Rice taste burnt worker lady was yelling at customer because she got his order wrong

Costumer service is the badest thing here

They give you a lot of food I love their portions it's enough for three people to eat off one plate however the wait is long. The rice is delicious. I ordered the rib dinner with special fried rice.The barbecue ribs is not that great to me but everything else I enjoy.

I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here the rice was nasty I got a special fried rice it was terrible I had two bites and served it to my neighborhood cats outside it hurt me I spent $26.05 I'd recommend to go to North Miami instead Chungwah Golden Star that place is amazing only reason I stumbled upon here is because there closed on Tuesday

It's just a pickup place, but what you pickup is fresh, tastes really good, and you get plenty, while prices are kept low.

Called to place an order and the Chinese lady answered the phone very rudely rushing me to place an order, So I decided to spend my money elsewhere.. Terrible customer service!!!

The food is nasty. I had asked for spicy chicken wings and the chicken tasted just like ketchup and hot sauce. And the rice have too much sauce sauce.😔

The rice was very good the egg rolls not so good. And the workers wants to charge more for extra sauce if you get a quart of rice you should not give 3 each sauce um just saying.

Plenty of parking here. Not a good choice for the bathroom.. employees only.. as far as food it's always good when I'm getting it from here. Handicap entrance, and parking available. Best to call in your orders.. unless you have nothing to do.. but wait .. well lit and pretty safe.. closes earlier than most. Great food here.

Stopped in today for a quick lunch! Service was fast! I got the Vegetable Lo Mein and Spring Rolls! Tasty and the Lo Mein portion was huge!

Been going to this place since the late 90's. Friendly and gives a lot of food for their prices. You can eat off the platters for a couple days. The family Jumbo rice you can't even close the lid.

Not much to look at but the food is good and not too pricey. I recommend calling your order in. Its up to you to get there on time. My food was always hot and fresh. And if you order honey/sweet and sour glaze ask for an extra side because the cook doesn't completely coat every piece of chicken..

First of all I would like to say this place have great customer service!!! I went there to feed a family of 6.. I order 24 honey wings and family size Ham fried rice and a free soda!!! i spent $23 Dollars this is very cheap!!! I was provided with plates & spoons. Second of all... the wait time was not long at all finally, my food was very very fresh and great!!!

First time trying this place and i was not dissapointed. I just had beef fried rice and egg rolls. Those egg rolls were the best i have tasted in a long time and the rice was really good. Give a try you wont regret it.

I’d stopped eating Chinese food a few years back during the time the videos were surfacing on the internet. However, my husband stopped for rice one day, and I’m hooked. Especially my children. Rice is actually fried.... and ALWAYS fresh!!! Call ahead to order or you’ll be there almost an hour on Friday evening. But really good fresh food.

Cafe Ru Yi is located in Miami Florida,off the corner of Northwest 99th Street and 22nd Ave. I went their with a dear friend, I love their Fried Chicken Wings. The owner remembered me from the neighborhood,. and asked me where I had been. The prices are fair. Call in your order, and wait for 20 minutes, it will be ready for you when you arrive there. The food is delicious. 🍴

Well this place doesn't look the greatest from the outside but they make the best food Chinese style they also have a sister store on 95th Street NW 22nd Avenue and they're even better over there and the prices are even cheaper.

Great food!!!! I've been going to this restaurant for over 10 years and never had a problem....you have enough food on your dinner plate to feed a small family...just make sure you order your food ahead of time before coming and you'll be in and out in less than two minutes

basically it's 5 stars but they have bad communication with the community... it's supposed to be open I went there gates where locked place don't look open to me... other than that awesome!!! plates!!! for just 10 bucks... man they have food to hand out.
