I had2 goback2n get my apple pie they didn't put it in the bag.

No one seems like they want to help you. No one seems to care. You seem like you're just bothering them. They need better staff, all the way up to and including management. Go out of your way to go to the one on Ridge if you want Checkers.

I recently moved to the area and have only ate here twice. The chicken they use for the chicken bite box is horrible. Both times I've ordered the chicken bites were overcooked, dry, and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever.

I came here to get food for my grandparents and I and the food was so horrible. My grandpa and I didn’t want onion or tomatoes on our burgers so when I told the employee that, he yelled back to the cook saying “no onion and no tomatoes on those burgers” and the cook got all pissed off and starting huffing and puffing about it. When we started eating our food, each of us spit out the food because it was so disgusting.

I love their bacon cheeseburgers. They are pretty good for fast food.

That brisket was nothing like the advertisement in looks or flavor

Checkers is conveniently on the right as we go to Fivay High so, it’s been the target of quite a few, “Let’s grab a giant French Fry and Mr Pibb before band practice.” pit stops. Their fries might be the best in the business. More like pub fries or something you might get in a restaurant.

What a ridiculously obscene amount of time to have to wait in line when it is not even busy. I've just done my order but I will not be paying for it. As soon as I am able to get out of this line that I am trapped in I will be driving right past that window. I stopped going to Checkers in 2017 because of garbage service and garbage food. Decided I would give it a try right now. I will never ever pull into a Checkers again.

So I ordered I fish sandwich via doordash and omg i was disturbed by the food I received my fush sandwich was so hard i thought i got a chicken sandwich and old im convinced it was from yesterday's lunch rush the fries was so soggy with grease yall messed up my mothers day beyond upset

Checkers is Checkers I got what I expected and was pleased. Good burgers and fries cheap and fast.

Just picked up an order from the store out front ask the lady about the menu manager started yelling acting unprofessional slammed the window in my face she's a large big turkey looking African American woman who was completely unprofessional and acted in a unethical business manner in front of all the employees

Just like every other restaurant McDonald's Burger King checkers all of them all their sandwiches just got shrunk

First they should advertise there's only 4 buford bites when pic shows more second it really pisses me off when I spend 3 to 4 dollars on a drink that you can clearly see isn't good

Waited almost a half hour in drive thru. Ordered plain hot dog and got one with extra toppings. Ordered burgers with cheese and didnt get cheese on them. Food was cold. If i could give no stars i would've.

It appears to be that A.I. is entering the fast food industry. My order was taken by A.I. in drive-thru. When we arrived to the window to pay we were greeted by a friendly face. Service was great 👍

Needs better lighting for the night time

Something held up the line. I waited 15 min for an online order. Frustrating. The fish sandwich isn't any better or worse than other fast food places.

This is what they are now calling a large order of frys for $4.49. This is getting ridiculous spending $4.49 for 50 cents worth of Frys this may be the last time I go to checkers this is ridiculous. They have also raised the price of the 2 for 2 50 cents. You are all pricing your food at a price that is gonna put you out of business. I am now ordering my Checkers Fench Frys for m Wal Mart 28 oz. for 4.74 cets thats 1.75 lbs. for the same price.

Made an online order here and didn’t receive the full order. I even tried to talk to a manager and yet no one was willing to take me at all. 10/10 would not recommend

Pretty good fries. Employees were friendly/quick. The only negative is that the drive-thru / parking lot is kinda cramped.

Customer service was terrible. And if your doing an online pick up, hopefully you have someone in your passenger seat so you don’t have to reach all the way across the car to get your food.

Food was very good for "fast food". Service was very fast. Prices not too bad as things go now. Fries had a very unique and good flavor. I would recomend them and this establishment.

So, when you order food, you anticipate you'll get what you order. I've gone back again and again. It's the closest place to me that's convenient. Past 4 times I've been here, I never got home with my food I've ordered.

Everything was good, parking lot is really small no space to park the car.

This place was great before, very little to no wait, and food was served hot. Now they have been dropping the ball, not sure what happened. Food is super salty, sometimes cold, and you have to wait longer to be served.

Don't care for the A.I. asking what I want to order, prefer a real person voice. 🤔

This location always nails the food. I used to work for a different Checkers a few years ago, and it reminds me of the quality our old staff used to serve (speaking for nights). The BBQ Bacon Mother Cruncher is the ONLY hefty chicken sandwich that I like from any restaurant, and it's not just good, it's AMAZING! The cheesecake sundaes and chicken tenders have always been good too.

The past two times that I have visited this restaurant they have gotten my order wrong. I went there on my lunch break to buy me and my coworker food, they proceeded to get two of our sandwiches wrong and our chili dog did not have any mustard even though the cashier promised me that there would be. He promised me that all of my doubles would be doubles as my last venture to this restaurant I was stiffed as well and of course this time was no different. I will not be returning to this checkers until things change

Of course it's checkers! Great burgers and you got to love those seasoned fries! The girl who served me my food opened the window with a bright smile and greeted me like I was a friend, then asked me how my day was going, that makes you feel good whenever people are just friendly! Thank you for such great service and bringing a smile to my face. It's not every day that people are nice to each other anymore and you got to appreciate that! Thank you for the fast, friendly service!

We have come to this location multiple times & they just decide to close whenever they want instead of staying open their clearly posted hours. Food is fine, like all other Checkers. IF you can get it before they close at whatever time they want.

I hated that robot at the beginning of the entrance, you have to talk to it like an Alexa other than that the food is good.

My go to for a burger and an ice cream! But sadly the last 3 times I have tried to eat here, the ice cream machine is down. (Which makes me go elsewhere) The employees say they are waiting on a part?? This has been over a month now!! This is getting as bad as McDonalds and their infamous "our ice cream machine is down" Very disappointed. Cooperate should have had this fixed by now.

Ever since they stopped personally taking orders. Everyone's orders are messed up. I came there yesterday and ordered 2 Cheese dogs w Ketchup and 2 for 4 spicy chickw cheese and only got 1. Went back later and they said we're sorry but we can't give you your sandwiches which is bull. Plus not to mention the bread was hard on the spicy and the hot dogs. I'm the only driver because my mom's in a wheelchair and dad's bedridden and I hate bringing that kind of food home to them

10/10 Marie runs a tight ship. Everyone is always so friendly and seems genuinely happy to be there. Food is always fresh. Great deals. They don't make fast food like this anymore

If you work for Uber or Lyft, this place has got a great discount for you! Food was a lot better than the service was, but everybody has a bad day!

Used to be a favorite! Not any more! Double chix sandwich terrible unless u think salt is a spice! Dry, 8 tiny 1/8 ins. strips of lettuce! Guess they just waved the mayo over the chix! Double fish asked for tarter, which they now charge for dry even with xtartar. Fries greasy cold! This Zephyrhills Checkers was never that good! NOW ITS EVEN WORSE!! ARBY'S from now on!!!

Order number 4 fry were so bad try one threw the rest in the trash girl couldn't even give me a receipt hamburger was nasty so for 13 dollars end up with and ice tea stay away from them will never go back

The food is normally hot and fresh the service is normally decent except when they forget about giving you the food now there is a manager that is lazy and doesn't like taking rewards so he lies about it

I stopped by after work around 5:30 and Nicole and Nick’s energy were infectious! They were bubbly, fun and high energy. I was purchasing two sandwiches for my father and Nicole asked if my father would like fries on her. It was so random and I was genuinely surprised; so thoughtful. It made my day. I hate the a.i. they have at the drive thru now. I can't ask if the new meals are any good if the person taking the order has tried them or ask if it's recommended. You know; in those times ur hungry but don't know what to eat

What is there to say. It's Checkers. The food is good, but it is predictable. Just don't want to cook after work.

The drive-thru was completely automated! What ever happened to actual people on the other end answering your questions about the food? And while the chili dog and fries were hot the burger was definitely not even warm!

They make a good cheeseburger and I love the sesame seed bun! Not as crazy about the fries. Good value!

Went for ice cream only. 2 drive up windows were available but after waiting more than 5 minutes with no one else in line, was told to go to the other lane to place the order. Ended up having the passenger I was with going to the walk up window. Signage should have been provided to convey clear directions.

Sometimes you get fresh food, usually during the day. At night, you will get microwaved fish that are hard around the edges and are nowhere near fresh. I won't go back because of the inconsistencies in the quality of their food.

They always have your food on point except for one time I asked for no catch-up and I didn’t get it. It had it on it but every other time service is on point they always look out and they’re quick service and you go to get fresh food.

I love that they wear mask and gloves. We got the $5 special. 2 burgers, 2 chicken nuggets and 2 drinks. Very tasty and filling!
