Server was very polite. Great atmosphere.

Although a chain restaurant, the food is always well-prepared, and the servers have a great attitude. The Plant City location is highly recommended.

My experience is always great, we are able to call ahead to order food. The To Go staff are quick to respond to me as soon as I pull in, Very professional and personal. This is our family’s go to for ToGo!

I recently visited this charming Italian restaurant and decided to try one of their salads. Let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! But what really impressed me was how quickly the dish was served – far faster than what I’ve experienced at other restaurants. I was on a tight schedule with only a 15-minute break before I had to rush back to work, so time was of the essence. Thankfully, the amazing waitress, Alayna, was on shift that day. She greeted me with the warmest smile and truly listened to my request to expedite my order. Not only was she attentive and professional, but she also managed to get everything done in record time without compromising the quality of service or the presentation of the food. Her efficiency saved my day! I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant again. The atmosphere here is lovely and welcoming – a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. You can tell the staff really take pride in their work, as everyone was dressed impeccably, and they carried themselves with such grace. I don’t want to sound too forward, but I have to mention that the staff, particularly Alayna, are not only skilled but also very well-presented and beautiful. Her cheerful demeanor and attention to detail truly elevated the entire experience for me. I can confidently say I will be recommending this spot to all of my friends. If you’re looking for great food, fast service, and a fantastic ambiance, this is the place to be. The To-go staff is amazing!! They make sure everything is in my bag before brining it out to me, and anytime I ask for extra bread or sauce they make sure it’s in my bag. They are all so friendly, especially Isabel! She greets me with a smile and always tells me to have a great night.

I went to carrabas and I'm a usual customer I always see the host Alayna there, she is VERY nice and so sweet and funny. Her service is great and I've never had a complaint. By far, best host I've had.

Stopped in for some lunch and Sheri gave me options of wine based on what I was looking for and I loved the house wine she chose. GREAT service given by Sheri and the food was great as well.
