We ordered tacos. Cuban sandwich, papa Rellenas, sopes, shrimp rice and everything was very good and very flavorful. We were discussing coming back before heading back home to michigan. We enjoyed the food very much.

We stopped by here 2 years ago…and we go back tomorrow

Walked in and out. We heard good things about Café con Leche located in another town. When we went in the place was empty, we weren’t acknowledged until we were about to sit. Then we were told to order from a menu that was above the cashiers head because as she said “They were out of menus.” Out of Menus? Thee place was empty. Service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The 2 Cubans were soggy when delivered and subpar. Dry pork, little ham and no mustard to speak of. Delivery was on time though. Such a shame for the price

This place is absolutely fantastic! Hard to see if you don't know about it, but once you order and receive your food, you won't be disappointed. The service is great and the food is delicious! I highly recommend the cuban sandwich, ropa vieja, croquetas, and a Cuban coffee. You won't be disappointed.

Super tasty Cuban food, great service, cheap prices

First time here. Greeted and assisted by Patty. She's wonderful. I stopped by for the Tuesday $8 Cuban special and added rice and beans. I also tried their Tres Leche cake and washed it down with a passion fruit juice. So amazingly delicious. Definitely will be back and will bring a group of friends.

I was looking for a Latin place and this one said Cuban and Puerto Rican food. Needless to say I was disappointed. I had the mofongo with ropa vieja and my husband the yellow rice, black beans and ropa vieja. Well the mofongo was good and both I and my hubby are taking the Ropa Vieja home. I'll fix it with my seasonings at home. If you have had authentic Cuban or Puerto Rican food, don't order the Ropa Vieja. The Ropa Vieja was mostly vegetables, lots of tomatoes, and not much meat. Maybe I'm spoiled, Latin restaurants in Orlando give lots of meat. Some may ask, if you don't like it, why take it home. A lot of the menu items are a la carte, so my mofongo was $9 & the Ropa Vieja was $12. I'm not planning on throwing $24 of food out. I've got sazon, adobo and recaito at home.

I love this place! Every time I have been here the food so good! They are friendly and patient when ordering. I haven't tried anything I didn't like. I wish I was able to come by more, but I definitely here when I'm on this side of town.

This place must multiply throughout the coast!! I felt comfortable with pleasant music in a family atmosphere and delicious food!! A breakfast made with love… all in Latin food, not only Mexico, Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, everything!! come

I had the Ropa Vieja, Cuban Sandwich and the Tres Leches delivered. Everything was fresh and delicious! The portions were generous and enough for two meals. I would definitely order from here again.

Unfortunately I've had to edit my review I recently went back there and I'm not sure what happened but it was awful. I bought empanadas at 3 for 10 , and I bought three orders. See the pictures. The filling tasted like sloppy Joe mix and maybe spaghetti sauce and I'm not sure what else but it was just awful. And I bought the desert two flans and they were so dense that they just didn't taste good at all. So I don't live close otherwise I would have taken the food back as it sits on my counter, as my family members said that it was disgusting as well. There goes $50 down the drain unfortunately I work hard for my money, this was supposed to be a treat for me and my family and none of it was edible.

Good latin food, inexpensive and very basic but most important, tasty and authentic.

This place is epic. I can't begin to explain how awesome their food is. We came from Chicago, where good Mexican food is easily available and this place is easily just as good. Try it! You'll like it. 👍

Excellent food every time. Love the lechon asado and the Palomilla steak. Today I’m trying the chorizo breakfast burrito! Excellent.

This little gem reminds me of the nice little cafes we visited in Cuba and in Mexico. The atmosphere is lovely with some nice music and bright colourful walls. It gets a little busy around lunch time which tells you how popular this place is. The owners are super nice and helped us pick some good breakfast items for a quick bite. Definitely will be coming back to try their lunch and dinner. Don’t forget to order a cafe con leche.

Always go here for the Cuban sandwich. It's something to consider splitting with someone or having for another meal. The employees are always friendly and the service is fast. You can eat inside or outside. Reasonable prices.

Delicious and authentic Mexican and Cuban food! Steak fajitas were perfect. Large enough for two people. Churros were a last-minute add and were worth it! Awesome service too 👏. Lots of locals in/out with rave reviews that sealed my 5 star+ review.

Really good hole in the wall that is easy to miss as you drive by. Very good and plentiful food. Service and hospitality very nice. Definitely going back on my next trip.

Mofongo was very yummie..very garlicky. The croquettes was good.....and the Cuban sandwich ..first time...was good.

Best bread pudding ever!! The breakfast burrito was very good and filling! I have also gotten a Cuban sandwich and tacos in the past always great! Recommend :)

Our new favorite place when we take breaks in field service. The coffee and the pastries(guava filling) can’t remember the exact name, are freshly made. Then lately we decided to have lunch there every Friday and everything we ordered are great. Authentic Cuban and other South American dishes. So far I had the carnitas tacos, fried red snapper with rice and beans and plantains, Cuban sandwich, Ropa Vieja. I try to have new dish each time I visit. And they’re all good and big servings, you can take home for later the leftover. Only thing I can suggest though are the sitting outside. The bench are attached to the table that is kinda hard to get in. Other than that, All is well. Pat, Daniel and all the staff are friendly and nice.

Cool little family owned place. Had heard good things already. The breakfast burrito was really good. Service was amazing. We got takeout but had it ready in the time promised and had me out of there quick. Great place! Will be back for lunch and dinner!!!!!

Almost drove by before realizing I miss authentic Cuban food and coffee. So stopped in to check out the menu and for a mini coffee break. The Cuban coffee is double the 'normal' portions most folks drink, ie a full colada- 4 oz for only $2.75! Great for me. Gorgeous froth and perfect sweetness served with 4 thimble type cups if you feel like sharing 🙃. Delicious!! The Lady who served us was so nice! Sounded like the owner. 4 locations- Ormond, Flagler, Port Orange and I forgot where the other 1 she told me was. I will be back- looking for that perfect Media Noche! Update: visited again 27 September 2023- Loved the shrimp ceviche- tasted tangy and fresh! and hubby loved the Cuban sandwich. We also ordered the yuca frita- but they didn't have the flavor I was expecting. They seemed bland. Also, ordered the chicharron- we finished it 🙃

This place reminds me of the little roadside Cuban cafes in Miami. The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff are super friendly. My favorite thing (so far) is the chorizo breakfast burrito with a Colada (Cuban coffee) - but I’m partial to breakfast personally. I’m still working my way down the dinner menu…the Cuban sandwich and the steak sandwich are both amazing as well.

I so wanted to enjoy this restaurant more than I did unfortunately. When I called in the take away order I was greeted by a very pleasant woman taking my order. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to my expectations and experiences of Cuban food from Miami to Orlando. The food wasn't bad, simply not quite what I am accustomed to, with the exception of the Fried Pork Chunks and Congri Rice...both of which were on point. The other items we ordered were suffering from way too much salt for our taste and past experiences (especially the yellow rice, which I have never experienced as a salty dish). The Ropa Vieja while tasty, was overly salty and the meat was extremely tough, again not the normal melt in your mouth type of meat we are used to with this dish. We may be back at some point to try some sandwiches and the huge sized dessert options to give this local business another shot.

Best cuban joint in Port Orange. Ropa Vieja is banging. Cuban sandwich is good as well. I will be coming here a lot more.

Employees very friendly. Food was ok but the rice was pretty bad. Maybe it was just an off day for white rice. They do offer many items on their menu boards.

We went to the Ormond Beach location. The food was delicious! The people there were extremely helpful. We will be back to try more.
