Cool place! We were late so service and food was OK, nothing to get 5 stars for but was good. No complaints, no frills. Decent Mexican food.

We've been going here for years and couple times a week to eat we've got good food in service and sometimes not so good of either we know that happens in most restraunts we over looked it but lately our carry outs have been pretty bad the food either not what we ordered or very little or just throwed in the container any ole way about four days ago my husband ordered fiesta mixed in order me a chicken chimachonga with rice guacamole, paid for it went to the car looked inside in mine wasn't at all right they had put sour cream pico lettuce in my guacamole in I didn't want beans definitely didn't want it all mixed up I took it back in they wouldn't fix the food over in a worker argued with me said my husband ordered it that way and my husband needed to explain better my husband ordered what we always get the guy was so hateful to me very argumental toured me so I left with food I had to pick through to eat their was very little most went in trash so guess I will find another restaurant no one should be treated that harsh I can deal with food mistakes but not behavior from restraunt employees SMH just saying

I've only had good experiences here. The staff are very friendly, the good comes out incredibly quick, and the atmosphere is very fun. The food is good compared to similar Mexican restaurants throughout central Kentucky.

Man I love this place. It's very enjoyable. The food was amazing. Top notch service. Our waitress was very good as she made sure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. The place looks so good as well. Definitely recommend

Best Mexican Cuisine in Madison Co.

Worst Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been too. I went here with family for a visit. My grandma didn’t get her food at all and my aunt got a margarita that wasn’t frozen and had no ice. Another family member also didn’t receive their food until we all left. I also got a quesadilla with beef and the beef was horrible. If you’re going to run a restaurant you should be able to handle big groups of people without having issues. The only good thing about this place is the decorations.

The food had a chemical taste. It is way too pricey to taste bad. Our server left us sitting with empty drinks, the rice and beans were the worst I have ever eaten. I was very disappointed, this was only the second time I had eaten here and I can tell you, I'd rather have McDonald's. I will eat at my favorite Mexican restaurant, even if it means I have to drive a few miles out of my way!

Nelson was our waiter and he was amazing with us. The food was good but the service we received from him made the experience! With thought he didn’t pay any attention when we told him it was our daughter n laws 18th bday. He kinda shrugged it off and made it a huge surprise when he gathered everyone else and brought her cake to sing to her. It was bone chilling. Thank you Nelson and thank Case fiesta for a wonderful evening with our children, our time with them is far and few so it means a lot!🥲💛👏

These street tacos are amazing.

The patio was gorgeous ! The salsa was definitely hand-made, the chips were fried that morning and the guacamole was drool-inducing! The portions were definitely larger than life and the prices matched the care gone into each plating. The staff are very welcoming and always available but not hovering. I will definitely be back!

I ordered 3 "Large" orders of cheesy rice, but received 3 small. Apparently, you need to order "double" rice with cheese instead of "Large". $47 plus a tip for rice with cheese is a bit much! I love their food...just disappointed in the prices.

My order was totally incorrect. Nothing I got is what I ordered. Also i paid $47 dollars for the food!! I was supposed to get 1 chicken and shrimp fajita with white cheese sauce on al of it with nothing spicy added which is my 1 and only fav thing to eat at Mexican restraunts, and 1 steak fajita. $50 bill i might as well took a lighter to, frfr. What I ended up getting and had to eat because I got the food at 930 and got home at 955 they close at 10pm didn't realize it wasn't right till I got home to eat it and realized it wasn't right. So I had to try to eat it bc I had nothing else to eat due to just moving nothing in my house yet and I was starving...so yeah what I did get was tasteless and cold and hot 🔥 which I specifically said not to add anything spicy because I'm allergic and it was spicy but yet taste nasty . Not the kind of spicy that taste good. (There is a difference) anyway yeah first time trying them and last time . Don't waste your time, money, or energy going here .

I judge based of food. Food was only ok. Rice was under seasoned for what I'm use to. I'm spoiled, my local mex place has house made chorizo and is awsome, theirs was bleh and overcooked. Steak in my burrito was nice and juicy though. My cocktail was good, except I didn't taste any alcohol. Guacamole was good.

Great food and great people. The state is better off for having such wonderful folks in it.

Grabbed carryout. The food was ready quickly. Options were similar to other Mexican restaurants in the area. The food was good and reasonably priced. Will consider them again.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The food was no where near what I've experienced at other Mexican restaurants around. Salsa was very tomato tasting, and my pina fajitas was served in a pineapple but with no pineapple first time I've ever encountered that.

Great authentic street tacos with fresh cabbage. The chips and salsa are SPOT ON and bottomless. Super clean restaurant with tons of seating in dining area and the bar. Lots of large tables for bigger party. Check it out!

The waitress was very friendly. However, we ordered the Fajita Piña, which consists of pineapple, steak, onion, shrimp, bell peppers, tomato. Well I was very excited to have this as it’s my favorite dish at any Mexican restaurant. However when I got the food, it was very burnt. The steak and shrimp were over cooked, and everything on the plate minus the pineapple was burnt. 1/10.

Literally the best food I've had ever, portions were massive for the price, price is amazin. Service was constant and fast. I can't wait to come back

Our experience at Casa was superb!

Came in for some dinner around 8, the staff and was very friendly and attentive. The food came out hot and fast. I got the pollo monterrey. It was delicious.

Their salsa and cheese is one of the best. Haven’t ate in always order take out but service is still always the best. Super fast and have tons of menu options

Pollo Mazalton is my favorite. A close second are the fish tacos

Casa Fiesta Mexican Grill is located near Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY. It's a wonderful restaurant with good food and great service. The atmosphere is very nice too. There's plenty of seating, both inside and out. It's beautifully decorated, likely one of the best I've seen in Kentucky. All said, the food lacked a bit in flavor but is good enough for a repeat visit.

Good flavor, good service. Clean restaurant. Nice atmosphere. We had the pollo bandido and the carnitas meals both were very good.

Delicious food and great service. Down side is they have the worst salsa I’ve ever tasted. It taste like tomato sauce that has barely been seasoned. I wish they would add another salsa that had some onion, cumin, cilantro and spices! I’m always disappointed when the salsa is so bland.

This is by far the best place to enjoy some tacos. Got seated pretty quickly, food came out so fast and was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend it

Casa Fiesta is our favorite in Richmond. We tried them all, but nothing beats this one. Very friendly staff, as well. Their food is tasty and their servings are large.

Sorry to say this, but I didn't like my food I am used to other mexican food (beans were good but too much). I just moved to Kentucky and hope not all the Mexican restaurants are like this one,otherwise I stay home and cook my own Mexican food. The place was beautiful inside and the service was also very nice!

Excellent restaurant! The absolute best Mexican meal I've had in my whole life! It was very filling, and I was raving hungry. Told the waitress, Odalys, that I loved spicy food. She brought me chips and a couple different salsas. Both had a good spicy kick. Also in the meal I ordered, she added jalapeños! With the drink, the meal was only $21.18. Wow! 👍👍😁

We love this place. It's a two hour drive from our house, stumbled on it while traveling and constantly compare it to our local restaurants. We have been there several times now and it's worth the drive every time. Can't wait to go back!

The service was very good and the food came out piping hot and fast. I didn't find the food to be flavorful. Everything we had was very bland, including the rice. I'm not sure the corn tortillas didn't contain flour and that is a big problem for anyone who must eat gluten free.

An amazing dining experience. We really enjoyed the food, the service, and the ambiance at this location. I had a burrito and it was very good, cooked to perfection. Our service was phenomenal. I thought the price was fair for all that you received. I highly recommend a visit.

A delicious place to eat. Every time I eat there, I order the same thing. Camerons con arroz, replace the rice with beans and add pineapple. Never fails to satisfy, it's so good! Not to mention, the cheese dip is exquisite and the salsa is so refreshing and delicious!

Really good food and decent prices! The place itself is quite large so it seats a lot of people, even on a Friday night.

Eaten here so many times for so many different occasions over the years, and Casa has always been excellent! Service is fast and efficient, food is amazing and fresh, and the portions are large. My go to order is the steak fajita chimichanga, but I also enjoy the fajitas and fish tacos as well. Rice and beans are stellar too which isn't the case at a lot of other Mexican restaurants. Highly recommend if in Richmond!

I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 10-15 minutes for my food here, and it is delicious every single time.

The waitress treats you like an old friend, very knowledgeable about the menu items. And the food is some of the best in richmond.

Went for a little couples meal, almost like a date, we had a margarita and a beer and the food was fresh and hot.

There is a reason this place has stayed in business, and been one of the top reviewed (if not #1) places in Richmond year after year, and for so many years. They offer dynamite food here—exceptionally delicious. Everything I've ever eaten here fits that statement. Everyone I've ever heard talk about how their food was here has said that they love it. One of the main reasons the food is so good here is because of how fresh it is.

The food is overpriced and I was double charged. When I went back to correct the problem I was told they didn't have records of my receipt. I was charged $140 my bill was $70 for about $20 of food...I was refunded the correct amount after responding to my injustice

Stumbled on this restaurant while exploring Richmond as tourists from California. Absolutely authentic, great, delicious Mexican food…seemingly loved by chef too because it was adorned by a single flower in the middle of the plate (which was the only unusual thing for Mexican food!)

First time here and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling I75. It's right of the exit. The food was out of this world! We were pulling a trailer and had plenty of room for parking. Service was amazing. Food was incredible, and budget friendly.

We have loved this Mexican restaurant for years! They have always given us amazing service and delicious food. Today my daughter wanted to have her birthday lunch here with some friends and family, we had a large group of around 15 people. I called yesterday to make sure they could accommodate such a large group. Today when we arrived they had our table ready for us. The entire staff was so kind and helpful and our waitress was the BEST! She took great care of our large table and she waited on a few others as well.

I got the California fish tacos and they were delicious. The peach frozen margarita was tasty too.

There was no wait at all when we got there. I went with my roommates and their baby. As we were seated they quickly grabbed a stand to put a car seat on to make it easier for them to keep an eye on the baby but it was also a good height for them to tend with their baby and eat. Our order was taken and drinks brought to the table in a minute or so. I ordered a frozen margarita, which was very delicious. A few minutes after drinks we were brought some tortilla chips and fresh tasting salsa. The chips were red, green, and white colored. (All tasting the same) the food was brought out as soon as it was done. Still sizzling and steaming hot. Did tasted great

Unexpected gem in Richmond. We got shrimp tacos and chimichangas. So delicious. The salsa was hearty and yummy.

Just a solid place for Mexican food. They have really good cheese dip and chori-cheese dip. Same standard set of dishes as most Mexican restaurants nearby but I find that the service here tends to be a bit better. Also does ice-cream for birthdays.

Very excellent service! For this type of restaurant the food is superb, well seasoned and plenty of it. I had the steak lunch fajitas and I couldn't eat all of it, most meals from a typical lunch menu are smaller portions but this was alot of food for $11. I recommend it.
