The street lonmein with chicken was amazing. Ask to have it made as with as much or as little spice as you want.

OMG amazing amazing amazing. It's got my mouth jumping with explosion of flavor. I ordered a Pad Lao noodles vegetarian hot n spicy. So fresh I waited about 5-7 minutes for it. Young man very friendly. I explained I am up from Florida and his spot was recommended and it didn't disappoint. Job so well done. Not greasy at all and so full of flavor. My mouth is happy Thank you! I highly recommend you stop in here enjoy a great tasting dish awesome atmosphere. I don't think my pictures posted of my food does Justice but trust me well worth it

Best thing at Parkville Market right now! The food is fantastic. My buddy and I ordered the wings, pork egg rolls, the fried chicken po'boy, and the porkbelly. Every dish was delicious, fresh and flavorful, and the sauces are all made in-house. Chan makes the lemonade from scratch and each are amazing. I got the Rose lemonade, and it's legit one of the best lemonades I've ever had. PS - The portions for everything are unreal and generous! Definitely a must-try if you're at Parkville.

Great food, really interesting flavors, generous portions. The Korean hot dog was wild, and the chicken and pancake donuts tasted great.

The menu doesn't offer vegetarian options but the folks there were more than happy to accommodate me with something special. I asked for a vegetarian po boy and it was delicious. Highly recommend checking this place out of you stop by parkville market.

Every juice I’ve had was amazing! The passion fruit tea, mango green tea lemonade, and the coconut lime were all fresh and very refreshing. She surprised me with a sample of the coconut would go great with rum!

Chan’s Street Fusion is to die for and the service from Chan & her team is perfect. The honey butter chicken and rice cakes are so delicious, and the Korean corn dog was crispy and so cheesy! Thank you, Chan, for an amazing meal!

I had the pleasure of meeting Chan and her staff yesterday, what nice people they are, she really has a passion for food and drink & she doesn’t mind letting you sample some thing!! On a side note (please start selling your maple syrup coffee, it was delicious!!!!).

The Honey Butter Chicken with crispy rice cakes over white rice was everything I thought it would be , im definitely coming back for sure , also if you get this wonderful food don't forget to pair it with one of the awesome iced teas or lemonade they have which are homemade I got Ginger lemonade Lychee and Peach iced tea

Probably the best Korean food I've had in a while. The staff is friendly and nice to talk to, and you can tell they put alot of care into everything they make! I'll definitly be going back again to try another one of the many options they serve!

The corn and cheese cakes are so incredibly delicious. I had them 3 weeks ago and had to come back again for them. Chan is the nicest person you can imagine too!! My favorite place in Parkville by far.

I live close enough to Parkville that I am there a few times a month. This new addition to the line up is fantastic!! I ordered the PO Boy with fried pork and it was fantastic! The heat in the dressing was just enough and the pork was fried to perfection. I can't wait to go back and get some more of that flavor!! Planning to try a noodle bowl next. Definitely recommend. Edited: went back when it was less busy and tried a noodle bowl with chicken and vegetables. The food is delicious, perfectly seasoned with just enough heat to not overwhelm the flavor. So rich!! Chef came out and gave me chop sticks to enhance the experience. Also, highly recommend the latte! I had an apple pie one and it was delicious.

I'll tell you this, I started going to chans when she first got to Parkville market. You can't find another person or chef that cares about her customers. She takes the time to know your likes and dislikes she's and amazing person and an even more amazing chef. Get to Parkville market. She cooks to order and you can't get that better than a 5 star restaurant in a small space.. let your taste buds take you to a euphoric level that you weren't ready for.. Cost is well worth the quality of food you recieve..let's just say this is my 5th time!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Chan today. We felt welcomed and appreciated. (THE BEST customer service at Parkville Market!) We had FREE samples of her homemade drinks like pumpkin latte, maple lemonade and lychee. Delicious vegetarian egg rolls and noodle selection! We'll definitely be back!! Check her out!!

Everything we ordered was delicious. The lemonade and pumpkin coffee was amazing!

A coworker was just telling me that he read somewhere that a Lao cuisine restaurant was opening up. So we had to try it out, since you don't really hear much from Lao, it's usually Thai, Khmer, or Viet Restaurants. We stopped by the next day, I tried to speak my native tongue, which was a bit embarrassing since I understand ALOT more than I can actually speak, but Chan was helpful enough to help correct my misspoken words. Chan let my friend and I sample her handcrafted beverages and my taste buds went wild. The teas were very flavorful. She accommodated my non-spicy taste buds and made my tum mak hoong mild. She suggested I order the fried chicken to go with it, and it all went together so well. If someone is down to try a different take of South East Asian foods, I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing southwestern Asian cuisine. Lao style Grilled Steak is really good. Papaya Salad is my favorite, tastes just like the way my grandmother made it.

Amazing flavors. I had the mushroom larb and loved it. So rich and delicious. I also had the store made limeade and it was also great!
