Wow, can I just say how impressed I am with Chamas do Brazil? I used to go to Fogo de chão a lot, but this place puts Fogo to shame. Everything was impeccable—the salad bar, the meats, the waitstaff, the manager, the ambience! A truly excellent place to dine. Everyone will make you feel at home!

If you are reading this wondering if you should try this Brazilian steak house. The answer is YES! I have never been to one of these places but had always wondered what it would be like and once they found out they went all out for me. They walked us through how to it all worked and the feast began. I was celebrating graduating school and the staff did everything to make sure I had a special experience. The food was amazing, the staff unmatched, and service impeccable. We arrived late on a Monday night and never made us feel rushed. Even though they were slow, everything still came to the table sizzling and the meat not over cooked (though you can request it however you want and whatever piece you would like to try) . Ask to sit in Tony's section, he was exceptional, made me feel at ease even after I thought I lost my phone. I wish I could have tipped him more. Try the FLAN!

Our waitress, Joann, made our experience wonderful, if there wasn’t something we wanted, we told her and it was out within a couple minutes, she was very attentive to all of our needs. The meat was delicious and the salad bar was amazing with a wonderful atmosphere.

This was one of the best evening out in a long time. Paulo was magnificent and very endearing. Our server Tony was very accommodating and attentive. The food was extra ordinarily delicious. We were even offered to try off the menu items. We will be coming back and bringing people to try it out. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

Had the pleasure of eating here in August 2024 and we really enjoyed our experience. The salad buffet was actually enjoyable and so tasty and then the meat was continuous and delicious one of my better Brazilian steakhouse experiences. I’ll be back.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this restaurant. Not only is the food, quality, variety, and flavor amazing, but the crew from the managers all the way to the staff are all just so wonderful. I have been coming here for a few years and every time I come, they amaze me even more. If you want outstanding food in a place that feels like home then you need to try this restaurant. You will not regret it and like me, you will become a lifelong customer. Congratulations to the crew for being the best Brazilian steakhouse in the Dallas metroplex hands-down.

I had an exceptional experience with the service provided by Alejandro's server. The entire team in general demonstrated a level of professionalism and kindness.

We were served by Steve who was very attentive and made sure to take care of our needs. The food was great, but my partner and I were so disappointed when we ordered our favorite drink, the Brazilian limeade, and it was no longer creamy or sweet as it was before. It was too sour and tasted watered down, even after Steve graciously had them remake it several times. It was one of the aspects that made this place great. Unfortunately don’t think I will be back due to the inconsistencies of the drink.

I LOVE coming to Chamas any chance we get for a nice date night. One of my go to places to be honest. The service is amazing we have gotten Tony as our waiter a couple of times and he makes the experience wonderful with good service, a positive attitude, and very on top of our needs. He even asks if we are wanting a specific cut of meat to come around ! Overall just a very lovely experience here. The food is delicious and always tastes fresh. My water is always filled/topped off before I'm done with it. The servers and rotating dishes are always flowing and on time. NO COMPLAINTS! If you are planning a date night or even a nice outing with friends/family I would highly suggest here.

Chamas is a charming steakhouse with great atmosphere and an incredible staff. Their food is tasty, plentiful, and unique from other restaurants. Between the soups, the sides, the salad bar, and the parade of meats there is going to be something for everybody. I highly, highly recommend it!

Great for a date, family gathering, or business meeting or event. The staff is very aware of your needs and the atmosphere is so very inviting. The food was on point and was very flavorful. Huge selection of drinks and dessert will allow us to return several times to something new. The location was near a great shopping area and huge mall.

We showed up end of lunch shift basically. I honestly expected to be treated like a hold up and see a deplenished salad bar however, that was not the case. The service was better than I have received in decades. The entire staff was engaged. The salad bar was perfect. The meats we fresh, moist and tasty. I look forward to returning for a Saturday night experience and enjoying some wine with the meal next time. Thank you Steve, your service was excellent.

The servers were great, informative, and pleasant. Meat was on point and to your liking. Brazilian drinks were well balanced with flavor and a great kick. Variety of dogs for your liking and salads fresh with flavor.

The food was, of course, amazing, though I was disappointed that parmesan pork is no longer on the menu. Hopefully, they will bring that back. Our waiter, Tony, was actually a Brazilian, and was perfect. His level of attention and personal engagement was top notch. The manager was also very present and kind. The gauchos not only watched our table button, but quickly learned our preferred doneness for the meats (my wife and I have different opinions on that) and were careful to present or avoid meats according to our likes.

We love to go there to celebrate. The quality of the food is high and the ambience and service as well. We believe they provide value for what we pay.

I really wanted to like this place, but... 1. I made reservations for 8 people ahead of time but they didn't have the table ready on time. When we arrive it was very disorganized, they didn't have anyone greeting people or even anyone manning the hostess area. 2. Their cocktails I thought were not very good. I had to send one back and I never do that. 3. The dining area is just one large open area, so it is very loud and kind of has a cafeteria feel. 4. They only came by with the filet a couple times. I ask for some and given one bite size piece. 5. The salad bar area was a disappointment have limited options. On the up side, easy parking, and our server was very nice. All in all considering the high prices and level of quality, I doubt I will go back anytime soon.

Vladimir and Ashley were very welcoming. They took the time to check up on me and made sure I was enjoying my meal. The service is truly out of this world. I came late and they still had a smile on their face. Definitely will be visiting again.

This was so far the best Brazilian Steak house I've ever been to. The salad bar was extraordinary, and I'm usually picky. Everything I picked were scrumptious. Love almost all the meat options, just had no choice but to avoid anything to greasy like the sausages and chicken bacon wrap, due to stomach health disorder. Also any meat that's too hard because of my sensitive teeth with braces. My waiter Steve was phenomenal, we never had to wait for him. It was almost as if this man could hear our thought before we even think to call him. All and all daughter said this is the best sweet sixteen ever. Had to remind her, it's your only sweet sixteen hun. It was an Amazing experience. P.s. as of 2024 with everything rising up, the price wasn't that bad. A place like Florida or California, you're looking well over $200 for this outstanding experience, without drinks or desert.

A perfect experience at Chamo! From the meat choices to the sides to the drinks, everything was wonderful! Our server was SO pleasant and patient and explained how everything worked in such a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend anyone reading this to go to Chamo do Brazil!!

Incredible meal with amazing service!

Great experience! The salad bar was super fresh and lots of variety. The potato salad was soft and tasted home made, the hearts of palm we so juicy. The meat came often and cooked well done the way I like it. Try the grilled cheese with honey. I also tried the passion fruit moose and the kids had the milk shake, so yummy.

July 2024 10th anniversary of this place. I was here around the time it opened 10 yrs ago. Was really impressed today that this place is just as nice. Every server is on point and attentive. The owners are nice and also go around asking if everything is Allright. The food is just awesome! Meat overload!! Green Square means bring more, red means you're good for now. All the meats are cooked how you like it. The salad bar has everything and more. The servers go beyond out of their way to make your night there great! I would've had food pictures but it didn't stay on my plate long enough to take a picture of it lol. Check em out!

A great dining experience! The staff was friendly and attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted. When I asked about grilled pineapple, the server told me they were out of pineapple but she’d see what she could do. Within minutes they brought us grilled pineapple! There was so much good food and we really enjoyed our meal.

They only had two servers bringing out the meats, the meat was dry, and at one point, I think I found a piece of meat that was turning (when meat goes bad it turns gray and has a distinct smell to it). The salad bar is decent, but you could get better quality meats at Texas de Brazil. Once I left I saw a maxi pad on the floor in the waiting area. I was not impress with this place. Our waiter Steven was very attentive.

This is our favorite place to eat when it’s just the 2 of us. Great food with a relaxed atmosphere. Always make sure you go there hungry as the meat doesn’t stop coming and the best salad bar!

I always enjoy going to this restaurant with my wife. The staff always makes us feel like family and we always greeted warmly. The food is fabulous but my favorite cuts of meat are the bottom sirloin, filet mignon, and lamb chops. If you go on a weekend they serve special grilled cheese with honey on it that is spectacular. Our favorite dessert is the papaya cream. But without a doubt, our favorite thing is the people who work there. Also we enjoy going to a restaurant and even when it is crowded you can still have a quiet conversation because the Acoustics are great.

We had a great dinner at Chamas. We went there to celebrate my mom birthday. The meat was cooked to my liking and was coming quickly. I love the appetizers and salad bar. Kevin is my favorite server there. Manager came to check on us and make sure we were being served all our favorite meats.

Was seated immediately. Had an excellent server who was very knowledgeable about menu and food options. Salad bar was excellent and meats keep coming (cooked to our liking). Drink options were extensive and server suggestion was on-point. Overall, great experience.

Great place to dine, especially for special occasions. The service is top notch and they treat you like family. The value is the best in town. All you can eat meat grilled to your preference and so many sides to choose from in the unlimited salad bar. Me and my husband enjoyed it so much when we went for our anniversary, we came back two days later and ate there again.

The hospitality was better than anywhere I have ever been to. It was so good Saturday I came back Monday evening for my official anniversary with my wife. 9 years. We had a party of 7 and made the reservation a week in advance. We were seated immediately, provided with bread, and water, and our hostess took our drink order. Service was pleasant, efficient, and with smiles. Food was cooked to our desired level per person. Quality was very good. The salad bar had fresh items, and could easily be a full meal. That's probably the point. Standouts were the lobster bisque, black bean and rice, and various salads. The lamb and filets were best meats for our group. Both were ideally prepared and served hot and tender. The atmosphere was quiet, slightly dark for a comfortable feeling. A/C kept the room at the proper temperature and kept up with the Texas summer heat. Bill was itemized including the 20% gratitude added to our large party. The overall experience was very nice, and I tipped above this because of the food and service. No complaints from our group at all.

The best night out in Arlington! Every time I’ve been here the food has been exceptional. I’ve been to several churrascaria restaurants, and this is by far the best one. Their salad bar is extensive, fresh, very clean, and delicious. Their meat selection is unmatched and perfectly seasoned. Above all the service is phenomenal. Most recently our server, Kevin, provided some of the best wait service I’ve ever had. He was friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, made some fantastic suggestions, and just all around ensured we had a great night out to celebrate my dad’s birthday. And that’s the norm here. Every time, the service is perfect! If you haven’t been PLEASE do yourself a favor and check them out!

Now, this restaurant is in my top 1 of best restaurants that I have ever been. Jennifer was our waitress, very, very professional with an outstanding attitude, the meat guys were frequently offering cuts and when a cut was requested they were promptly. This restaurant will be the best place to celebrate the wedding reception party, definitely it'll be in my mind.

Best restaurant in Arlington. Been here several times. The food is always awesome. The restaurant is clean and quiet. Most importantly, the service here is fantastic. Most recently we had Kevin and he was an absolute pleasure. He knew the menu very well and helped offer some suggestions that introduced us to some awesome new things. The entire staff are so friendly and helpful. I really can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is.

We visited Chaas do Brazil to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary food was good and came around quickly. Kevin our server was incredible. He did a great job of building rapport and was very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this restaurant and I would also ask for Kevin to be my server.

The food was disgusting. I came here back in 2021 and the food was delicious but now it’s not good at all. My drink and as well as my dates drink was horrible. The food bar food was disgusting as well. It tasted like it had been sitting out all day long and to add it was super cold. Customer service was excellent Steven our server did and excellent job! But I will not be returning back. They have most definitely lost a customer.
