The whole staff was very friendly. Caribou is my favorite coffee so I can't say enough about the wonderful taste. They know their business and Brew it perfectly every time.

We had a great visit today and the pumpkin iced latte was perfect! Thank you to all the hard workers at Caribou Coffee that made the visit amazing!

Very nice, comfortable, spacious place to gave a beverage and something to eat. Staff was friendly and professional. They greeted me and got my order completed quickly.

This place never disappoints. Their turtle mocha both hot or iced is amazing. Even though I customize to half the sugar. Otherwise the drinks are much to sweet.

This place is wonderful. I have coffee there every week and the atmosphere is so comfortable, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and on point and the sandwiches I've had are all delicious. A great place to stop and enjoy.

Great coffee, not been disappointed once

I have been disappointed enough go have to write this review. In the last year or so the quality of the drinks have been inconsistent. There have been times when the drinks have been so sweet that I simply cant and wont drink them. Which is especially upsetting when you are spending 5 to 7 dollars on a drink. I used to be a regular tipper but given the inconsistency I cant bring myself to tip any longer and I am considering just to stop coming in all together. Please emphasize the need to follow the costumers order so he or she doesnt spend 7 bucks on a drink that they didnt want.

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheddar biscuit. Opened it up and all the cheese was all over the wrapper. None left on the sandwich. It had slipped apart. Tell me what the point of the cheese was? Maybe wrap it tighter so it doesn't fall apart...

I am usually a Starbucks regular but, as we were passing here on a road trip, we decided to park and visit. Inside there is plenty of comfortable seating. The service was friendly and prompt and the coffee was good. I will use this chain again.

Was really excited to try the hot turtle mocha with my daughter, we got hot coffee with whipped cream. Nice server and polite staff, but drinks did not live up to the picture, information or expectations.

What incredibly friendly staff. It's super rare to come across unfriendly baristas, but the Caribou staff at this particular location are always pleasant and friendly. I typically stick to the same thing often but I try to get something new on occasion given how much of a variety Caribou carries with coffee drinks.

Every time I come to the Aberdeen Caribou they are always the sweetest workers! They genuinely care and today just so happened to be my birthday and the worker took the time to ask if today was in fact my birthday and she wished me a happy birthday and it means a lot just one simple comment! So thank you Caribou!

I didn't go there. I went to BeMobile which is next door.

Advised of 2 separate orders: 1 - 2 bags Mahogany Beans. Whole. 2 - 2 bags Mahogany Beans. Ground. The speaker system sucks because I can't be heard so I have to holler, giving everyone else in the lot my phone number. The order wasn't correct and I didn't notice until I got home that all 4 bags had been ground, not 2 and 2 as requested.

The coffee is delicious and the service is almost always really good! Only knock really on the place is the location because of their drive thru. The drive thru is a disaster to get through and if you want to go inside, parking because of the drive thru is a nightmare. Otherwise definitely recommend!

i spilt my drink right after i got it, they wouldn’t get me a new drink, clean it up or anything

Caribou is always my go to! Efficient and very friendly workers that work hard and are great at what they do. Always appreciative especially when all I need is a coffee and a water when I’ve ran out, on my breaks I’ll get it since I sometimes can’t go home and get some! Thank you for all you do!

Coffee good customer service terrible waited in store for 1/2 hour for 3 beverages and still didn't get it right so we left

The best thing about Caribou Coffee is the atmosphere it gives off. It has got to be probably the nicest looking coffee shop in all of Aberdeen. It was really a very chill atmosphere with very comfortable seating and friendly service. Truly, this alone makes a coffee shop worth the time. When it comes to the coffee side of things, I know that they serve quality coffee with excellent service. Would I always go here for coffee? Probably not always, but definitely often. Overall, a great experience with pretty good coffee. Great place to fellowship and talk with comfortable seating. Caribou: keep up the good work 👏🏻

The coffee I'm having now is excellent. The location is perfect, the interior is beautiful. So why the three stars? Believe me, I would put it down to one star because of the strange staff member, who works in this coffee house and doesn't know what a Cappuccino is. She also doesn't know what a "Malted Mocha" is, an item that caught my attention on their menu. It began when I walked up to the counter, looking up at their menu and said to the girl "can you tell me more about the Malted Mocha, what's in it?" "The malted what? She said. She then beckoned her coworker, who simply said "oh it's sweeter than a regular Mocha." The response didn't exactly satisfy my curiosity, however I moved on. I noticed no cappuccinos listed on their menu. Logically I thought, I'm in an established that makes fresh brewed coffee - so why not ask if they make them. To the same person, "do you have Cappuccinos?" She looked at me like I was an alian "Cappuccinos! what's that?" I then said, "you work in a coffee establishment and you don't know what a cappuccino is?" "I'm new here" I then asked, "can you please ask your friend if I can get a cappuccino?" I realize employees are difficult to come by these days but, this one is up in the clouds. Yes she is young, but compared to the rest of the staff here, she's not on the ball. I hope she learns the business and makes a fortune in whatever she likes one day. To be fair to Caribou, and the girl who knew what she was doing, my cappuccino turned out excellent. The establishment itself is very nice inside, a beautiful build out. They have a nice product line to choose from. I will come again despite my three stars, and likely raise them.

Visit today was good. Could have been great but Nitro was room temp at best and the other frustration is the parking situation and space in the parking lot. Not nearly enough room and drive thru traffic takes up entire lot.

Wow this is a great coffee shop. I got exactly what I ordered. Stop spending your hard earned dollars at Starbucks. The coffee isn't good.

Drive through always extremely slow and crowded, but they wont allow any inside seating yet either. Kinda weird to still have inside seating closed. They also royally screwed up our drinks. Almost entirely milk, almost no flavor even though they were supposed to have chocolate and caramel in them. They were still warm (supposed to be iced) and almost entirely milk. Really gross, and for $13 for 2 drinks and the long wait, you'd think they could have at least gotten the drinks right. Not worth it when there are 2 starbucks in town.

Obviously this is a great place to go for coffee, hot chocolate, or a breakfast sandwich. But the staff really makes it stand out. Otto and Kelly were very friendly and helpful from suggesting drinks to helping us pick up gift cards. Thanks for the awesome customer service! It's a big space with a room for groups if you had a meeting/study group planned.

Staff is exceptional! Super nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Helpful as I had many questions. I love the atmosphere. There are plenty of seating options... Tall table for standing, half booth for soft seat stidying/computer work, long massive tables for spread out studying, and deep seated arm chairs for relaxing soft deep conversations with friends. Huge windows with tables for natural light working. A 🔥 fireplace!!! Severalllll breakfast sandwich options. Detailed decor! I love the papyrus wall of cards to buy. Merch galore. They also have in house mugs so there's no need to use a one time use cup! They have coconut and almond milk yay!

This is a super cozy coffee place in a convenient location. They have a meeting room you can reserve. I have been to business meetings, as well as just hanging out or studying with friends. Quick, friendly service with tasty coffee and eats.

I come here every so often to get my beverages. It’s usually the same thing, a medium strawberry banana smoothie. Half the time I come and try to get it they are out of it or the blenders are broken. When I do get my drink it is usually pretty good thus the 3 stars

The coffee and service was great, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. I was about to beat my personal record in online gaming when I was killed due to lag caused by a slow network!! I am very disappointed and won't be returning.

Friend and I stop for tea or coffee. We like the atmosphere and friendly service. Wish there would be one coffee consistently served that doesn't have a French roast taste-I call it burnt coffee. However, this seems to be the trend. However, there are lots of delicious options!
