We do not know where to begin but the staff is amazing. My daughter has an affinity for pizza and when she was younger, she would like her pizza cut up. Staff would go out of their way to cut it up into smaller pieces and they always remember her! Theyve made attending Carlos Pizza 100x better. A very family oriented establishment and I cannot forget to rate the pizza! The cheese pizza, the grandma vodka pizza, the garlic knots and their salads are delicious. We love this spot and we always look forward to our visit here. Thank you as always!

If you’re in the mood for a comforting Italian meal with a modern twist, Grandma Vodka Slice and Penne Vodka Dinner are worth checking out. The Grandma’s Vodka Slice was fantastic—a crispy crust topped with a creamy vodka sauce, melted mozzarella, and a sprinkle of Parmesan. It had a rich flavor but wasn’t too heavy. The Penne Vodka Dinner was just as good. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the creamy vodka sauce had a great balance. On top of the delicious food, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this pizzeria for a pleasant dining experience!

The best pizza in the area - the grandma vodka is so good. And I need to mention that I am truly amazed at the kindness and patience their staff exhibits even when the place is super busy. Great spot.

I have been coming here for a few months. The pizza is great, fresh, and the mozzarella sticks are delicious. Every time I order a salad it's always fresh, crispy. I tried there Italian sub today for the first time, and it left me speechless. From the great food and customer service definitely a place you must try!

Stopped by Carlos for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. The owner is a very nice guy. It started to really pick up in there as I was leaving. Very reasonable on pricing and delicious food. I caught him at a great time taking out a vodka grandma pie. I’ll be back!

My family got take out and ordered a penne vodka pizza and chicken cutlets which were absolutely delicious!! Would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area 😊

Pizza was decent but man is it me or is the grandma pie smaller than it used to be and on top of that the price has gone up quite a bit….. correct me if I’m missing something here….almost $27 for a 1 topping grandma...

The food and service were both amazing. The chicken Marsala was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The penne vodka with chicken was absolutely fantastic.

We have been getting pizza from Carlo’s for the past 7 years. Today was a big disappointment. I asked for a veggie pizza and I got a pizza with only broccoli and very little cheese. The crust was dry and looked burnt. Maybe they change the person in charge?

Food was great! It’s been hard finding good vodka sauce in NJ coming from the city and this place was great! Grandma vodka was really good!

I recently had the opportunity to try a new restaurant that was 20 minutes away from me. From the moment I arrived, I knew that it was going to be worth the drive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu was full of delicious Italian dishes, and I decided to go with the pasta which was plenty for two people and even had enough leftovers. I also ordered a side of garlic bread with cheese, but I honestly didn't need it because the dish already came with bread and salad. The price was very reasonable for the portion size and the quality of the food. In addition to the meal, I also purchased a soda and a red velvet cake. The cake was absolutely delicious and so moist. Dare I say it was even better than the Cheesecake Factory? It was the perfect way to end my meal. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at this restaurant. The food was flavorful and authentic, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try some delicious Italian food

I usually love their Pizza but today I walked in and there was somebody different making it needless to say it's not nearly as good as when the owner makes it rubbery crust is way too thick too much cheese and too much sauce really almost inedible

Ever tired of the same old same old pizza places my family and I tried Carlos for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. Vodka sauce on everything, as long as it's good. I will be going back.

One of our favorite pizza places! Love that it's family owned and the rice balls are authentic. The grandma pie is also one of the best I've ever had and we love it with vodka sauce on top!

So I ordered two slices, then wait 10 minutes and am served two cold slices? Are you kidding me? What the heck were you doing all this time? I bring him the pizza and the guy then asks me if I want the slices a little warmer? Omg.... no apology.... why don't you just spit on my slices so it goes down my throat easier!

Was on a job site right next to here and decided to stop in to get a slice. Staff was very friendly. Pizza and garlic knots were authentic and very good!

In my opinion, this is the best pizza in the area. The only thing I absolutely hate is that they aren't open on Sundays. I don't have the heart to take a star off for it but I just think that's major. If you are in the area definitely give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

This is a family ran pizzeria. Who take a lot of pride in customer service and their food quality. The owner is there every day working behind the counter. He is always nice to everybody. It seems as though he treats all his customers like family and friends. Great quality food . Keep up the good work!!!!!

There are probably 50 pizza restaurants within 15 miles of Carlos but unfortunately I will not be going to any of them when I’m within 15 miles of this restaurant. If you haven’t tried the penne vodka pie you are missing something very special !! Their menu is packed with tasty options for anyone and although the food is delicious my opinion is also based on the extremely friendly atmosphere. This is a place that makes you feel like your with family. That may be a cliché statement we hear often but you really should try for yourself.

First time having their pizza tonight! DELICIOUS! We recently moved to Bridgewater and have been hunting for a pizza place we can be loyal too! Carlos is it! Can’t wait to try more on their menu!!! Absolutely delish!

Carlo’s is one of our favorite spots to order pizza from! We have been going here for years now. What we love are his speciality pizzas. If you go and love vodka sauce, the grandma vodka is to die for. The regular grandma pizza is equally as delicious. If you’re looking for a healthier side his cauliflower crust pizza is very tasty. What I like about it, is that you can top it with whatever you want even if it’s a speciality pie. For appetizer definitely try the pizza roll pinwheels. They have cheese pepperoni and ham. The antipasto salad is a great choice as well! Thanks for consistently fueling our Friday pizza nights :)

My family and I have been coming here for years and it’s our absolute favorite pizzeria! The owners treat you like family and the food is phenomenal. Everything is made fresh and you can surely taste it. Great music is played all the time and we will continue to come back. Also after hearing my dad rave about their stuffed meat slice I just had to try one. 10/10!

Carlo’s is a one of a kind establishment that takes pride in their company. I visited Carlo’s in May and haven’t stopped thinking about it since. Carlo and his staff made mine and my friends visit such a good and welcoming one that we were already talking about making the 2 hour commute back! I would recommend to ANYONE in the area to give this place a try cause you won’t be disappointed.

I went to Carlo’s for the first time about a month ago and I can’t stop thinking about how great the entire experience was. The entire staff was SO nice and generous, giving my posse free samples of some of their DELICIOUS food. I had one of their pasta dishes, pizza, garlic knots, and their homemade root beer. The food was phenomenal and the service was amazing. I live about 1.5 hours from Carlo’s and I can’t wait to plan another trip just for another great experience!

My favorite pizza place in the area- the pizza is perfect. Garlic knots are excellent. Eggplant parmesan sub was perfect. I picked up a cannoli which wasnt good- the filing was ok but the shell was completely soggy.

Had the usual slice-of-plain and slice-with-sausage. Very nice crust, just right amount of outer edge.  Sausage a bit lacking in flavor, but heaped on in nice amount.

Amazing service and really excellent food! My husband and I have had a split grandma pie with vodka sauce and margarita - it was delicious. We’ve also had the regular chicken parm and chicken parm vodka sandwiches. Those were also incredible and we didn’t feel disgusting afterward. They make quality food that is delicious, they’re accommodating (trust me, I screwed up via DoorDash) and they provide incredible service. Don’t skip this restaurant!

Friendly People and Great Food. Pizza is Great. Pepperoni is my favorite from here and the grilled chicken wrap in wheat with lettue and tomato and roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella and Avocado is my other favorite. I recommend this to anyone.

Ok so not the best pizza in town as advertised. I tried this place because it was one of the highest rated places by me but the lie detector determine that was a lie. Friendly service does not bring the pizza quality up this rating is strictly on the average pizza. I'm still on the hunt for the best pizza in my area sorry Carlo's.

We go here for lunch when I'm in the area, staff is friendly and foo id great. Not fancy but the food is good and the place is clean.

Inside Carlo's Pizza, you get the look of a quintessential neighborhood pizzeria. There are classic wooden booths with benches, plenty of baseball memorabilia and a super friendly waitress. I ordered a slice of plain and a grandma vodka slice. The plain had great flavors of salt, a slight tinge of garlic, and a rich red sauce. The base was perfectly crispy and the crust was yummy and fluffy. The grandma vodka slice has a nice creamy, cheesy sauce. It tastes like a cheese explosion. The pizza Carlo's offers is great and if you are thinking about trying it out, I highly recommend it.
