Place was not cleaned up very well especially the bathrooms were disgusting. The toilets were not touched in a long time the sink has a nasty film all over it and trash on the floor

This is my favorite Caribou location. I love the decor with a warm, sweet atmosphere. The seating is flexible for you, for a small group, or a large group. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to rewards, your order, and suggestions.

I go to this Caribou at least 2 times a week. The staff is always pleasant and the coffee is delicious. It's a staple to my week.

The gentleman that helped me was awesome. Order at drive thru was taken quickly and without any issues and my order was ready when I arrived at window. This location is my favorite - not as busy as others so service is great!

Worst coffee I have ever had. Service was friendly, but can't make up for that nasty taste. I think I would have preferred a cup of used motor oil.

Caribou is usually good and I don’t mind that it’s a little slow but the matcha I order today was so milky that the flavor was washed out. I wasn’t even sure it was a matcha at first :/ But this location is nice and cozy and quiet.and the workers are very friendly so it’s worth it over other locations

This is my favorite coffee chain. From location to location, the drinks/food are consistent and great quality. I also have very pleasant interactions with the staff. The only part I would dock is the decor while modern and clean does not give off the qaint coffee shop vibe. I believe this is the intention but I do prefer quaint to modern when it comes to coffee shops.
