Best burritos ever! Free small drink when you order online! Pickup in the drive thru!

Well made and filling burritos. Tasty and made to order. Plenty of space to sit and friendly staff. Would go back. Looking forward to a margarita on the next visit.

Made an online order, the food was ready and hot. So awesome, we got the chicken dirty fries with pico and the west coast burrito. Chicken was awesome on its own but the veggies were fresh the fries were perfect. Gonna be back there soon I'm sure.

It sucked wont ever go back i thought a lady was ordering so i let her go in front of us cause i dont go here much cause it out of my way but i wanted there mega burrito thats what i get wen i go there my wife was lookin for wat she wanted wen we was ready which was about 10 minutes we was standing there waiting cause they were talkin the young lady was showing the girl at the register something on her phone an talkin like we can wait until she was done talkin and wen i finally tried to order i told her i wanted the biggest burrito they had i didnt know exact name of it she didnt know wat i was talkin about or didn’t understand me which i was aggravated cause they were talkin and i decided to just leave an what really pissed me off the manager met me on the parkin lot toask if i had a problem with an attitude i got one back theyhave good burritos but there service sucks

We made a split decision to try this place on our way through Cape because they have burritos for me & fries for the hubby. It was even better than we could've hoped. The staff were delightful & helped us decide what to get. The menu is extensive & it was hard to choose what to get as first timers. I have dietary restrictions & they got my order right (not as common as one would hope). Everything was clean & the atmosphere was fun & friendly, plus we got cups to take home with us! Save room for dessert because it was amazing!!! Will definitely return when we are in Cape again.

This was my first time there. Their salsa was amazing. I will definitely order a different burrito next time I go. I didn't care for mine but that was no fault of their's! It was what I ordered. Their portions are enormous!! Will definitely be eating there again.

I usually love dining at Burritoville, especially since it’s right across the street from campus and a popular spot for us SEMO students. The food is consistently great, and it's been a go-to place for me and my friends. However, my recent visit was tainted by an incredibly disappointing experience. A man in glasses that works behind the counter was loudly bashing SEMO students for everyone in the restaurant to hear. It's baffling that someone would choose to disrespect students in a place where so many of us dine regularly. Even worse, he was making disgraceful comments about how young women dress. As a SEMO student who frequents Burritoville, this behavior was not only offensive but also made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure that Burritoville remains a welcoming and respectful environment for all its patrons.

Food was delicious, but it seemed understaffed. Long waits in line and again for the food to come out. No one cleaning tables or emptying the trash bins. I was just passing through town, so hopefully, your experience is better.

My family and I eat here often. My personal favorite is the Buffalo chicken. Beware- large portions

As I grow older I realize true happiness is harder and harder to come by. I have lived in the cape area my entire life, and as I write this I am nearly 30. There is not a staple of our community that symbolizes Cape Girardeau better. Every person that comes from out of town needs to try this place immediately. At my work, all out of state customers I direct there. It is apart of my routine 4-5 times a week and honestly I wish I could eat it more.

Cannot rave about Burritoville enough. The food is always good, the portions are huge, and the employees are always friendly (Jarrett and Bethany are both awesome). It's safe to say we have eaten here a lot, and still have never had a poor experience. Definitely a small business worth supporting. Highly recommend the bacon dirty fries, bacon dirty fry burrito, and the chicken preggo burrito. 🥓🍟🌯

Service is always amazing and organized! I did receive food poisoning from a chicken option. I question the sanitation or possibly cross contamination. Moving to a bigger building would bring more business.

Food was a little pricy but it's pretty good. We ordered Buffalo Dirty fries and Bacon Dirty fries. Bacon was better but both were good. Margarita was ok but needing a bit more oomph.

Got the steak taco salad and cheese steak burrito. The food was really great. The margarita wasn't below average, not a fan of the mix they used. The bathrooms were poor, didn't feel clean at all.

They never disappoint me. You get good size portions for your money. A good variety to choose from. I always want to try different things but I always go back to the gentleman's club burrito or the shredded pork nachos. A Jr is big enough size for me. The dirty fries are good too.

Used to be good cold food now and not good. Guess the only good thing about it being this terrible now is that I won’t drive 2 1/2 hrs again to get it

Very popular place, service was fast and friendly. Portions are good sized and the food was very good and fresh. You can tell they have pride in their food and service. Make sure you stop I'm and try it. Something for everyone.

The burritos are very filling & delicious! The regular you can eat off of a few times, but never a disappointment!

Went in on a Thursday night, by the time I left the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. The chocolate milk shake was good and the vegetarian burrito was delicious. Prices are on par with Chipotle for a burrito. The one thing that would get me to give that 5th star is lack of salsa! With the taste of the burrito, I could only imagine what fresh house salsa could bring to the table!

What happened to Burrito-Ville?! Once it was among our favs in Cape Girardeau but now it may not even make the rotation when visiting. The food took awhile which is fine, when busy. However, some of it arrived cold or not as ordered. Plus, I think the fryer oil needs changed. Additionally, a family of 5 was nearly $80! Keep in mind, it’s “Counter Service” not “Full Service”. Overall, just disappointing. Darn!

I don't come home without going here. While there are heathy options, I nearly always go in for dirty fries. It's not Michelin star cuisine, it's made fresh and it great comfort food. Love it.

Absolutely delicious. Not exactly cheap but you definitely get your money's worth with the quantity and quality of food. Plus, I've have always had excellent customer service. I've been visiting burritoville for about 20 years and will continue to do so.

Typically I always have great reviews of their food but this time I was not satisfied with the junior chicken burrito I ordered. The meat tasted spicy , which was unusual.I had to eat it with extra sour cream which helped to take down some of the spiciness. I called the location because I pick up my order through the drive thru after placing my order by phone. The staff I spoke with stated" the season has not changed that he knew of", however not once did he offer an apology on behalf of the restaurant. So I just told him I would not be ordering the chicken burrito again and he stated he understood. If you're not into spicy foods and you order a chicken taco or burrito please make sure to ask if it is spicy.

Food was very expensive for Mexican, extremely salty, 1oz of guacamole was $4.20 and mediocre. Frozen margarita had next to no alcohol so it had ice chips in it.

I haven't had Burritoville in over a decade, and boy did it not disappoint me. They updated their menu to add some new items, but the quality and dedication to the craft of a good burrito did not change. I love the environment as well. Super tough-in-cheek to go along with great food. I don't remember ever sitting outside while eating, so maybe that was new. Regardless, the weather was great, and the refillable cup was a cool addition.

So good. They need a bigger parking lot! (Inside seating too) they also have outside seating and a drive thru. Purchase a refillable cup and it'll be cheaper next visit!Because you will return. Grilled chicken quesadilla with ranch is delish. Double beef burrito is huge, could share, but I keep for next day lunch.

Great prices and I was grateful for the variety of size options. We got the original burritos, dirty mushroom fries, and pickle spears. The burritos were meh, but decent sized, and the pickles and fries were tasty. Price was super low, our total was like $30 with tip!

I have never sat here and ate, I have always went through the drive thru, but this place is so freaking bomb. Soooooo good, my favorite is the Dirty fry steak burrito, and I get extra queso to pout that on hahah, so good. Definitely worth a try.

we went through the drive thru and the lady ask what was on our order and we MISSUNDERSTOOD her and said the order name she got mad and was yelling about how we MISSUNDERSTOOD her. it made us feel like we were dumb. and we love the food but they are almost always are rude, we try to be nice and we never say anything about wait times or the service. and ik it’s a small business but that does not excuse being rude to coustomers who do not understand what you said. ps blond with curly hair and black glasses:)

SEMO staple for sure, some of my favorite comfort food down here in cape. Food is good, service is quick, and the atmosphere is fun.

Used to be really good. As the price went up, the quality went down. It's supposedly still owned by the same owner though. But I wouldn't waste my money here anymore. They usually get the order wrong now.

Been going to Burritoville for years, since it's first location on Broadway. I hate to say it but, the quality of the food doesn't really match the increase in price. The burritos quesadillas and dirty fries are usually so greasy they're impossible to eat. It wasn't always like that, please take a little extra time to drain the grease. Thanks

The Meat Mountain does not disappoint. We ate it last year during a work trip to Cape. This year we had to make sure it wasnt a fluke. Happily it was great again. Gonna make sure to stop here everytime.

I always love going here to eat! Seating is limited, so sometimes it's hard to find somewhere during lunch/dinner rushes, but the food is well worth it!

Always great. Is now a classic part of Cape like Wibs is to Jackson. May be a bit crowded and pricey for an every other day visit but a must have a few times a year at the least. Workers are always cool. I don't like the card machine asking you for a tip amount when paying for your food right when you order though. It's weird. And becoming a weird trend. Makes you feel obligated to tip and you have not even gotten any service at that point. That's my one and only gripe. I know at least some others feel the same.

The Philli Cheesesteak burrito is incredible!

2nd time eating here.. sweet tea was just right. I had the chicken Taco salad. husband had the pulled pork dirty fries.. a lot of food for me.. you need to come hungry.. This is going to are place to eat on our way home for now on... TN.... This time I had the chicken nachos 🙄 so sad to say it was nt the best.. taco bell has better nachos.. the presentation was horrible.. I was disappointed.. 🙄
