terrible service, throwing change at me and slamming the window open and closed. literally 3 people in line, if you hate your job quit. never will come back again.

Something might be wrong with your chocolate bliss shakes. The first one I got tasted like berry so I asked for another one, and I’m pretty sure they gave me a milkshake. It was really sour milk tasting. Maybe the batch was bad or the recipe changed but I doubt it. Most of the staff is really sweet but I will not be coming back.

This place is stupid expensive. They are now charging for dipping sauces. I used to love it but can no longer afford it. I’m disappointed in their greed and upcharging. Will be deleting my account and will not continue to go. So much for supporting local.

West Linn Burgerville is always an excellent place to eat.

Food came out quickly and tasted fine. We ordered the seasonal marionberry shake and sweet walla-walla onion rings.

I want to like burgerville, but their prices are outside fast food ranges, the food is inside fast food quality, they insinuate tips should be given at a drive up fast food chain, and not once at this one have i been given any ketchup or napkins. Maybe they should lower their prices, or pay their staff enough so they don't have to put their hands out for a customer to ensure they have a living wage. Also some condiments and napkins for Pete's sake, after paying more than 15 dollars for a burger basket w/ fries and a coke, its frustrating to not have a napkin.

Great service! Food is a little more, but I think it's worth it. Their hazelnut shakes are the bomb!

I left a tip and they forgot to put the aioli in the bag :(

Updated Review: It's been long enough since my first review that Google suggested I update my review. That being said, I still agree with my previous statement with a few changes. Shakes can be spendy, but they're good shakes and they're not as expensive as the ice cream places make them. I ordered online today for pickup at noon, arrived at 11:58, and it wasn't until I had mentioned I was there for pickup (at 12:04ish) that they started making my order. To be fair, I should have mentioned it when I first arrived, so no shade towards the employees. It was still made fast and taking a couple minutes more than the time I put didn't hurt anyone. Food is still great, shakes are still great (though I'm not particularly fond of Bliss shakes as it overpowers the main flavor) and I love to go there. Old Review: I absolutely love this Burgerville. I go quite often and they're always nice. I've never had a bad experience there. Not just the people, but the food is good too! 100% my favorite fast food place because they have good quality food at a good price, and they're good at all sorts of food! They're a great option if you want to get a burger and fries, but they're also good if you just want to stop for shakes without paying $10 at an ice cream place. I personally get their shakes at least once or twice a week. Very good.

Possibly my most favorite fast food chain... Besides the great burgers, they have exceptional milkshakes and even their coffee is good. For seasonal specials are also excellent.

We dropped by to get a quick snack before going home. I had never tried the waffle fries with Parmesan cheese on it. It hit the spot and tied me over until it was time for supper.

Turns out this is one of the Burgerville restaurants that doesn't serve any kind of breakfast food (which was our goal). So we ordered burgers, and they were just huge. A waste of money if you are on the road looking for a snack. I wish they had a smaller burger.

Burger is good. Fries are on the salty side.

It's been 2 months since I was last at this Burgerville and the same problem exists. Burgerville has about 6 quarter pound burgers. Wanting a plain burger I simply asked for a quarter pound burger plain and dry; no cheese. "Well, we have several quarter pound hamburgers. Which did you want?" Needless to say I repeated my request. Her stunned reaction sounded as of I had insulted her favorite aunt, but I repeated my request. "Did you want cheese on that?" Obviously, I stuttered, so I confirmed NO CHEESE! I then ordered a second quarter pound burger with lettuce and dressing only, again, no cheese! She then confirmed the order - at least it sounded as of it were confirmed. Having learned to check the order, I found both burgers with cheese. I looked at the receipt. One burger was entered correctly; it looks as if the price was reduced by $0.30 for the lack of cheese. Not so on the other burger; it listed no tomato and no pickles. Nothing about no cheese or discount for saving the cheese that was not desired. While they replaced both burgers; the one was plain, the other had sagging lettuce and catsup, when spread was requested. I guess I could say one gets what one pays for, but I didn't get what I asked for or what I paid for. I realize the work force in today's world is challenging, but I am at a loss as to the fascination Burgerville has with cheese. I am constrained to only add to my previous review. I am unable to offer an additional star ranking and I guess that is fair so that one doesn't repetitively "dime" a business. However, this is regarding a different encounter- a second chance- and they faired miserably. This was two months earlier: I am baffled at the obsession that everything must have cheese on it. I ordered two 1/4 pound hamburgers - I emphasize hamburgers. I explained I wanted one plain, meat and bun only; no cheese! The second was with lettuce, spread, pickle, and whatever; again no cheese. I also ordered a chicken and chips which saved the meal. When I paid, the cashier seemed to confirm the order was for 2 hamburgers, one specifically plain. My instinct was to check the order before leaving the window but I was tired from Friday traffic and hungry, so I just headed home. Oh what a surprise, both were imbedded with cheese. I could have returned but going back, explaining the staff's zeal to make everything with cheese, and going home to eat would have left me in a fouler mood than right now. I simply do not like cheese, nor anything else on my hamburger. It's bad enough to get the disbelieving looks that I would actually like to eat a plain hamburger but when the staff tries to second guess what I want and smother it with cheese, I get a little irate. Rather than make a scene, I can vent on your website that has been graciously offered. I do not appreciate wasting money on food I cannot (or will not) eat, anymore than I enjoy wasting time and gas to return to have someone get the order right the second or third time. Burgerville is not unique to this problem but I would love an explanation as to how one may place an order and have it filled correctly. My line for decades has been, "I want a hamburger plain and dry, nothing on it; just the meat and the bun." The usual response beyond the perplexed look is, "Do you want cheese on it?". Restraining the urge to inquiry about hearing loss, I confirm, "No cheese. Plain and dry, just the meat and the bun; no cheese." Alas, the staff who obviously are subsidized by the dairy industry, melts cheese into every book and cranny. Given the wages that must be paid, l would think employee training work include customer satisfaction - like giving the customer what they ordered or explaining why the request cannot be fulfilled. Your staff let you down, and flogging is no longer a permitted option. That said, how can I get what I ordered prepared and presented properly?

Got my order wrong twice, then got annoyed when I asked for what I ordered and paid for. I came home to Oregon after about 15 years and honestly, you just can't go home again. Fallen from grace.

Been coming here since I was a kid but since they revamped everything all they did was raise the prices and cut the sizes. Today I ordered the halibut sandwich for the first time in awhile. Such a disappointment. It used to be so big and now they use the same size halibut that they make for the fish and chips. So sad. And on top of that they ask for tip in the drive thru. Made the decision to eat somewhere else. Not coming here anymore

So I wanted to try the halibut sando. How ridiculous it was. I know halibut is expensive but at least give me a piece that covers my bun not half of it !!! Waste of $$$ don't do it !!!

Fries are killer here. I wasn't particularly fond of my Walla Walla burger but that was just my personal taste. I didn't care for the BBQ sauce and it was fairly small. I've had better burgers here. Regardless, I appreciate the local angle and the food quality is great.

Standard burger place but they have garlic aioli for dipping your fries which I've never seen before. Super delicious! Also they have unique shake flavors that we don't get back home.

Temporarily out of Onion Rings…. Which is like the whole reason to come here in the summer months…

I am so glad that I came in today… Vince was working and gave me a little cheeseburger so I can take my medication. When I tried to pay, he told me no. Honestly, I don’t expect much passes, but this was on a level of customer service that I haven’t seen in many years… Additionally, Jude and bodie were wonderful as well. But Vince, I was in some incredible pain. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

This place was busy! There were a lot of employees behind the counter, they seemed to be doing busy work. One register was open. The order line was busy, people waiting for food and people waiting to order. This was approximately 1pm. I've eaten at this location before. It took about 20 minutes to get my food. The burger and fries I ordered were good, but not for the $15 I spent on them. I chose this place because it was close to where I was working.

Just go through the drive-through. Burgers are good, but the inside area is gross. It's dirty, and I did not want to eat there. We ate in the outside table that were wet. Good to know they are watering their grass, but not great for eating outside. I worked at a fast food place forn4 years... you gotta clean!

Indoor dining is not available after 8pm on Saturdays. I was excited to try the 1/2# Colossal Burger but it turned out to be more of a Boring Burger--rather bland & dry; not much flavor happening. New to area and so far much prefer SuperDeluxe, Killer Burger, Five Guys.

The food is good, but every time I go in there what looks like the manager never has a hat or hair net on. So I have to worry about finding her hair in my food while she walks around the kitchen. Today when I went in another employee was not wearing a hat or a hair net either. I’ve worked in the food industry my whole adult life and know this is a big food safety violation.

It's the first multi level burgerville I have ever seen. Possibly the only one. The teenager who took my order was kinda rude and the food was cold.

Was very excited to see fried asparagus, as where I live doesn't have this option. Was very good

My family frequently visits Burgerville throughout the area and this was the first location to give us exceptionally terrible service. We used the drive thru and the attendant was not friendly in any regard, barely speaking to us and slamming the drive thru window open in what seemed like an attempt to startle me. I also forgot to ask for a water when ordering and asked for one in person. The attendant charged us for tap water without even mentioning there would be a charge! He also seemed super annoyed that I was asking for water at the window. Burgerville has always provided exceptional customer service and I was shocked to be treated in this manner, especially for how much money we spent on dinner. We will not return to this location.

The food is good, but the line of cars moves very slowly.

My lady has never been to one of your restaurants, so we stopped in for a date night. The young woman at the register was really kind, friendly and told my lady to take her time. We ate and said have a good night to workers as we headed out and got blank stares except for a lady closer to my age acknowledged us and we headed out.

Prices up quality down. Response to comment from Burgerville trying to get me to install their app: I contacted customer service about the begging for tips from a company that used to brag that they pay good wages and provide benefits. They blew me off. This response made it clear it's not the same company it used to be. Rating reduced.

My husband and I treat ourselves here on Saturdays. Always fresh and fast service. Wish they didn’t put you on the spot for tipping every time. It’s a drive thru.

The food here is amazing, the staff is kind and fun, and the wait time is short! Definitely the best fast food experience I've ever had! 10/10 would eat here again.

I normally don't leave reviews but this place is getting ridiculous. The past 3 times I've ordered from there I've regretted it.First they forgot one of my burgers, next my food was super cold and unenjoyable, and tonight they forgot one of my burgers again. Unfortunately because of the repetitive bad service, I will not be returning here again. I gave this place a chance but it's getting out of hand. They need to get it together.

I have frequented this Burgerville for numerous years! I have always loved the service! This particular time stood out because of the attentiveness to the Customer from all the staff members during a busy time period! When drink holders for the single customer with numerous drinks does NOT have to be requested but provided without question (obviously only a certain number of hands folks!), and the order accuracy always being spot on, the company deserves 5 stars, it is a good demonstration of attention to detail! Kudos and Thank You!

Young gentleman at the front counter always makes it a pleasure to come in! He remembered me from my last visit and was very friendly. He even offered to hold the door for me! I love the level of customer service when you can joke around with your guests. I only wish I caught his name!

The best veggie burger I’ve ever had in my life with Toasted gluten-free bun spicy aardvark sauce, and jalapeños and onions with lettuce tomato. This is the (gold standard )of exceptional customer service and truly delicious Northwest cuisine!

This is one of the better burgervilles BUT its still way over priced. There are better burger places around that cost less and are not fast food.

Burgervillebis one of the better fast food places in Oregon. During the summer their berry shakes are on point! Burgers are good quality and fries are crispy. Little pricey, but better quality.

As far as fast food goes their quality is pretty good. However if you have any dietary restriction or want to customize your meal it 50/50 if you get what you ask for. Also they have quite a few signs asking for tips, as well as tutorial on how to tip them upon payment. If I order a burger with bacon, lettuce, tomato and pickles and what I get is a patty between 2 prices of dry bread. Maybe you should be focused on providing good customer experience and not demanding a tip for services you haven't rendered.

Burgerville is usually a solid choice for food. The food was good but they were extremely slow getting us our food. Definitely will be choosing a different Burgerville next time.

I frequently eat at the West Linn Burgerville as I live close by and love the food there. Recently as I have been coming to the restaurant, two employees there have made my experience eating there great. Upon interacting with these two employees, Ben Bast and Jude Palmer, my food has not only tasted better, but the customer service has also improved. These two are positive, hardworking, funny, and social young men! I certainly look forward to continue eating at Burgerville!

Food is great. However, I spent 20+ minutes in the drive-thru when the line was not even long (~6 cars)

The food was overall good, but the inside was closed unfortunately. I would recommend the turkey burger, it’s a very interesting taste to someone that enjoys a different type of meat other than beef.

Fast food, not healthy. Just edited this review 5/13/2022. I just went through the drive thru, ordered 2 cheeseburgers with extra tomatoes, lettuce, onions, mayonnaise and ketchup. Took them home, all they had was a meat patty and mayonnaise, nothing else.... DO NOT GET ANY FOOD AT THIS BURGERVILLE!!!! Totally disgusting place 😑

Put napkins in the bag!! Who do you know that what’s to eat food with no napkins. Also how is handing over a huge pile of ketchup packets ok being free but you want to charge for ranch? That makes a lot of sense

The food is great but the prices have gone so high that we can only afford this as a special treat for our daughter and we never get anything.

It's another burger chain. Better than McDonald's but kinda better if not the same as Jack and Carls. There waffley fries 🍟 are really good. It's decent for a fast bite to eat but I never crave it.

Burgerville on W Linn is excellent. We ordered and the order was ready to pickup with 10 minutes. The halibut and chips is excellent and the burgers are excellent too! Thank you.

WL Burgerville, running out of steam No napkins, lower grade of ketchup high fructose sugar. Makes me wonder where else they are cutting corners. They really have worked hard over the past two years. God gave us rain and Burgerville while he gave the rest of the country (the parts that matter at least) sunshine and In-N-Out. This trip to Burgerville was just like the rest- they served me up a delicious burger & shake like usual! Burgerville is an absolute staple of moderately fast food in the PNW, so good in fact that we all made the conscious choice to stay here in Oregon

Craving holiday smoothy - peppermint! Saw the Burgerville sign, drove in and got just what I wanted. Plain peppermint not chocolate. Did you know you can get it plain...just tell them "no cocoa" and you've got it! Best one I've had!!!

I'm from Alabama and I eat a lot of fast food. I'm not proud of this but it is true. Burgerville is the best restaurant for fast food that I have ever been to. I think this restaurant is better than all of the other big names. This is my new addiction.
