We love this BurgerFi! The staff is so friendly. We live out of State and are happy our son is a freshman at UCF and we look forward to many visits.

I went last night and the food was good but that was no surprise since Burgerfi always delivers. But the server Emily was so kind and welcoming, she even offered me a water cup while I waited which I thought was sweet. I will definitely be returning to this location

I had a great experience at BurgerFi today. Emily was the friendly face at the counter. The burger and fries were great, the onion rings were just okay, I’ll probably just get the burger and fries next time. The restaurant was clean and the table and chairs were well placed, with additional seating on the outside. Music was playing and just a chill environment.!

My server, Anais, was so kind and relatable, she not only responded to my questions about the menu in a professional manner but she was also super friendly and accurate with my party’s orders. The food never disappoints no matter what I get on the menu. Every server has been very nice for us and always helping us with what we need. The store tends to be chilly so bring a sweater.

Recently, I grabbed a bite with a new friend at the UCF Burger Fi. We had considered several, typical fast food chains nearby but we decided to go with Burger Fi based on our experience of them in other states, such as in Raleigh, North Carolina, for serving quality food in a family-friendly atmosphere. Sure enough, the atmosphere, food and staff at the UCF Burger Fi was not only the same but even better. We ordered the classic signature burgers and fries and the meal came out great with super service from the employees who were working during our lunch there. The customer service was exemplary with detailed order taking to cater the meal to our preferred choice. At the register there was a kind lady named Gianna who also offered us some of their soft serve custard as we briefly waited for our order to be cooked. The kind and impressive management, Ms Dakota and Mr. Miguel, were very engaging and noticed the great time my friend and I were having. It was quite touching to see wen we realized that they were patiently waiting for an opportune moment to talk to us let us know more about their restaurant and some ways that UCF students and local folks can save cash through community discounts given by the store, or gain coupons made available through an app called “Zupp.” We’ll be back for more great food and encourage others to come with us to have an awesome time at the Burger Fi near UCF Orlando!

Fist time I have Been to BurgerFi walked in music was playing and it was very clean as well. A young lady named Gianna helped me out I ordered the Chefs burger with fries and a drink as well. It didn’t take that long to revive my food waited 10 minutes approximately. I took a bite of the burger it’s so juicy and mouthwatering and the Cajun fries were the top of the notch. And a few minutes go by and Gianna came to me and asked for some Free Frozen custard I said yes is would it was amazing as well. I would definitely come back here if I ever came back to Orlando. And the staff is wonderful as well miss Gianna deserves a raise or employee of the month.

Everything was fantastic except for Shannon. She was wandering around asking people to leave a google review about her service, when she didnt provide any. She didnt take our order or bring our food to us. I think i saw her clean a window, that was about it. She basically just stood around the whole time i was there.

Andis was super helpful and attentive. Food was excellent. Service was very welcoming. Ordered a vegan beyond burger, but came out just vegetarian. They quickly fixed the problem and provided coupon as an apology. I was satisfied with the was it was handled. Once received properly, it was excellent.

I get takeout from here, like twice a week. Food is usually good, but sometimes the burger needs more cooking or less cooking. Today actually pissed me off to have the cashier try to practice his Spanish on me when I'm clearly telling him in English. The situation was awkward and bothered me, like, buddy, I'm not Duolingo. I thought only about hitting him with a chair until I got my burger. Won't be visiting the place for a while. 😏

8 of us came as a group and ate at BurgerFi Thursday afternoon. The staff and Emily was very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! The manager came by to say hi and helped us clear the table and handed us a cookie. Truly a great experience at this location and I will be returning. Highly recommend!

I frequently go to this place and I have always had good experiences, but today because of a simple question, the cashier named Alanna, got irritated and was very rude. If not for my daughter wanting to eat in this place, I stayed. If not I would of simply left the place. I will not return to this place and much less recommend it.

Very disappointed in our visit. I convinced my friends to have lunch here and service was very embarrassing. After getting my friend’s order wrong, the worker came up to us saying that she accidentally rang up two fries. We said it was okay we will just take a refund and she said that they don’t do refunds. I’ve never been to a restaurant that does not refund especially when the worker admits it was their fault. Unless they plan to make it right we don’t plan on coming here anymore.

In Orlando near UCF to search for apartments for my son and his friends. Went to Burger Fi to discuss what we had seen. Six about to be college kids and three parents. 8 ordered burgers, 1 large specialty fry and three small fries (1 large for the table might have been enough) and drinks. Burgers came out in a reasonable time (2 pm and not busy). We didn't get our fries until we were done with the burgers so... That is the service issue. Good was great I usually suck with 5 guys bc it is reliable and Delicious and, well, overpriced, but I know what I'm in for when I walk in the door. Except for the service, burger fi was great. Might have to try one back home sometime this summer.
