Terrible food is not good. The owner and chef don't know the basics of Indian curry they ruined my dinner and asked me to leave shame on you and this place gotta cook good and the owner is not providing good customer service can not remake or change how on earth can you be the owner if you are not providing good customer service and concerning the customer needs

A mix of authentic Pakistani-Indian flavors with American dishes like steak and burgers must make for a unique dining experience. Highly recommended must try.

Sorry to come up with something bad but I have to, me and friend had food here today which was good tho and after getting home she called me saying she threw up many times and stomach pain too and I said so am I, not embarrassed to say but yes I’ve been in restroom more than 5 times, the food quality is very horrible. The server is really good, and one more thing I went to restroom which is so bad they haven’t flushed it looks like it has been like that many days, totally it’s such a mess

Very rude experience. Asked for chai and brought chai that was clearly burnt, dark, over boiled. Ask for a fresh chai the owner or chef whatever started loudly yelling at this waiter saying he has been making chai for like 30-40 years and then making it very hostile experience and not nice. Experience was bad. Food was goodish. Never would eat here. The owner/chef bad attitude. The waiter was nice.

The place has good Indian fusion food. The interior is a little bit plain but at least the Inferno Burger is good.

Loved the beef curry. Lamb Madras was okay too but both of the curries had very less meat and all bones. The biriyani was meh. But i will rate it 4 because of the beef curry

Every time I come from New York I am sure to visit this place at least once. My kids love their food and their ribeye steaks are always on point. Amazing and keep it up.

Found this place on our at back to Miami. Given the reviews, we came in to check it out. Now, the inside is average looking, tables and chairs but it doesn’t matter because the service and food was great. We were attended to immediately, placed our order and quickly got our food. Tried the butter chicken, tandoori chicken and kebabs & naan. Everything was flavourful and plenty of food for the three of us. The mango & regular lassi was also great. I saw in another review that bathrooms weee dirty. That wasn’t the case when we attended. Overall, it was a great quick meal.

Horrible food went there with the temptation of halal brisket it taste awful with smell and not properly cooked. Their Burgers are super dry with no taste in it ,ordered Burgers and Brisket which we regret eating can't gulp easily Have to leave it just waste of money..Their service was good but 1/10in terms of food and Ambience..

We are visiting from NY and thought we’d pickup food from here for dinner. We got chicken biryani, chicken tandoori, kabab, naan, karahi and Chana. Biryani is no where near biryani, it was a mixup of chicken Salan with rice. It absolutely had no biryani masala. And rice were over cooked. Tandoori chicken was burnt. And chicken karahi was runny and so bland. This is very unfair to people are visiting and looking for good food. The owners should research for new recipes. The only good things were kabab and naan. I don’t recommend this place at all.

We've been coming here for 10 years now, the first halal restaurant we found that had an actual good juicy steak. The service is phenomenal and everything on their menu is super tasty. From the Portuguese chicken to the chicken wraps, tandoori chicken and much more. Definitely recommend. Lovely atmosphere to have family dinner night.

Stopped in looking for good take out food. We were not disappointed at all. The service was worth the five stars alone. Very courteous and kind. The food is even better! It was still hot after our drive home and it all tastes great! Will be back!

This place is affordable & delicious! I ordered the jerk chicken wrap. The chicken was juicy, fresh veggies, yummy sauce, and toasted wrap. The fries were nice and lightly crispy. Definitely a hidden gem just look past the atmosphere and enjoy something new. Customer service was great!

We went there as a family of 5. I love Indian food, but 2 of my children don’t share my passion for it. This was really perfect because my kids ate American and my husband and I had Indian. We both had chicken Tikka Masala and Naan, which was outstanding. The service was also outstanding but the best part was not hearing the other kids whine about why can’t we just eat American?

Food quality is good but service is slow and atmosphere is not good. Today we went for lunch, ac wasn't working with temp in 90s. There was no fan. Seats are out dated, old and torn. Tables are shaking.

Absolutely delicious halal food! I haven't had such a delicious crispy yet tender and so juicy tandoori chicken served absolutely hot anywhere in US as yet! We also ordered spicy biryani and oh boy!!! They did the spicy right! I can already tell I'm going to crave this food and will have to absolutely come again.

I fly down to Florida from NYC and wanted to try the halal establishments in Orlando and found this hidden gem. Not only the food met my expectations and more but also the staff including Javed was very hospitable. I would highly recommended this place. Everything in the menu was awesome specially the Portuguese chicken.

I don’t want to give this place a bad rating as anytime I have eaten here I have loved the food and service. I want this place to stay open and thrive. I had not gone in a while though and this past Sunday my family and I went all the way there to find it closed. It was 2pm on Sunday. Website and google said open. Was so disappointed. Hope to make it out there again. Will call this time before going.

It is an option that is not readily available but if you have the chance, depending on how busy the restaurant may get, there is an optional cooking experience with prices that can fluctuate - if you eat here please try this! My friend and I did the experience and it is such a good way to understand the culture and cooking methods used in traditional Indian cuisine. The experience includes a sample of the most popular dishes that they are known for, primarily starting with the Tandoori chicken which is heavily recommended. Next on the list, recommended by Javed, is any sample of the Biryani - Lamb was our go to. Of course you can't come to an Indian spot to eat without Garlic Naan, and holy S**T that thang definitely thangs. Delicious, garlicy, buttery goodness. You're gonna need several orders of this for your table. Overall, loved the experience, the ability to fully be immersed in a part of the Indian culture and ultimately having - in my opinion - what has been a highlight in Indian cuisine. Thank you again for the service Javed!

Charcoal zyka is one of my favorite restaurants in Orlando. Their brisket and Portuguese chicken is mine and my family’s favorite! They never compromise on quality and quantity. We go frequently and they always maintain consistency. Their inferno burger is also very good. We take family from out of town or even do to go and everyone loves it! Try it, you won’t be disappointed. :)

Drove all the way down here from Groveland. They are supposed to be open but they are locked up tight. Maybe out of business.

Taste was not good, I will not call this place Indian/ Pakistani. We saw review on Yelp and decided to go there but it was total fail. I will not recommend this place to anyone

My whole experience was terrible. I ordered lamb korma, they served me bones only. No meat whatsoever. Such a waste of money. Left the restaurant hungry… Definitely do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed. I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars for this place.

Stopped for dinner with my kids, 1 loves Indian food and the other child is super picky. My son loved the Goat Briyani, my daughter ate wings, and I really liked the Chiken Tikka wrap. Highly recommend! There's something for everyone.

The food is really food. They have a split menu, Indian and BBQ, can't go wrong with either. We eat here frequently and the food and service are consistent. The menu is fully halal. For first timers, recommend the proteguese rotisserie chicken with hot sauce. The chicken Tikka curry is also really good.

Call ahead to find out if they are serving their brisket. And if they are, run and get it cause that thing is delicious! Other items that are great are Portuguese chicken and the inferno burger. The rest are a bit of a hit or miss so I stick to these three mentioned. Halal!

Decent food but recently they became expensive.

I ordered some food to go. When I picked up my food, I was very disappointed. The chicken tikka, which I ordered eight pieces was only filled with color in. There was no taste. It looks like the chicken was sitting there for such a long time and they just re-barbecued it. We pretty much had to throw it. The french fries surprisingly were good in that one stock. The service was OK, I still had to wait for my order, even though I ordered over 20 minutes ago. The biryani was so bad, normally biryani is supposed to have basmati rice, but this one was thick short rice it seemed. It was spicy , however, there was no taste. The chicken pieces were tasting like rubber, it seemed not fresh. I would not be coming back here at all.

Some of the best home cooked Indian food around Orlando! Very tasty naan that is fresh, and the best tasting chicken jalfrezi. Kids burger was decent, not the best but would probably get again in a pinch. Indian food wise, hands down the best.

Woe on he who eats from here. I was served a steak that was unimaginably under cooked and unseasoned, the waiter gave me A1 sauce , after eating around the uncooked meat a bite or 2 I realized a horrible taste so unbearable and horrifying i read the sauce , it expired 9 years ago. I was in their bathroom for so long and the owner started questioning me where did I come from and they were still charging me for the steak and with no negotiation I forced my waiter to take it off . Never ever comming back

This place has horrible food. We were the ONLY people in the restaurant, so not as if they were busy and yet the food was horrible. The paneer tikka masala was wierdly red and tasted odd, almost as if they were using canned tomatoes. Not to mention it was very watery. The biryani was very bland and seemed more like a really bad khichdi. It had hardly any vegetables in it. No raita either with it. They apparently had yogurt so could have definitely made it if they wanted to. Its as if no one even cared to actually put any effort in the restaurant. Guess, no surprise that they were empty on a friday evening. The only reason this gets 1 rather than 0 stars is the naan was okay.

I've been going here for 8 years, or more. The staff has always been consistently pleasant and the food ... Immaculate. I put my family on around the same time I started going, and they, too, have been loyal since. They love their tandoori chicken and I'm a huge fan of their lentils.. i hope this gem never closes down.

Staff have great customer service. Buffalo chicken wrap and inferno burger (very spicy) was good! Wish they had the ribs but they were out! Also the chicken poutine was AMAZING!

This was an okay spot with halal food. We tried the Buffalo Chicken Wrap (decent flavor) and Jerk Chicken Wrap (very bad, tasted like it had just been seasoned with salt and pepper). Mango lassi was good. Good service, but their air conditioner was not working at all and it was ~85° inside. Not a bad spot to grab lunch, but there are better Indian spots in Orlando.

Not a good experience. I ordered a beef steak wrap. The whole thing came cold, the beef was very chewy and the wrap was a regular store bought tortilla. I asked them to please put it back on the grill, and it still came back the same. I gave up and gulped down what I could. I was with 2 other people who ordered steaks and their steaks were also not done right, they were both rare even though they ordered medium. They sent food back to be re-done also, but just like mine, it came back almost the same. I don't understand what the hype is about. My family told me I should've ordered something they're "known" for. If that's the case, then why offer these other items on the menu? When we went, the place was almost empty with 1-2 pickup's - so you can't even excuse the quality suffering so badly because they were "too busy".

Just had some appetizers, samosas and naan bread. They didn't have the hummous and pita dish. The food was good, the restaurant leaves much to be desired in terms of decor, walls are damaged and table tops are peeling. We were in the area, not sure if I'd come back for a real meal when I live about 30 min away

The food is great and staff is nice. This place is probably the only desi spot out here that I liked. Tandoori chicken is flavorful. I also ordered the jerk chicken wrap and the Inferno Burger both of which were great! I wasn't too big on the chicken tikka masala but that's just my opinion you can try it for yourself. Garlic naan was great too.

Went to this restaurant yesterday for lunch on our way back from Orlando. We read some positive reviews about it and it was in our way so we tried it. Overall it was not a good experience. We ordered all their specialties - Inferno burger, Portuguese chicken, Samosa Chaat and Mango Lassi. Everything was below par I felt. The restaurant was empty yet it took a long time to get the food.. Mango Lassi was hot and very diluted for 3.99! Then came Samosa Chaat, which was hastily made with no presentation and the yoghurt was not properly whisked. Inferno burger looked fine until later I realized the meat was stale and both me and my wife had stomach issues throughout our drive back (it was a 8 hour drive!). The Portuguese chicken didn't look presentable as well and was just OK! The mash potatoes that came with it was so bland that I could just eat a few spoons.. I felt, though not sure, that the restaurant looked understaffed, there was no experienced chef and maybe the person at the cash counter was preparing the food along with taking orders and everything. Definitely out worst dining experience in our 9 days Orlando vacation. We had such amazing food at other restaurants on other days so we were generally very disappointed.

Good food and good customer service. The only reason I gave 4 star is because of the French fries wasn't cooked properly. We got Chicken Masala, Salmon Curry and Chicken nuggets. Everything tasted fresh. I will go back to eat and definitely recommend other people.

I would think twice before choosing 1 star i was looking for maybe a half or a quarter if that. do yourself a favor and if you are hungry Subway or Any other fast food would be the best.

Their Inferno Burgers are great tasting. My wife had the Portuguese chicken and said it was delicious as well. I've been here couple of times in the past few years and it's always been consistent good food.

We ate at Charcoal Zyka 4 days out of our 7 day stay. Everything was superb! The burgers, Portuguese chicken, spicy buffalo wings etc all were consistently excellently prepared. The Chicken chunks are an excellent option to take to parks.

Amazing food, the Portuguese chicken and rice was very flavourful and the perfect amount of spice , we ate here 3 days during our stay and every experience was amazing 👌, will recommend this place 🙏

The food is very good, surprisingly so, personally speaking. Besides some cons such as no tea beverages (besides canned) and too little meat and too much bone for some meats such as the lamb and/or goat, the overall impression is good.

Excellent food. The burgers are the best I've had and I always recieve great customer service. Very nice and polite family. Kudos to you guys and keep up the great work. I'm a regular customer.
