of it was right though.

Finally tried this place the other day and I'm hooked. Not only is the food good, the service is spectacular. They go the extra mile to make you feel like you're their favorite customer. And they're extremely polite and courteous in a time where a lot of places are loosing that. Coming here feels like stopping by your buddy's house for a backyard BBQ.

The fries were dry. They were crunchy and old. The burgers are really good tho. Especially the Mushroom Swiss :)
