I've been coming here for over a year now and everything I've gotten has been delicious!!! The atmosphere is so clean and cozy too. And, it's attached to an awesome health foods store! Love it and will continue to support this gem!!!

The kraut grilled cheese was delicious. Came with a yummy pickle too. Small little cafe inside the healthy alternatives store. Clean inside.

Food is fantastic! I always get it from the little fridge bc it is already prepared. I noticed service is not that friendly. I come here every time I forget to prepare my food at home bc it is fresh.

I'm seriously impressed. Feels like Brooklyn. And I'll be back.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Wholesome, healthy, fresh food. Very different from any other place I’ve eaten. If you’re looking for a healthy alternative from those chain restaurants for breakfast or lunch this is your place. I wish they were open for dinner as well.

This cafe is amazing I love it the sandwiches are really good! They put a out of love into their meals. I have been here a few times and then realized I need to give them a review because people should know how good it truly is. This is a hidden gem!!

We've tried the Mean Green Salad, the kraut sandwich, the Indian breakfast and toast 3 ways in a rotation over the past year. Each and every time the food was brilliant in taste and aesthetics. And each time the service was warm and friendly. It's truly yummy real food.

Ive never had a bad meal here. The only rhing that sometimes isnt the best is soup but I think thats me. Friendly, fresh and delicious.

A few co-workers asked if we all wanted to go to lunch. Someone mentioned this place and I never heard of it. It is located in a strip mall and the cafe is in the back of a natural foods store...plenty of parking. Not sure why I didn’t know of this place but it was every bit of awesome! Very fresh and good for you options. Great for a quick lunch and why not pick up some fresh produce or groceries after you grab a quick bite to eat. Looking forward to going back!

Everything is so fresh and tasty here. The soups are excellent, as are the salads. This time my friend and I indulged in sandwiches that were heavenly as well. They are located inside Healthy Alternatives store, with seating inside and outside.

A glimmer of hope in the vast wasteland of nutritional suicide they call Trexlertown. Indian breakfast is top notch, coffee is excellent, and the service is genuine. Cafe Santosha = literal santosha.

Amazing, the ladies in there are super helpful, I will definitely be going more often. I had the Indian breakfast bowl with tofu, and it was mouth watering. Just amazing.

My wife has gone Gluten free. Cafe Santosha is a 20+ minute drive. There is both the menu and the special board as well as daily fare. I had a basic tune fish and an excellent pesto salad. My wife enjoyed the chicken and rice soup and the special winter salad. I enjoyed watching the employees work in the open kitchen area. The store is also interesting. There are 2 more tables by the front window. Will be going back.

I am so impressed with this Healthy Food Alternative restaurant. The salads are fabulous and the soup is just as good. I am moving to Florida and I will miss this restaurant the most over other restaurants. I will get back in the summer and I will definitely visit this restaurant when I am in the area. My hat is off to the cook or cooks!

All food is great. Cute little cafe in back of Healthy Alternatives. The employees are the best as are owners. It's like a family,atmosphere. Try the breakfast bowl, my favorite.

I come here frequently for lunch and finally with my husband. I usually get the "toast 3 ways". Every week it is different and delicious, sometimes featuring their homemade hummus, always served on wonderfully crusty bread. My husband was pleasantly surprised by how good his wrap was. The only bad thing is they only serve weekday lunch and are situated inside the health food store, so seating is limited. They serve a lot of vegetarian options but also have a few things that are not.

This cafe is a treasure, I was ecstatic to find it! Being vegan, it's pretty difficult to buy food that I feel really great about, so Cafe Santosha and The Healthy Alternative is my go-to for delicious, carefree food. I don't have to ask about ingredients or check the broths used before enjoying the yummy soups they offer. The Indian Breakfast Bowl is a scrumptious, filling meal. All the salads and sandwiches offered here are just a little different and VERY tasty. There are so many choices, I usually have to call my order in so I don't make the folks there wait while I try to decide which amazing meal I will have that day!!

Favorites are the soups and quinoa salads. They are fresh made and feature different flavors every time we come. The tuna salad sandwich is also colorful, fresh, and delicious.

I've personally dinned at the "Café" for much over a hundred times! We are not talking about a large fancy restaurant, but, equal food offerings match and exceed any high-end establishment, and, even for less cost. All the offerings are "hand crafted" and use high quality ingredients drawn from an array of local farms and growers. This is NOT "fast-food". The "Café" is your answer if you have any concern to what you are ingesting without sacrificing taste. There is a great sense that the owners really do care for the wellbeing of anyone who comes through their door. Hours are somewhat limited but well worth any inconvenience of schedule. It is real different to eat away from home and have the confidence you are even eating better.

Sarah & the kitchen staff turn out some amazing feel-great-after-eating food. There's always 2 pots of made from scratch soup--suitable for vegetarians. Also lots of gluten-free choices. Delicious & healthy breakfast & lunch offerings. To-go stuff too. Limited seating. Real plates and silverware, even cloth napkins. Love, love, love.

This is our place when she come home from college. Always fresh, organic and delish. The organic shop it is in has great selections and good produce selection. Must try.

As part of a healthfood store, this little cafe has a nice selection of soup, salads, sandwiches and special meals that are creative and delicious. Its a bit expensive, but the quality of the food is very good.

Came back to have the "Mean Green Salad "with the Green Goddess dressing and it was as good as how I remembered if not better ! I added the grilled chicken and with the chicken so it costs $12 but worth it because it's hormone -free chicken and organic vegetables ! If you are looking for healthy , chemical -free home made food served with love , then you've got to come here !

Not only is the food healthy, visually beautiful, and delicious, It has soul. You can feel the incredible vibe when you walk to the counter. This place is always a MUST GO when we are in the area. It doesn't matter if you get a full meal or something to-go from the case- it's always good. AND they make the best soups ever!
