Had a steak and cheese with bacon and fries with cheese dip. Really good

Carmen displayed awful customer service. She literally argued with me over her getting my order wrong. She argued like if she was right and she was wrong. Carmen is a cancer and she’s be removed from interacting with the public. Check your attitude Carmen! This is your job!! The cherry on top was getting home and seeing that my sandwhiches were all wet and soggy.

Went here after so many years. & it's good. I liked it

Line was longer than it needed to be unorganized and the service suck. Sandwich was not neatly packed just throw in the container.

Worst place to eat in mall ordering delivery with Uber or door dash quality’s not fresh an food is cold this place needs to be shut down asap where’s the heath department got mice running in the back kitchen

NEVER GET FOOD FROM HERE!! especially if your doing doordash or ubereats they never make it cook too order. I even called once to ask for my food to come to me Fresh and I still received it COLD! This place deserves 0 stars . Horrible experience and the managers And employees at this location are also very rude.

The good is great! If course the cheesesteaks are delicious, but the Ultimate Fries were really good too! Everything was hot and the lemonade here is some of the best around! The food court felt a bit loud and the debit card reader was a bit cringe (the panhandlers special, where for a drink it'll ask to tip with no skip option... you know THAT kind 🤢) All in all, I'll visit again but cash only and not peak mall hours

While this mall might be dead, this place is an icon of a once glorious food court! I've been coming here for 21 years and will visit this place until this mall closes it's doors!

I go here and make $100 orders and let me tell You they never fail to make my day with their food!!! Owner does a great job every time and very great all around person!!! Highly recommend and my family loves their food!

I always loved coming here, the food is great and was probably one of my favorite places to eat and the other day we came and they said they stopped carrying american cheese which was very very weird for a philly cheese steak place since that's the only cheese I think of when I think of a philly cheese steak and that seems to be the norm. Just confused as to why they stopped carrying american cheese.

I don't think there is anything in this world like a Charley's Philly Cheesesteak. I love stuffing French fries and jalapeno seasoning inside the warm and toasted bread and smothering it with vinegar. America loves meat and cheese and fried potatoes and Charley's has it. You sure arent American unless you eat at Charleysm

I’m always puzzled when someone says, “I don’t understand all these negative reviews”. Everyone’s experience is their own, and not subject to another’s second-guessing them. It shows arrogance to do so, as if theirs is the only right way think, especially when those questioning others’s experiences use anonymous names and have written very few reviews. Oh well, here is my own review of a not terrible, but not five star experience. $8.50 for a “steak”, egg, cheese, peppers & mushroom mini grinder with a large lemonade filled the void in my tummy for not a lot of money. It was ok. Just what one should expect from a food court in a mall, a Steakum sandwich. It was acceptable, and priced acceptably for where the outlet is.

Seriously don’t understand why there are negative reviews for this place. It doesn’t make itself out to be anything fancy and upscale, of course the ingredients are cheap, ITS IN A MALL FOOD COURT. It’s also the BEST restaurant in the mall food court, and it’s been there forever so they must be doing something right. Charley’s is ALWAYS amazingly delicious, no complaints!!!!!
