I can’t recommend them enough!! They catered my wedding outside of Merlin, Oregon and I am so thankful we went with them. We worked directly with Maria to set everything up and she was fabulous. Everything was so easy and straightforward from the get-go. The food was fabulous, and the staff were so nice, professional, and experienced. It is very clear they’ve catered weddings before, they really know what they are doing. They went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel special. They paid special attention to us and got us extra chips and guac and waters so we didn’t have to leave our sweetheart table, and double checked we had everything we needed. We got soo many compliments on the food and the service! Highly recommend!!!

Food was delicious and authentic Mexican, but the bright, fluorescent lighting and the cheap decor and furnishings makes for a severe lack of ambience. Service was a little lacking as well - perhaps they were short-staffed.

Found this place today for a quick lunch, everything was fantastic. They bring out warm refried beans with the chips and 3 kinds of homemade salsa which was excellent, I bought a jar of the medium salsa to take home. Very clean establishment and good service will definitely be back and also plan on using their catering service in the future.

This tucked in Mexican restaurant offers an open space atmosphere, nothing fancy with concrete floors and cafeteria type tables throughout. There are booths lining the walls. The menu did not offer a separate lunch menu. The dish was I ordered was rather boring, taco salad. My guest ordered enchiladas. For what we got it was pretty expensive. Our waitress was preoccupied and rather inpatient with my food questions.

Used them for catering for my wedding. The food was amazing! Everyone was so nice, helpful and accommodating! They took care of everything 10/10 recommend! Loved the food!

Casa Amiga catered our daughter's wedding. EVERYONE was super impressed with the food, the friendliness of the staff and how they went above and beyond making the married couple happy. Jose even brought the newlyweds a refill of water- a record heat day! My young son and his cousins were hungry and he made them a quesadilla to hold them over until dinner. Very impressed with Casa Amiga, their catering crew (shout out to Jose), and the food! Definitely recommend!!!!

Yum! Good food and luckily entertainment too. I had a Negra Modelo while he started with a blended margarita. The salsa us house made and yummy too. Diablo shrimp and flautas were the dinner. Oh yum! A favorite place to eat in town. UPDATED 6-28-2024 Dinner was delivered really quick! The tasty Amiga salad with carne asada was very meaty and filling. Hubby had the rellano plate and ate every bite.

They welcomed us right away, it was very friendly and the food was DELISH!!! We were just passing through and looking for a place to get a few tacos and we’re SO GLAD we stopped here!! Well worth the stop!

I ordered food to go, the medium salsa was pretty good, the rest was utterly flavorless and bland. I got the carne asada and al pastor tacos with rice and beans. It looked ok, but honestly I don’t understand the high ratings, this is the worst Mexican food I’ve had in a long long time.

We walked in and immediately was greeted by wonderful smiling faces, the staff was ready to show us our seats though we were there for take out. They were so flexible and accommodating we ordered the green enchilada combo and a Asada burrito, it was for a lack of a better word, 👌🏾 Only regret not having the time to dine in my wife and I truly enjoyed our time there even waiting the atmosphere is welcoming and aesthetically pleasing.

Great food, great help, friendly. Cooks know how to cook meat correctly.

*BEST waiter (I didn't catch his name). *The portions are HUUUUUUGE. (Picture Trump saying "It's HUUGE!" and it would still be an understatement.) I think all 3 of us could have split my ginormous chimichanga and still waddled away full, fat, and sassy. Everything was delicious! *Endless Chips, bean dip, and salsa with 3 salsas to choose from. All were great. I could have used a straw to drink the green salsa right from the bottle (I didn't, but it DID cross my mind a couple times...) *This will definitely be a repeat place for us!

Lots of bright colored 🪅 pinatas if that's what you're looking for, definitely festive staff was friendly, ordered a combo meal taco tamale rice and beans, The taco and beans were amazing, sadly my tamale was so dry I couldn't cut it. It just crumbled 😞 everything else was very delicious and tasty, plenty of barking. Handicap friendly, easy to find with Google maps!

In town for graduation and our large extended family dinner was held at Casa Amiga. The service was outstanding and attentive, and we all felt welcome. The bean dip, salsa, and ice cold water kept coming before dinner, and the food arrived in a very reasonable amount of time, considering the size of the group. The food was hot, and everyone had great meals, with many of us taking home food boxes with what we couldn't eat of the large servings. Bottom line, a fabulous dinner party for the family thanks to the great staff at Casa Amiga!

Case Amiga catered our wedding. It was some of the best Mexican food we’ve had! They were there, served our food and gone so quickly! They did such great work. We had so many people come up to us saying how much they enjoyed the food. We are so appreciative of everything they did for us! Having good food at a wedding is so important and they absolutely nailed it! Thank you so much!!

My food was fantastic but my bloody Mary was not. it was overpowered with lime juice.

They had excellent service and authentic Mexican food. I ordered a shrimp cocktail and it was a very good price and soooo delicious, they also gave beans, three types of salsa, tortilla chips and tostadas. I am full and happy, definitely recommend Casa Amiga!!!

Hey-o everyone. Way back when my girlfriend introduced me to this gem. If you want "white people " Mexican food this isn't for you. We've had dang near everything on the menu. My wife loves the fish tacos, I'm a fatboy I enjoy everything lol. Price is good, beer is good, margaritas are spot on too. Don't sleep on this place and on the weekends it'll get busy at dinner times.

This is a great little hidden gem. The food is really tasty. This is the pollo asada plate... Try it.

Great Mexican Restaraurant/Mexican Market! Whether you are taking out or dining in, the food is excellent! Prices are competetive, service is great and restrooms are clean. One of my favorites! And, if you want a Pinata, they are the place!

We went there yesterday for the first time to pick up a quick lunch. Would have gone sooner if I had known they had GREAT tacos (we got 1/2 dozen) and nachos. Looking forward to trying their other dishes SOON!

Me and my significant other shared a bean and cheese burrito I thought we would be safe because of no meat and honestly I wish I could eject this food from my stomach this place is disgusting I don't know what they are doing to the food but don't just assume all mexican food is the same cause its not they gave us beans on the side so I got to smell them after wolfing down the burrito because I was famished and it didn't even smell like beans smelled like some chemical ive never smelled before do yourself a favor don't just start eating like we did first smell the food im debating weather to call the health board on these people that's how bad it was because something is seriously wrong in that restaurant I would not be shocked at all to find out that they are serving dog food in that restaurant stick with lupitas or anyone else for that matter.

I wish I had the worlds largest stomach. I wish I had as many stomachs as a cow. I’m so full I feel I might die but I wish I could eat more. All thoughts I have had leaving this restaurant. As I adjusted my side mirrors to lean back in the seat and unbutton my pants for the ride home, I reflected on the perfectly balanced mole sauce, the best I have ever had. The tender juicy chicken. Within 30 seconds of walking in the door I was seated with three salsas and a small bowl of refried beans topped with queso fresco had appeared before me. Chips came and I was shocked at how unique the salsas were. Two were quite spicy, even for me. I came in at 2:00 p.m., the service is likely a little slower during rushes but even during what is typically dead dining hours, a steady trickle of customers came in and out. I wish I lived closer.

This is a popular spot for locals and it's easy to see why. The food is fresh and portions are large. The staff is incredibly kind and made my husband something off the menu to accommodate his food intolerances.

The menu offered many many choices at reasonable prices. I even tried the tongue taco. The home made tamale was delicious.

The folks here are kind, the portions are generous, and the food delicious. The Chimichanga is the best, hard for me to order differently.

On the first day of our visit to Grants Pass, our family took us to Casa Amiga. We were greeted warmly and seated quickly. A great beer selection was available and the menu was extensive. With one exception, all of the many food items we tried met or exceeded our expectations. (While there was nothing wrong with the beef and hominy soup, it simply did not appeal to us.) Servers were friendly and helpful but could follow-up a little more frequently. We certainly enjoyed our first visit Casa Amiga and returned twice in the seven days we remained in Grants Pass.

If you want to eat in a place that fails to take your health seriously this place is for you. Unmasked restaurant defiant of covid rules. If they don’t take a pandemic seriously what else might they be willing to do that is risky to your health. The food has always been so so. We went for the margaritas but no more. Done with this place. Several Mexican restaurants in the area have better food and I make better margaritas at home. These right wing ass kissers lost my business permanently.

Great vibe, wonderful staff, great food, solid margaritas. They also have BBQ on Fridays and you MUST get the Brisket Tacos. OH. MY. Yes their BBQ ribs are good, very good, but there is just something about those brisket tacos. I'm ruined for any other street taco. No contest. The refried beans are very good (and I'm picky about those) all in all, legit Mexican food I'd say "yes" to in a heartbeat. One of my two favorite places in Grants Pass for Mexican food. Very clean facility, and, well, just do it! We've been here 4 times, and the food and service is consistently good. Better than average, for sure.

I went to this Mexican restaurant for a birthday for a good friend - not my usual Mexican eatery. The food was okay, a little bland. The atmosphere is a little too bright. The service was very good for our large party. The servers were friendly and attentive.

This place was outstanding. We bought a car in Grants Pass and stopped here on the advice of our salesmen. The reference hit the spot. The food was very good. It's hard to write about all the goodness. Just eat here! This is one of those local type places you wouldn't normally happen upon. It's a gem. Seriously, what are you waiting for?

We went to a special event that was catered by Casa Amiga. I had the beef taco and pork taco and they were delicious. The meat was very tender and there were over 8 different condiments that one could add to it, including shredded cabbage. The beans were good and the rice was traditional.

Jose and his crew are the best Chefs in town. You won't be disappointed going to the restaurant or using him for catering. The food is super fresh and the best. The hot sauce choices are amazing. We've used them for company luncheons for at least 5 years or more. Jose and the crew are so friendly and just kind people. I can go on and on and tell you everything, but I seriously suggest go to the restaurant. You will love everything about it.

Came here with a big group and they were very accommodating on a Saturday night. I had a carne asada and a chicken taco and both were good. I am used to a little more flavor in my asada but both tacos were very good. They serve refried beans instead of salsa with their chips but if you ask they will bring the salsa. My friend had the burrito which was the size of a small torpedo. Come hungry.

My visits or passing through of Grants Pass generally involve a stop at Casa Amiga. Unforunately, I've become stuck on their carnitas plate which comes in different sizes, amount of meat. When visiting other Mexican restaurants, I try their carnitas plate for comparison. No other restaurant has come close! There are other selections on their menu, but this is what I keep coming back to as it's so traditional Mexican. They do BBQ on weekends which I haven't tried but will at some point..........hopefully.

We had a huge family event after we lost a loved one. I've never been here before and live a long ways away. The the food was as Mexican as it get no fake Americanized B.S. Everything came out great for being a group as big as we had come in with little notice. The half chicken was off the hook as well as everything else. I will be down for a short stay around Christmas and we will be stopping in for sure.

I am a regular because once you find perfection there is no need to look further! Everything on the menu is great & the owners & all the help are the best.

This is a very business Mexican restaurant. The food is quite good but to me a better restaurant is Tacoria Mexicana in downtown Grants Pass. However on Fridays Casa Amiga offers barbecued ribs and chicken. Very good.
