I needed a cake for a dear friend and mentor who celebrated his 94th birthday. I placed an order with a famous company in the city, which wasted two days of my time with online forms without being able to speak to a human being. I didn't know if they got my order or if I would have a cake ready in time. I decided to try another company. After a Google search, I found Cakesbyripal. I made the call, and not only did Ripals respond immediately, but she also understood what I wanted and what theme I wanted the cake to have. Ripal was so easy to communicate with. Since she took the order, we have continuously communicated until she delivered it. The cake was an actual piece of art 😍. The cake's design was as I had envisioned, if not better. I ordered vanila cake with chocolate mousse filling vanila frosting outside for my 6th months twins. It was so delicious 😋 and yummy. The baker was very helpful. Price was very reasonable. This is the only baker who makes so good eggless cake in Wisconsin. Strongly recommended. I would love to order again in future.

I was looking for a birthday cake, specifically for an egg-less-cake and all my search in near by stores like Sendik's, Metro Market and local bakeries did not help. Then I came across "Cakes by Ripal" in a more focused Google search and contacted them. Ripal was an amazing person and was kind too and she told she makes egg-less-cakes on order. I visited their place just a day before. Ripal was very kind and though they did not have time to make one for me in less than a day request, she went above and beyond and offered me that she has a cake she just made the morning for an evening order for someone else and told me if I can pick up the cake. That was truly an amazing and pleasing experience for me. When I asked whether she accepts cash for the same, she said that since she could not take the order this time and hence she offered the cake as a gift to me, for free. Truly wonder this kind of amazing people around us these days. When I reached their home, she has brought the cake readily before I get down my car and say "Thank you", it was so kind of you Ripal ! Life’s Little Pleasures WE moved to DMV last year and our struggle to get good eggless cake got much harder. I mean you have store bought cake mixes but the texture, honest ingredients and the satisfaction all appear to be lacking. Effectively the visual never matched the bite. And then our favorite cake maker started shipping out these super easy to make and scrumptious cake mixes. Not only do they hold form (in all kinds of pans), but also exceed all expectations on the aftertaste and texture front. Right now it’s a custom order but I trust this could easily grow once they hit the stores.
